They have a wonderful view over the harbor. In the SZ, a double bed is available (180x200). In the living & dining area, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. Parking spaces are free at the harbor place. Bicycles can be stored in the hallway. Renovation of the exterior facade from 8/17/22.

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
