It is a tiny house within walking distance to all the beaches of Kisami.(Ichida Beach is the nearest 7-minute walk/11m above sea level) It is especially recommended for those who like surfing and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and trips as a base for work and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with simple cooking utensils, dishes and seasonings in a bite cooker (gas). We also offer free rental items that guests can use.Bicycles and kickboards are free of charge, so please feel free to use them during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please refer to the House Rules for details. In addition, the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Check your house rules for smoking areas. Access is 3 minutes on foot from Izukyu Shimoda Station, 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, and 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. Go up the ladder to the attic when you sleep.You all seem to be excited to get back to your childhood.Waves are heard faintly in the wooden and plaster room that calms the heart. This accommodation is limited to a little bit of Showa fragrance, limited to a rustic group.From the second person, it is 4300 yen.Feel free to use it with your friends or just one of your friends.If you have dogs and cats on the☆ premises and don't like animals, it's unfortunate. From the☆ parking lot, walk 2 minutes down the pathway where cars can't get through, with hills and stairs.(There are three steps twice) Since the☆ back is a forest, we are cleaning, but unfortunately it is difficult to stay if you don't like insects. ☆There is no supermarket or convenience store within walking distance.I recommend checking in after shopping. It's a little inconvenient, but it's a quiet environment.Please feel free to use it like a small villa. ☆BBQ equipment rental is 2000 yen.Please clean up by 10 pm and enter the room. * Food ingredients will not be included in the price.

Upper floor is one large open plan room with living, dining, and fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances including dishwasher. Living room opens onto the large 2F Deck overlooking the beach.
