New funky cabin near Herand on the Solsiden of Hardangerfjord. The cabin has 1 bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a dining area with a fjord view. Out on the balcony one can enjoy panoramic fjord views and listen to the wind or the birds. The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet på Os. Above the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is wonderful to sit to take in the surroundings and feel the calm. There are also great hiking trails close by.

Charming little house with a great view of the fjord. Bestohuset was built as an addition to the original farm. It is easily accessible by a sideroad from Riksvei 13, with very little traffic. From the large windows in the livingroom you can see both fjord, mountains, glaciers and rivers. Just a short drive from the house you will find the famous mountain "Trolltunga", and other mountain-hikes like "Dronningstien" ("The Queens trail").
