Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. Safe to park the car in the street. Close to Orléans, beautiful town with a magical feel to it (at night) We only stayed one night (passing through from Spain to Belgium) Breakfast was great. Very considerate host. We hadden een heel goed verblijf van 5 dagen. Komt in de hitte hout versnaperingen te wachten in de koelkast. Denis was zeer meegaand voor tijden van aankomst en vertrek. Vertrouwen is voorbij ons snel en ze maakten zelfs dienst maakt ons weer een wasmachine. Als de gelegenheid zich voordoet zullen we terugkeren.

Très bon mais court séjour malheureusement ! En effet, l'appartement/maison est très agréable notamment la petite terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pu profiter du beau temps. Le logement est très propre et situé au calme. Denis est à l'écoute et a su nous mettre à l'aise dès l'entrée dans les lieux.

Accueil tres agreable..hotes gentils et convivials...rien a redire...nous validons la prestation et recommandons l endroit a tous ceux ou celles qui passeraient sur Orleans et auraient besoin d un endroit ou se loger... Logement très agréable pour une famille de 4 personnes. Denis a même mis à notre disposition un lit parapluie alors que cela n'était pas prévu au départ. Le logement est très bien équipé, calme et agréable. Toute la famille y a très bien dormi. Pour nous l'absence de TV fut une bonne chose. Nous remercions également Denis pour l'accueil très sympathique et les conseils pour se déplacer en tram ou ballade à pied. Le logement est proche d'un arrêt Tram ce qui est intéressant pour se rendre rapidement et sans stress sur Orléans.

Je recommande fortement ce séjour. La proximité des activités en font un lieu vraiment pratique. Merci encore à Denis et sa femme, pour leur disponibilité et leur bienveillance.

The apartment is located 10 minutes by tram from the train station in a residential area. It is very quiet and functional, perfect for a quick passage over or around Orleans. Excellent stay. Mcari was very accommodating to our arrival time. He serviced us a cot and was there to show us the apartment. The apartment is comfortable, very clean and consistent with the description. The private parking is a real plus, and the free breakfast. There was even milk and eggs stewed for us in the fridge. A real hospitality. I highly recommend. We will return if the opportunity arises.

The worst experience I had with Airbnb! The place was good and the stay was okay. The host speaks no word of English and is very rude. After our stay he called me and asked me for 200 euros for fabricated reasons. He said that we had left the apartment untidy, he accused us of missing things from his apartment and broken plates, while we never used the kitchen. He accused us of using towels that we never used. He sent me picture of one broken plate, a photo of towels on the floor and for cleaning them demanded 200 euros from me. I wish Airbnb checks with the authenticity of the host and take actions immediately.

Mcari was very flexible with my time of arrival. I spent a very pleasant home. Sparkling clean, the apartment is pleasantly furnished. The bed is extremely comfortable. The secure parking is also an advantage. I highly recommend this accommodation.

A, pleasant basic no frills studio flat, with a lovely big window and decent car parking. Stephane was quick to respond once I had arrived and I was settled within 5mins. Fairly central, abt 5-10mins to the old quarter. All in all a good simple airBnB!

Studio according to description. It is clean and well appointed. We spent two quiet nights (good mattress on the sofa bed).

My boyfriend had an enjoyable stay at Stephane's! The apartment itself is small, but it was all the space we needed. There are huge windows overlooking a little garden, with plenty of natural light. The location is also amazing – very close to the Loire and within walking distance to the city center. Stephane was very communicable and the check-in/out process was easy. The only downside was no WiFi. This was completely fine with us, but it's something to keep in mind for those traveling without an international phone plan.

Karl was very easy to communicate with and made sure my stay was comfortable. There was air conditioning which made the room extremely comfortable. Also, the location is perfect for exploring the town.

Hésité pas, foncer, un studio vraiment très très propre rien à dire, il est très bien positionné, à proximité de tout. Je recommande vivement. En tout cas moi, mon choix est fait, je ne changerai en aucun cas, je reviendrais sans y réfléchir. Point fort : la climatisation. C'était mon premier AIRBNB, je suis absolument pas déssus du tout, le prix est largement correct.

Studio très bien situé, plutôt calme bien que dans une rue très animée, plutôt bien équipé. J'ai juste trouvé très dommage qu'internet ne fonctionne pas et le manque de communication : compliqué pour fixer un RDV pour remise des clés en début de séjour, idem à la sortie (1/4 h après l'heure du RDV j'attendais toujours et n'ai finalement vu personne!).

Studio agréable et bien agencé idéalement situé pour profiter d'Orléans (quartier piéton) sans les nuisances des terrasses. Il reste très calme. Karl est un hôte très accueillant. Je recommande.
