Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Welcome to our 120 sqm apartment with a view of the mountains! Pure relaxation - that is the Black Forest. In a few minutes walk you are in the center of one of the most beautiful small towns in Germany. Restaurants, museums, markets, concerts, swimming pool, a lake right -all on your doorstep. Forests and hiking/biking trails are right behind the house. Strasbourg is a 30 minute drive, Freiburg 45 & Europapark Rust is just 25 mins away! The closest slopes are only a 30 minute drive.

Right next to the Gmeiner Hof with cows, ponies, chickens, cat and dog is the beautiful apartment with 84m², 5 beds in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a large open living and dining area with kitchen and large terrace. There are 2 other holiday apartments in the house . Dogs are welcome we charge 25 euros per stay. The municipality charges tourist tax per day per guest from 16 years of age of 2.10 euros, this must be paid in cash.
