View was awesome, very convenient for public transportation, room has lots of space, good quality furniture. Over all, it was a nice stay.

This has to be one of the best experiences I have had. Jeff is a courteous owner and is really quick to respond to any inquiries anyone might have. I also liked how he offered a maid service at the condo and was prompt on what time they arrive to clean up. The cleanliness is a solid 10. Atmosphere is 10. Location was an 8 due to how high up it was. Overall this place is just awesome. Definitely planning on doing business with again the next time I fly into Manila.

I stayed 5 nights for work. Jeff's place was great (city views, hot shower, comfortable furniture, aircon, etc.) and I was always made to feel welcome by the friendly reception on the ground floor. Jeff lives somewhere in the building and is only an SMS away if you need anything.

The apt. is in a great building, with security, doormen, front desk services. The place's location is perfect, walking distance to Megamall, St.Francis Church and Shangrila Mall. Although the place looks smaller than what is pictured, the place is furnished well, fairly new. Airconditioning is great, all appliances work very well! It will be great if drinking glasses and regular knives (butter knives) are added to the available utensils and housekeeping can do better with dusting around the apt. Upon arrival, it will be better if the amenities like shampoo, shower gel were refilled. A new toilet paper roll plus some extra rolls and a hand soap would have been provided. These all add to a welcome that every traveller will appreciate. Overall, it was a great place to stay! Looking forward to staying there again!

Pearlie is a God-send. Her unit and the staff/management at the St. Francis Shangrila are the best! In my month stay in Manila (for medical treatment at the Medical City nearby), she accommodated to all requests and assisted me and my family in every way possible. The unit, building amenities and its convenience to shops and restaurants are unbeatable. Luxurious and secured ... can't go wrong!

Everything went well. My check-in is pretty convenient and my request on the check out time was accommodated. There's still a lot of space that can be used but all the basic amenities needed is provided. The best thing there is the location as its strategically located beside shangrila mall. What turned me off a bit is the lobby downstairs as I had a lot of mosquito bites after staying there for 15 mins.

I like this host and will be back. The facilities are nice but unfortunately its a pain to get to them. This is because security act very strict and dont want to let you in unless your the registered owner of the condo. However you can pre-arrange the owner to come and give you access to pool but it is a major drawback and hassle with this condo. Condo is nice and my bed was really comfy i like it. However the second bed for my friend had no sheets or blankets and he was unwell due to this. Good place to stay for couples. But for more than two people I would not really recommend it as our friend was very uncomfortable with the tiny bed with no bedding. The host is good and we will be back ourselves as a couple :)

Valeri and Andrea's place is extremely spacious. The bed is super comfortable and the whole unit is sparkling clean. Andrea was always there to answer all of my queries, anytime of the day. Would definitely go back.

The unit condo is very spacious, accessible, convenient, and very secure. We stayed at this place (St Francis Condo) twice now and liked it because of convenience to shopping malls, eating establishments, and accessibility to transportation both public and private. The security is awesome, friendly guards are all over the place and you feel confident you are in a very safe place. The hosts are outstanding! They responded and provided to our needs, also very patient to our many questions and requests. Indeed I highly recommend this place and the hosts!!! Valerie & Andrea's condo is conveniently located next to the Edsa Shangrila Hotel and Shangrila Mall. There is a walk way to both places, makes it very easy to go around. The hosts are very responsive to guest's needs and accomodating to requests. It was easy to communicate with them. They quickly respond to Airbnb messages. The condo is equipped with all items/necessities one would need for a relaxing stay. Wifi, utensils, bath amenities, and the hosts even provided great recimmendations around the area. I would definitely book another stay with them the next time I'm back for a visit. Thank you ladies for the warm hospitality!

Valerie and Andrea's apartment is perfect for a business or pleasure stay. It is light, spacious, well furnished and super clean. The main bed is huge and comfortable. There is everything you need eg fast, reliable internet, sound dock for your music, iron and ironing board etc. The gym and pool are also first-class. They are also excellent hosts! Always available and thoughtful eg offering to drop off an umbrella because the rainy seasons is starting. I highly recommend their place!

The host is very responsive and helpful. Unit is nice and clean, in a beautiful Ortigas high rise. The wifi barely functions so I do not recommend booking this unit if wifi is a big priority - but this is likely a problem anywhere in Manila. Rod was very helpful in making sure I always had some sort of internet connectivity. A nice place to stay when traveling in ortigas.

Rod and Mar's condo is ideally located - less than a minute's walk to the Shangri-La Mall, and a very short walk to Megamall. They were efficient in responding to messages and concerns. The condo is a spacious studio unit with functional furniture and offers sufficient amenities (clean towels, soap and shampoo, drinking water). The wifi feature is a plus!

Coordinating with Rod is very easy. He is really accommodating too. We booked their flat a few days before our arrival; yet, we did not have any problems. Their flat is conveniently located, and is connected to Shangri-la mall. It is well maintained, clean, and is fully equipped for a short or even long term stay. We would book Rod's flat again; and will definitely recommend it to others looking for a place to stay in the Ortigas/Mandaluyong area. Thanks again to Rod for welcoming us into their homey flat.

Had a great time staying at Mr Rod's condo! It is in between two malls which was convenient for if ever I had things to buy at the last minute. The condo is also centrally located and was easily accessible to different parts of Manila. Overall, the condo did not only feel very private, but also very safe. Mr Rod has also been very accommodating throughout my entire stay, even going as far as providing a portable wi-fi. I will definitely be back and would recommend Mr Rod's place to anyone visiting Manila.

Rod was by far the best host I've had during my stay here in the Philippines. He fully accommodated a last minute change in my schedule without issue and also checked in on me throughout the stay to make sure everything went well. This spot was close to my work and Shang Mall, which gave me plenty to do in the area during non-working hours. Apartment was well equipped with washer // dryer in unit and fresh clean towels waiting for me. Recommended.

The place is in a central location - close to malls, restaurants and church. The price is very reasonable. But the photos do not match the unit that was given to us. We were given a different unit. Also confirm with the owner that the unit has been cleaned & dusted.

Thumps up for the location. The apartment is right in the middle of the city and everything is at approachable distance. I was on a Business trip, so after a long and hectic day has lot of options to ease out in the nearby vicinity. The checkin was smooth as Jeff's assistant Nana was waiting for me at the lobby of the Condo. I would recommend this to all fellow travelers whether on Business or Leisure Trip.

Was good stay and Jeff was extremely flexible and helpful especially when dealing with a last minute change. The flat was nice and as advertised but would have been nice to at least have some water in the fridge. Also the toilet smelled bad because there was a toilet brush that needed replacing awhile ago which i had to get rid off....

Jeff replies fast and I never had an issue with the check in. The location is near shopping malls and very accessible.

Awesome stay.

The location was perfect. It was just accross Shangrila Hotel where our Convention was held. I brought my 1-year old twin boys with me and Engie was kind enough to lend us her play pen. The main reason that I chose Engie's place over others is that she has a washing machine in her unit so I don't have to bring a lot of clothes for my kids, I can wash it at night and use it again the following day. Overall experience was excellent. Thanks Engie.

The pictures are very accurate except that there is now a tv in the bedroom. The kitchen has pots and pans (I didn't cook though), plenty of dishes and utensils; there's a microwave and a water pot (for hot water). Towels are provided, the place is clean and neat. Important to me we're reliable wifi (I had some work to do) and spaciousness for wheelchair (my mom stayed with me for a few days) and I had both working out great in Engie's condo. The location is hard to beat if you want to walk to shops and restaurants. The washer/dryer worked out well as I am able to travel light. Will definitely keep this place in my air bnb favorites.

Engie's place was as described in the picture. Very nice and very clean. It was the perfect place for my aunt who stayed there for 3 nights. My in laws saw the place and decided to book it after my aunt left because they fell in love with the place. We originally booked a different place but since the host took long to respond ,i decided to look for a different place and found Engie's place and i am glad i did! Lovely studio in great block. Pearlie arranged for me to have access to gym/pool etc despite the blocks ridiculous bureaucracy about it (common in Manila no idea why!) and was easy to access with questions etc.

Stayed at this property for 2 nights during our visit in the Philippines in March 2016. The studio is accurately described and pictured. It is conveniently located near Shangrila Mall, a few minutes drive to Megamall and Robinsons Galleria which was really good for us since we wanted to do some last minute shopping on our last few days in Manila. This is also a 5 minute drive (depending on traffic) to Capitol Commons and Estancia Mall with lots of restaurants and cafés open late past the 10pm mall hours. Pearlie was accessible and was very responsive to any questions I had and was also nice enough to allow us for a late check out which was so helpful since we had a late flight. Would definitely stay again at this property and recommend it. It was nice meeting you Perlie!

The best thing about this place is location. Very accessible to almost everything. Unit has direct access to the malls; transpo, banks, supermarkets, churches, hospitals, restaurants are all nearby and at a walking distance. Unit is just poorly equipped considering its location. Bathroom needs to be updated. Sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils are of poor quality. Washing machine is a great help but not correctly placed or intalled. It made the bathroom so compact. A dryer must also be provided. Window curtains must also be ugraded. It made the room very dark. Security wise, the place is superb.

Pearlie is a great host..never failed to answer queries even when she was out of the country, with my multiple bookings it was a bit of a challenge with all my requirements but she was very patient and accommodating with all my request. Hands off to Michelle, her care take that assisted us with the inspection and check-in of my colleagues. Pearlie even returned a necklace that was left in one of the rooms, and even we cut our stay short, she understood us ...thank you Pearlie and definitely this will not be the last.

I had a great experience at Mariles's place. She was extremely friendly and welcoming and the apartment is great. Extremely clean, very well furnished, almost new and the appliances a brand new shiny. It's fully equipped, and everything from the shower to AC to the appliances works great. The condo has an amazing pool and great service from the staff. The nearby mall is also making a stay much more convenient. Definitely recommended !!

I never seen such cheap place in a situation like st francis which is condo building of premium quality. Not only that, Raye's place is perfect and adequate despite the fact that wifi was broken at the time we checked in. Nonetheless, I wouldn't mind booking his place again for my other friends who will come to the city soon

We enjoyed staying in Carl's flat very much. Principally, we used the apartment as a base for visiting with family and friends and travel to several other cities in Luzon. We had also spent a few days just hanging out in the vicinity of Ortigas Ave and Shaw Blvd. The accommodations and the location of the flat was just perfect. The flat was suitably equipped. Carl was a great host. He took the time to show us around the flat and the building's amenities.

My wife and I stayed at Carl's place from November 22 to 30, 2015. Carl met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of his condo and the building. The place looked even better than the pictures in the website! Carl provided us with a basket of towels and toiletries, and he had bottled water and coffee in the kitchen for us. There was even a basket of fruit on the dining table. The condo had all the appliances that made us feel as if we were home. There was a stove with oven, a microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and a combination washer/dryer. Though it was a studio, the condo was very spacious and had a separate area for a comfortable queen size bed. We had a minor problem with the air conditioner, but Carl had it serviced and fixed right away. The location of the condo was ideal for us -- the building was attached to an upscale shopping center, so it was easy to get to shops and restaurants. Carl also arranged for us to have access to the gym and pool within the building. In short, our stay in Carl's place was a 5-star experience from start to finish. Thanks, Carl, for being such a great host! We highly recommend your place, and we certainly hope to stay at there again on our next visit to Manila.

This was a really great unit to be in. Carl is very friendly & accommodating. The room was as described & is in very good condition. When you are on business, you want the comfort of a clean, well maintained unit, with a comfy bed. If you need to do business in the Ortigas area or BGC, I think this is a great spot. Less than 10 minutes travel to Ortigas area & 20 to 30 minutes to BGC. The common facilities are also good - nice pool which I used twice. I would stay here again.

Building is managed by Shangrila so you can never go wrong with this first class property. Right next to malls with direct connection. Apparently, we were the first to stay in this apartment .. and it did smell 'new'. And while there were some hiccups during the stay (hot water not installed yet), overall our guests enjoyed their stay. The room was also picture perfect and it turned out great during my husband's preparations photo and video shoot on our wedding day with his family and groomsmen.

The unit was excellent. Exactly as described. Spacious 1BR unit with a great view. Building itself is excellent, very convenient with direct access to the mall. Great communication, both before and during the stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
