Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. This modernly furnished and large apartment with approx. 80m² of space meets every requirement and is ideal for families. The apartment captivates with the open living / dining area with access to the two sunny balconies with fantastic views of the mountain range, up to the Zugspitze! Apartment Vogelnest: Quiet and with a mountain view

What is special about the apartment is the impressive panoramic view as well as the absolute tranquility. All the top attractions of the Allgäu can be reached in a short time thanks to its central location. A swimming pool is available free of charge during daily opening hours, as well as a laundrette with washing machine and dryer. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. The price does not include the local spa tax of 1.80 €/person /day, which must be paid on site.
