Historic House im Odenwald

The house about 100 years old, energetically renovated and renovated, is near the outdoor swimming pool. Adjacent to the back of the house is the beautiful lovingly designed garden where our chickens provide fresh eggs every day. There are also many fresh vegetables. In terms of traffic, we are ideally located with a 15-minute drive to Darmstadt, connection to the A5 and A67 in about 20 minutes and airports/Messe Frankfurt in about 35 minutes. Aschaffenburg and Heidelberg can be reached within about 35 minutes.

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.
