Cozy own small house close to the sea, beach and Gothenburg

Our little guesthouse, bright and airy, in a separate part of the garden, in a quiet area. It has two comfortable beds downstairs and two mattresses in the sleeping loft. Toilet, microwave, small fridge, small outdoor kitchen, barbecue, sheets, towels and outdoor furniture on the small terrace and in the gate. Private shower via private entrance in the large house near. Hammock and usually two bicycles. Teresa, a visual artist, works in the studio, the garden, or takes a break at the beach. We are comfortable with guests and do our best to make everyone comfortable.

Cottage near the sea on the Swedish west coast

The cottage's location is close to the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing and hiking. Good public transport is available to visit cities such as Gothenburg, Kungsbacka and Varberg. The home is suitable for couples, individuals, and small families.

This upper floor of a riding house was finished in June 2020 with a total of 112sqm. The beds are made when you arrive and towels are included. wood with acoustic woodfibre ceiling creates a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. A cosy sleeping alcove with 2 beds and a large living room with 2 beds behind curtain. A rustique well equipped kitchen and a cosy bathroom with floor heating . The studio is located on the same lot as the host's house. The studio is only 25 sqm but is cleverly planned and contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio has a sleeping loft with a smaller double bed 140cm wide). A single bed (80cm wide) is also located downstairs. The studio is located in a peaceful residential area close to the sea and beautiful nature. The decor is chosen with great care to create peace and harmony. We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna, there is access to all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation", here you can work in peace and quiet with fast wifi.
