The condo efficiency/unit is located on the 4th floor w/walking distance to the beach for a fun day!. (Does not have a beach view) it's 'One Open Concept' condo, but roomy, well designed, comfortable, bright, with a nice little balcony. The unit has a complete kitchen, diner table for 4 people, kitchen appliances, bbq & basic utensils, AC, tile, and other amenities. The building has a very easily accessible elevator and some jumbo size carts available to carry your belongings. Come & visit SPI!

This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. Beautiful beachy 1 bedroom on the first floor with wheelchair ramp leading right to it. Enjoy the semi private Olympic pool with hot tubs and barbecue areas. The property is a short walk away from the beach and the old Schlitterbahn water park. Notice: For the month of March, tenants 13- 25 years old will be required to purchase wristbands at the front office. The cost is $40(cash only).
