You will enjoy a bedroom on the 1st floor (low ceiling & steep staircase) with a double bed and TV. The living room is downstairs, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a compact kitchen with a sink, fridge, hot plate and microwave/oven. The kitchen is equipped to prepare a light meal. The guest house has a private entrance with access from the street.

French doors to the enclosed garden on the south 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen ( kitchenette) Available: Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Airfryer. 2 ring induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine. Pleasant beds and pleasant (rain) shower sink with storage drawers. ATTENTION! The upper floor / sleeping area has no staircase fence and we recommend not to let small children stay here.

Summer house/tiny house by the sea (400 m from the sea)

Our nice and cozy summer cottage is about 400 m from the boulevard with restaurants and the beach, you walk down the street and you are already at the lighthouse! The shopping street with shops, bakery, supermarket etc is only 500 m away, and forest and dunes at 1 km. It is a perfect base to enjoy nature (by bike), but it is also very central for a city visit to Leiden, The Hague and Amsterdam. In both summer and winter, it is wonderful to stay here.

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
