Квартира "уютная" соответствует своему названию! Все продумано для этого, и возможность затемнить комнату с помощью рулонной шторы (для меня важно, не могу спать когда светло), удобная кровать, со вкусом сделанный ремонт. Тихо, тепло и современно!! Интересный дизайн кухни , да еще и с полным комплектом удобств!!! Очень было приятно, на уровне Европы, что на полках были важные на первое время такие продукты как :чай, сахар, соль и тд, не нужно было за каждой мелочью бежать в магазин. Это было очень кстати и важно для нас... ванная комната теплая чистая с массой необходимых принадлежностей : от мыла до туал бумаги, порошка и тд и тп. Для пребывания на квартире на пару дней, этот момент важен, ненужно покупать всякую мелочь и возить с собой из города в город. Спасибо большое Татьяне за понимание и заботу!!!!!!!!!!! Ну а то, что не держали на вокзале и не выселяли из квартиры по гостиничным меркам, что есть возможность свободного заселения и выезда-так это выше всех похвал!!! Идеальный вариант для заезда в Питер на машине. Квартира хорошая, удобная, опрятная, чистая. Для 3-4 человек прекрасна как ничто другое. Всё необходимое для жизни есть, ванная и туалет новые и блестящие. Комнаты чистые, кровати удобные. Телевизоры в обеих комнатах и кухне. Кухня: вся посуда есть, сидеть троим удобно, телик есть. Хозяин квартиры Денис - веселый, приветливый человек. Денис легко вошел в положение и принял нас поздно вечером, отпустил рано утром, нигде не опоздал ни на минуту. Город(микрорайон) от Питера на ощутимом расстоянии: на машине 20 минут до метро или 40 до центра (в праздник). Сам микрорайон маленький и представляет собой милую картину из 90-х :) Колоритно, на самом деле, но не за прогулками по микрорайону же Вы хотите приехать в Питер:) При этом район очень тихий, окна, в основном, в сторону, противоположную трассе, сама дорога за деревьями и далеко. Микрорайон расположен удобно, если хотите съездить еще и в Выборг: прямая дорога, часа полтора-два на машине.

Квартира Дениса чистая, аккуратная, находится в тихом месте, в то же время очень близко к северной столице. Денис очень приветливый и легкий человек. Нам все понравилось. Спасибо!

all photos are true, the studio has everything you need for a long, comfortable stay, rather than just an overnight stay in an apartment :-) clean, comfortable, pleasant stay, comfortable bed :-) all devices are working correctly, for car parking is always a very calm and quiet! clean air, courtyard and entrance. we were in a car-to center an average of 25-30 minutes. Petersburg is the place where you want to return as studio and Anton will be no exception to the next trip :-)
