  • This is the perfect rustic retreat -- we've enjoyed Dave and Mia's cottage in summer and winter. It's the perfect getaway for a weekend or longer, and our dog loved it too. Dave is terrifically responsive. We'll be back for sure!

  • Like so many before us, we (a couple in our 40s), our friends, and our dogs, had an amazing stay at this cottage. It was so heart-warming to find a place where you are made to feel like a guest of honor, and not simply a tourist. Mia and Dave provided us with the best of everything in a beautifully modernized - yet still rustic - historical cottage (200 years and counting if I'm not mistaken). This place is perfect for a couple or a larger family, but also works very well for two couples of good friends who don't mind that the architectural quirks of such an old building do not allow for 100% privacy from each other. We certainly did not mind it and would return in a heartbeat. We are very grateful to the hosts for putting in the time and effort to modernize and maintain this unique cottage and for sharing it with others (and their dogs)! Their own dog Oscar also deserves special mention - he served as a very friendly and enthusiastic guide on the farm, definitely adding to the experience. Other than the cottage, the entire property and all of the surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. We also enjoyed one lively evening in Phoenixville (which, according to Wikipedia, "has more breweries per square foot than anywhere else in America").

  • You will not find a cooler rental out there. The historic vibes you get as soon as you walk into the space is unbelievable. This location allows you to unplug from the daily grind, then swing into town for a trip to one of the multiple breweries and some great local eats. The house is incredibly well kept, and in immaculate condition. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t have to!

  • My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend and fell in love with the cottage! It was a perfect retreat from the bustle of Washington, DC. The views were beautiful and the setting provided the perfect backdrop for the writing retreat I desperately needed. The owners have preserved the character of the cottage while providing a few modern touches that will make your stay extra comfortable. We can’t wait to stay again!

  • Very peaceful and quiet. Lovely yard.

  • Dave is available and very communicative. Answers all questions, and provides a lot of details around local hikes and venues. The natural pond is beautiful. Awesome for a morning swim.

    Albert2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to escape for a couple and a dog. David was a great host and was able to great us upon our arrival . The setting and grounds really create a relaxing respite away from the city. Plenty of great restaurants in the area - make sure your GPS is working to take advantage of the back country roads. Oscar (host dog) and Charlie (our dog) had a chance to have some fun together. The fall would be a special time for a visit with the fall foliage.

Hello Friends, welcome to Phoenixville. I have a private bedroom, bath and living room for your stay
Hello Friends, welcome to Phoenixville. I have a private bedroom, bath, living room and "office space" for your stay. The space for your use is a 130 sf bedroom with a full size bed, dresser and 2 closets. Both are on the 2nd floor. "Just added" a separate room with a computer desk for office use for the traveling business person. For additional privacy, the entire 2nd floor is unoccupied. Fresh towels and linens will be provided. The house has central AC and radiator heating, free wifi, washer and dryer unit. There is no cable television, however I can provide you with Netflix in the 2nd floor living room. You are also welcome to use the kitchen, dining and 1st floor living room. We can share the refrigerator as needed. I have a garage if you need to store a bicycle or motorcycle. I enjoy meeting my guests and our interaction to your comfort level, or as needed. The neighborhood is typical working class America, the typical home is about 70 to 120 years. There is a great downtown area about three blocks away, full of fine restaurants and bars. Phoenixville used to be a Steel Mill town, the mill was closed for good and removed over 20 years ago. Just in the last 10 years the town has gone through a revival, and hosts many art, music and entertainment events. I have 2 cats. I can keep then in the basement if needed for a one or two day stay. Otherwise they usually have free access throughout the house. They are very friendly and well behaved. Nia and Sha-mia.

  • Even if you are working, like me at the PA EXPO Center, you'll come back to a very peaceful and restful home. I highly recommend staying here.

  • great place to stay

    Deb2020-01-16T00:00:00Z
  • Ive stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s over the last few months and I can confidently say that Keith’s was my absolute favorite. His home is beautiful and you have complete access to the entire second floor. The house is very close to downtown Phoenixville, so you’re really close to a bunch of bars and restaurants, though it’s still very quiet at night. Parking is also not too much of an issue. I work till midnight most nights and wasn’t getting in till 12:30 and still never had a problem finding a close space. Plus his cat is super friendly! Overall could not have enjoyed my stay more.

    Luke2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Keith’s place on a whim after deciding to stay in town after a wedding- super easy check in, his place is in a very convenient location, and I loved the cat :) the whole floor was available to us, although we didn’t need the extra space for one night, it is definitely a good thing to have if you do!

  • great hospitality, great space and great location

    Deb2019-12-11T00:00:00Z
  • Peace and quiet, the best words to describe Keith’s place.

    Naas2019-11-22T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was as described, check in was easy, had access to the entire house to share which was real nice to store things in the fridge and use the kitchen. On street parking was fine just may have to walk from a few houses away.

Historic building on an alley, in the heart of Phoenixville one block from cafés, theater, restaurants, breweries and hiking trails. 1st floor has a small lounge area with a couch & bathroom. A spiral staircase takes you to the large creative studio with paintings and a mural. The bed is a futon with an extra memory foam mattress to make it comfortable. (note bathroom is downstairs). There is a small kitchenette. Great location with bike trails starting directly across the street.
There are paintings, mosaics and stained glass making this a unique space, for those who like creativity. In the winter, snuggle up to the charming gas fireplace. There is a courtyard with pond / opens to park. The French creek is across the street and the Schuylkill river and canal are in walking distance. You can pick up bike trails across the street
The studio is located on a quiet alley behind a stone church. The alley goes to Bridge Street, the main street in town but the house if buffered by a park. The location is in the heart of Phoenixville where there are many restaurants, breweries and unique shops. Phoenixville is near Valley Forge National park. 2 rivers run through Phoenixville, with many bike trails which connect through the center of town. The Colonial Theatre shows arts films and classics. Steel City Coffeehouse offers live entertainment. First Fridays in the summer has music on every corner on the street.
  • Total bargain spotlessly clean 2d stay for me

    Benjamin2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great spot in downtown Phoenixville! The private parking space made the night much easier since we didn’t need to worry about street parking in the busy town.

    Ryan2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Really charming space right in downtown Phoenixville, but far enough off Bridge Street that it wasn't noisy at all. Highly recommend.

    Michael2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was just as describes, and Lynn's notes around the loft were helpful. The paintings and decor were beautiful!

    Colleen2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • I loved my stay at the studio. The gas fireplace was cozy, the bed was comfy, and Phoenixville's downtown is not even a block from the front door. Exactly what I needed for my weekend visit. Thanks again!

    Claudia2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • The place is so cool. Loved be surrounded by all the art and unique touches . The location is awesome ,we went hiking nearby and had a wonderful dinner in town that is right there . The house sits back so it is peaceful but everything is right there ! Would love to stay again in the spring . Thanks Lynn for sharing your home and your beautiful art.

    Katherine2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect location to stay if exploring Phoenixville.

    Jill2019-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing stay! Right in downtown so there’s plenty of cute shops and restaurants in walking distance but tucked into an alley so it feels much more private. Entire place is decorated with art beautifully and there’s an amazing energy to the place! The spiral staircase was super easy to scale and very cool looking so that wasn’t an issue for us but if you have knee problems I would be a little weary. You won’t want to pass this loft up :)

We love Phoenixville! We've lived in this clean and safe boro for over 30 years, and love that Phoenixville combines old-fashioned small-town life with some newer and fresher additions. Not only are we a block away from Reeves Park, dating from 1834, but we are a 10-minute walk from bustling downtown with its dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. The newly-renovated Colonial Theater right in our own downtown offers first run movies, concerts, classic and special genre movies year-round. Have a look at Phoenixville Borough's website or the official website of Chester County, PA to see what's happening and what's yet to come. There are regularly-scheduled events and festivities planned most of the year, but most plentiful from May through October. We are located just minutes away from the Expo Center in Oaks, Valley Forge Park, French Creek State Park, the King of Prussia Mall, and the Philadelphia Outlets in Limerick. Many, many beautiful trails and waterways near and around the Schuylkill and Perkiomen Rivers and French Creek are available for your hiking or biking adventures.
  • Terry's place was so convenient for me and the bed very comfortable and supportive. She and her husband are helpful, too.

  • Great hospitality. Nice landlord, Eric even showed me around his music room the first night I arrived. Highly recommend this room to those who have a plan to visit.

    Liangchun2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Such a beautiful house and gracious hosts. They’ve literally thought of everything, from extra outlets to a nightlight in the bathroom. I don’t usually stay in “shared” spaces but I’d stay here again. Great location, walking distance to Bridge St, but away from the noise in one of the nicest parts of Phoenixville.

    Jaci2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Nice place, very convenient and comfortable. Recommend.

    Hao2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • Terri and Eric are lovely hosts. They made us feel welcome and at ease. Communication was easy and rapid. The room is cozy and well equipped to accommodate one or two people, with both hanging space and hooks, etc. There were lots of little details that accommodated needs one might not have thought of and are often overlooked in other Air BnB’s. Marley, the dog is very sweet, but if you are not a dog person don’t let his presence stop you. His presence is surprisingly discrete. Terri was incredibly kind and flexible in allowing my friend to join me at the last minute, though I had initially made the reservation just for me. This was in keeping with the whole spirit of friendly and welcoming approach Our hosts exhibited throughout. I will definitely return next time I am in the area!

  • This was our first Airbnb stay, and we were not disappointed. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, extremely clean, and a very short walk to Bridge Street. Phoenixville was a great town to visit. Lots of great breweries, a cool distillery and great food everywhere we went. The Colonial Theater is a must see. If we find ourselves in Phoenixville again, this is definitely where we will stay. Debbie is a wonderful host and this terrific apartment have set the bar extremely high for future Airbnb stays.

This spacious 600 sq ft 1 bedroom suite is part of a Malvern home. It has its own entrance and there is parking for two cars. The house is set in 2 1/2 acres of wooded area with easy access to the main line and just over a mile to an E-ZPass entry and exit for I-76.
Spacious and quiet. There is a keurig coffee/tea maker with a good supply of k-cups, t-bags and bottled spring water. A microwave and fridge is also in the suite, there are no other cooking facilities.
Private and away from the hustle and bustle and yet a mile down the road in either direction you are out of the woods and down the mountain. Within a mile and a half you are on Route 29 (Morehall Road) where a majority of the large Corporate Centers are easily accessible, Swedesford Road, and route 202 North and South. We are close to restaurants - Cedar Hollow Inn, The Office Bar & Grill, Avola, Bryn & Danes, PJ Whelihans, next to Dunkin Donuts, NafNaf and Wawa. Wegmans Supermarket is 4 miles away, with Target, Zoes Kitchen and Chipotle, so plenty of choice and also Starbucks and Chick-fil-a. I have a list of dinner, lunch, brunch and breakfast restaurants in the suite which have been tried and tested. The Horseshoe Trail is a 5 minute walk away and the Diamond Rock Preserve is at the top of the hill. The Valley Forge National Park is a 3.5 mile drive. Located the other side of the park (20 minute drive) is one of America's largest shopping malls - King of Prussia Mall and the recently developed town center with all of its lovely restaurants. Also the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Limerick is 16 miles by car and well worth a visit if you are looking for that bargain. The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA is 5.5 miles away a 10/12 minute drive. Valley Forge Casino Resort is just over 6 miles away, a 15 minute drive through Valley Forge Park.
  • Very easy check-in process, everything was very clean, and more than enough space for a private experience. Not far from 76 and clear instructions for easy navigation. We would definitely stay here again!

  • Nestled in a beautiful quiet forest neighbourhood near Valley Forge, this place is very comfortable and spacious. Amenities galore should put it high on your list of places to stay. It’s a 40 minute trip or so to the airport in Philadelphia, but the drive is lovely!

It was immaculately clean and the attention to detail with the space made you feel like you’re at a fancy resort. There is no other place I would stay at in PA and would even drive out of my way to stay here again.

  • The place was quit a bit out in the country. Nancy was a great host always willing to have a chat.

    Stephen2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • It was exactly what I needed - a bed and a place to get ready! I was there late at night and out early in the morning. Everything was clean and organized and nice.

  • Nancy was kind and accommodating. She was quick to respond as I had questions about my reservation. The bathroom and sleeping areas were clean and tidy. The check in process was easy. Staying in this air b n b was an over all nice experience.

  • I had a great stay at Nancy's. The bedroom and shared bath met my needs and her property is very quiet...really conducive to a restful night's sleep. I spent most of my time there out of my room, downstairs, chatting and eating with Nancy and Francis, and two other guests. Book a stay; I think you'll enjoy it.

Tom is a working functional potter and you will usually catch him working in the studio which is in our basement and in the area adjacent to the garage. I, his wife Carol, am always happy to give you “the tour” and show you his beautiful work.
We are across the street from a park where people enjoy walking and biking. It is home to a variety of sports clubs and you may be lucky enough to catch a pee-wee football game or a friendly game of softball. Park closes at dusk and it is quiet after that. 5 minutes to downtown Phoenixville, home to several upscale restaurants, microbreweries, coffee shops and the historical Colonial Theatre. We are 15 minutes from the famed King of Prussia Mall and 10 minutes to Valley Forge National Park. Further east about 30 minutes is Philadelphia, which can be accessed by car and by public transportation. A 45 minute drive to the west will bring you to charming Lancaster County which holds many attractions.

  • What can I say that I haven’t already said. This is my third or fourth stay, When I go there I am out of the house for several days in a row working and then I hunker down and stay inside and do work at home. Either way it all works out and it feels as though going to Carole And Tom‘s house is like visiting extended family. There were snacks in the room and bottled water, private en suite bathroom and a real comfortable bed. Highly recommended

Tried & True & New & Improved 2.0! I'm currently "re-making" the place, and I will have the new pics up next week. Here’s some crappy pics I took today 3/29/19 of it 70% done. You won’t be disappointed I guarantee:) Completely private super sized 1 bedroom studio loft in a unique converted historic building. Large windows offer an abundance of natural sunlight, it's extremely cozy, and comfortable. Parking for up to 2 cars in front of your loft. 3 PM CHECK IN/11 AM CHECK OUT
12 foot ceilings flooded with natural sunlight make this a great place for inspiration, and comfort. This loft is also handicap friendly:)
Everything you would ever need, or want to do is right outside the door! This is a great little town to check out. Take a walk down Main St. to check out the stores, and cross the river to an enormous Antique shop. Or check out a local band at Tom's bar that you can still smoke in. How about a short drive through rolling farmland to Valley Forge National Park for a summer jog, or the best sledding ever in the winter? There's shopping at the King of Prussia mall which is the largest mall in the United States, gambling, snowboarding, hiking, kayaking, and more! Whatever you like to do it's all possible here, and only 40 minutes to Philadelphia.
  • They won’t be let down.

  • Conveniently located, clean and comfy. It was great to be able to make breakfast and coffee and then head out to the City for sightseeing. Andrew was very responsive. Checkin was a breeze. We would definitely stay again.

    Lisa2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Super easy check in process. Great communication with quick responses. Great value. Super clean and everything that was promised and expected was there. Thanks Andrew!

    Brian2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Everything from communication to parking to checking in was a piece of cake. The apartment itself was a good size, and for the price it's hard to beat.

  • Great place at a great price. Conveniently located.

    Luis2020-02-27T00:00:00Z

  • The hospitality receive at this location is exemplary. The home is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and incredibly welcoming. After a long day away, I slipped into deliciously fragrant sheets at night in a four poster bed and looked up through the skylight to a beautiful evening sky. I send the highest recommendation for this air bnb and would happily send family and friends, knowing they would be lovingly received.

My place is within walking distance from the Kimberton Village, which is home to a local family owned whole foods store and top quality restaurants. We are also a short drive from Phoenixville and Valley Forge Historic National Park; within an hour to Philadelphia. You should note that we have a sweet cat, Paddleza. You will need your own transportation. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. See you soon!
A peaceful & clean space with original artwork. There is easy access to the bathroom & kitchen. What wows people is the backyard where they can sit on the porch or enjoy lounging around the pool or gardens.
Great neighbors! It's quiet and peaceful. Not much light pollution. It was built in the late 1950's and early 60's. There are several original home owners on the block. Neighbors keep an observant eye on the neighborhood and a respectful distance. It is a natural neighborhood watch area as most people are home or keep irregular schedules.

This peaceful and comfortable room offers a restful place from one to several nights. You are close to walking and hiking trails, restaurants and many businesses. This is an ideal location for adventure or business travelers who want to get off the beaten path, yet be near companies that they are employed or contracted with. A seasonal pool, backyard and available kitchen are creature comforts to round out your time in Kimberton.
Double bed, drawer space, desk. A back porch to hang out after work with a peaceful backyard.
It is quiet and at night there is little light pollution. People greet each other and take notice of activity on the street yet keep a respectful distance. They are there if needed. Please be aware of the neighbors and keep the trust building along with their regard for my hosting. Quiet time is after 22:00/10pm in and out of the house.

  • Zalene’s house is a very well kept, welcoming and quaint home with a clean atmosphere, plenty of drawer space, a well kept bathroom and an affectionate kitty in the living room. My roommate and I are both slightly allergic to cats, but the house is kept so clean that we were never negatively affected by dander during our stay. There’s a huge fridge with plenty of guest space, and every interaction we had with Zalene & her family was gracious & kind. There’s a health food store just around the corner, and it’s not far from several store fronts with excellent shopping/foodie options. Would 100% recommend!

Our place is across the street from Ideas Bookstore and close to Kimberton Whole Foods, Kimberton Inn, and Stonehouse Grille. You’ll love it because of the coziness, the comfy bed, and the high ceilings. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (room for kids on a floor futon or the room down the hall).
The house is right in the village of Kimberton and across from a great hang-out place: Ideas bookstore, where Shannon will welcome you with a cup of tea and a place to lounge. Our house is beautifully painted throughout, with living/dining room featuring "lazure" painting by Robert Logsdon. The room has individual heating/cooling control.
Our bnb is set on the main street of historic Kimberton Village with old-time charm. The independent Whole Foods store is a pillar of the community, with organic produce, raw dairy, humanely-raised meats, gourmet and specialty diet foods, baked goods, supplements, natural body care and household items. Stop by the Kimberton Café for freshly brewed coffee, a nutritious juice or smoothie, a made-to-order sandwich, or selections.
  • Would definitely stay again. It’s a quiet area and Margo was very relaxed and welcoming. There’s a Whole Foods right down the road and plenty of other small towns and restaurants and cafes near by. Thanks Margo!

  • VERY CLEAN and felt homey, the neighborhood around the Airbnb felt very safe, I felt comfortable leaving my car unlocked and leaving my windows down. I even went for a run in the early morning and felt safe. Our host and hostess were very kind to us!!! I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

  • I am Susan's husband, and I stayed at Stacey's for 2.5 months for contract work in Malvern. The house was very convenient to my commute to work, as well as to walk downtown, to the park and library. Stacy is very flexible with sharing the space, and she is friendly and accommodating. The house is well-kept and the kitchen is well stocked. I had a very convenient parking space adjacent to the ally that runs behind her house. I enjoyed my stay and would have stayed longer if the contract was longer.

    Susan2018-11-21T00:00:00Z
  • I am on a one-year contract in Malvern, PA. I stayed at Stacey's home one month, have renewed for another and hope to stay much longer. Stacey is a great host. She is easy-going, hospitable and friendly, and she keeps her house very well equipped, and the house is very pleasant to live in. I really enjoy being close to downtown, which is lively in the evenings, and close to the trail by the river. The library is also in walking distance. Griffin the little Yorkie is adorable. One thing to note, the shared bathroom is one floor down, so this situation may not be suitable for everyone.

    Susan2018-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Just as described. Very roomy and comfortable. Stacey is very nice, she even helped me bring my heavy luggage all the way up to the loft. Her house is very cute. Thanks Stacey for a great stay.

    T.C2018-05-25T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay. Lots to do in the area. The room is spacious and private. Stacey is a great host and very helpful to all your needs. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

    Brian2018-04-20T00:00:00Z
  • My stay with Stacey and her dog Gryffin was wonderful! Everything I needed was provided - full access to the shared kitchen, a parking spot in the drive-way, and towels/laundry. The spacious, private bedroom is the third floor, with a comfortable bed, tv, drawers, closet, and a desk at the window. The bathroom (on the second floor) is shared, and Stacey is very willing to work around your schedule. The space is always kept very clean. She was friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating, making my stay as easy as possible. I highly recommend!

    Alyssa2018-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • I have little to add to Stacey's glowing reviews - she is definitely a superhost! I felt very at home during my stay. Aside from a friendly and accommodating host, delightful yorkie (Gryffin), excellent location, and plenty of privacy, I appreciated the space of my huge room. In the attic, I had a super comfortable bed, plenty of natural light from windows on 3 sides, more than enough storage space, a TV, and temperature control in the cold winter night. I highly recommend, and would stay again!

  • Magical is the best word I can use to describe my stay. I walked out onto the porch Saturday morning and was greeted by chickens and horses. I'll keep this short and sweet, but seriously, Judith has a very special, clean and beautiful home and I can not wait to book another stay with her. Best AirBnB ever.

    Daniel2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • The most quaint, countryside farm house you could imagine. Wonderful hospitality! Walking distance to a farm store carrying grass-fed meats and local delights! Gorgeous views and even a tour of the farm if you desire by the hosts. Could not ask more for an escape to the country! Very clean with tons of amenities above and beyond what expectations were. Enjoy a cozy apartment of your own while you stay with a big spacious bathroom, queen bed and cute kitchen area equipped with all you need to prepare a full meal. Highly recommended.

  • Bravo Bryn Taran Farm! It’s hard to believe that Judy and Joe haven’t been hosting for years and years, after enjoying the accommodations they provide for their guests..but then again, how could one not feel as much at home as the horses, hens, and friendly herd of Italian greyhounds do, when these folks have been fostering such a living loving sanctuary for over three decades now? You can see and feel their dedication to the property and it’s history, landscape, inhabitants, and visitors. On the practical side of things, the special touches via extra thoughtful amenities and local recommendations were a delightful surprise, while the clean and comfortable space was welcoming and a good place to seek relaxation or inspiration. There was an intriguing blend of down home country barnyard activity to observe, yet after the informative tour (and other than an enjoyable hello here and there when the pups had a cute session of scurrying in the yard), the experience offered a casual privacy, and the ability to write your own story. Peaceful moonlit midnight walks, morning visits to the nearby farm store (and a cozy well-stocked kitchen to come back to and cook breakfast!), easy access to interesting towns like Phoenixville, and lazy relaxing times lounging inside or sitting on the porch taking in Bryn Taran’s lovely contours and that classic Keystone State heritage..these are memories to both be made here, and to which one might look forward again and again.

  • This place is a wonderful little gem!!! It's a small but sweet apartment but the location on a horse farm is what sets it apart. I just loved the birds and animals all over this place. It's all been renovated so everything is nicely up to date (think sleep # bed) but still has a cottage feel. I just loved it.

    Susan2020-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely place with tons of charm and thoughtful touches! The property is stunning overlooking the farm. Waking up to chickens in the front yard was a pleasant surprise. The hosts absolutely go above and beyond (they have the softest wash cloths I’ve ever felt.) I’ve never had an airbnb host provide as much as they did. One thing I was unaware of was that there was an upstairs tenant. The entrances are still completely separate but you are able to hear footsteps and talking from upstairs. I was unbothered by it but it seems important to mention in case you’re looking for total quiet/privacy. Overall I have no complaints and cannot wait to return!

My friends and I enjoy the spacious space, exquisite decorations, comfortable bedding and well-equipped fitness and entertainment facilities in the basement very much, especially darts and billiards, we spent much time on these sports each night. In addition, the well-equipped kitchen also provides convenience for us to cook. It is also an unforgettable happy experience to sit around the table with friends every day for dinner, coffee and chatting. Thank you, John, for providing us with such a good house. If I have the chance next time, I will definitely come again!

We particularly liked the Upper Schuylkill Valley Park, an animal park with wolves, owls, a bald eagle, turtles, fish, and more. We also took advantage of the location across the street from the Black Rock Sanctuary for walks/runs on the trails and along the river.

Our place is close to Kimberton Whole Foods, Post Office, Stonehouse Grille, Kimberton Inn, Earth Speak new age gifts, Purls of Wisdom yarn store, and across the street from Ideas Bookstore. You’ll love the light, the comfy bed, the coziness. See "Kimberton Village Spacious" for a 2nd family room. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The house is right in the village of Kimberton and across from a great hang-out place: Ideas bookstore, where Shannon will welcome you with a cup of tea and a place to lounge. Our house is beautifully painted throughout, with living/dining room featuring "lazure" painting by Robert Logsdon.
Our bnb is set on the main street of historic Kimberton Village with old-time charm. The independent Whole Foods store is a pillar of the community, with organic produce, raw dairy, humanely-raised meats, gourmet and specialty diet foods, baked goods, supplements, natural body care and household items. • My room was clean and comfortable. Sue's AirBnB is in a nice neighborhood and I was able to park in the driveway. It's in a great location. She accommodated my late arrival, for which I am very grateful. I recommend her AirBnB to fellow travelers. :)

  • Cathy’s place was perfect for my couple days’ stay in Phoenixville. I appreciate the old school Airbnb feel ... it’s not a hotel, it’s a real house with real people who offer you an economical accommodation option. Cathy and her husband were welcoming and the home was clean.

    Eira2020-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Cathay was great. We arrive really late (past midmight) on the first day and thanks to self check-in, we could let ourselves in without disturbing other people. Cathy and Chris also gave us tips on where to go in Philly and Phoenixville (which is definitely a nice little town)

Completely private super sized 2 bedroom duplex loft in a unique converted historic building. Every room is filled with an abundance of natural sunlight, and very cozy. The loft is also located in a great location for traveling anywhere you want to go! 12 foot ceilings flooded with natural sunlight make this a great place for inspiration, and comfort. * If you are only using 1 bedroom, I can lower the cleaning fee to $49, but you have to let me know at the time of your booking, or at least 48 hrs prior to your check in. This way the 2nd bedroom can be locked before you check in. Sorry if you don't mention this we will assume it will be used, and it will be added to the cleaners schedule to clean the entire place. Sorry no exceptions.
  • This has got to be one of the coolest spaces I’ve stayed in. Andrew does it right. He has a beautifully organized guest manual with plenty of guidance and suggestions on the area. The decor is so cool and hip. We loved the jukebox and phone booth! There are very few things that Andrew hasn’t thought of! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I love Andrew’s attention to detail on making this space so unique! I look forward to booking another space with Andrew!

  • My daughter played in a field hockey tournament at The Training Center and Andrew’s place was perfect for us. It was close to the facility and enough room for us to enjoy after the games. When field hockey brings us back to the area, we will definitely stay here!

  • Phenomenal place to stay. Saleem went out of his way to ensure the stay was comfortable. The bed is amazing; very clean place too. He added water and free snacks to the private room. Location is convenient to the King of Prussia Mall. Saleem is a great host, remained in constant communication, and was able to extend our stay with no issues. Strongly recommend Saleem's place. It's in a very quiet location.

  • I enjoyed my stay this week and got the chance to hang with a friend from Chicago who's an occasional repeat guest. Nice being close to work too, as it rained every day.

  • Nice place!

  • I stayed at Saleem's place for a week, he is an amazing host. He spoke to me everyday to make sure I was comfortable; I really felt like home :) The place was sparkling clean, quite and peaceful. If I ever travel to KOP or Philly again, I will definitely stay at his place. Thanks Saleem and Nancy for all your effort :)

    Prakash2019-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • Always a fun stay at Saleem's place. I enjoy the opportunity while I'm there to meet people from other places across the country and make new friends.

  • Always a pleasure staying at Saleem's place. Very close to work and cuts my commute by a lot.

    Rod2019-12-12T00:00:00Z
  • I already had high expectations based on other people's reviews, and at the same time I was prepared for the let down just in case it was all fluff lol At first in my mind I was like "this guy Saleem can't be all that likeable like they're all making it seem...these must all be Really really sociable people doing the reviews lol". Then when I meet him his vibe just pulls you right out of your shell without you even having have a chance to have any natural or self induced resistance...He's like that song you hear for the first time that grabs you even before you begin to decide if it's" hot or not". He was what I call "Above Critique". Oh yeah, the place was great.

    Michael2019-12-09T00:00:00Z
