The location is less than a mile from Bridge Street where you’ll find dozens of restaurants, breweries, wine tasting, shops and more. The cottage is also close to Valley Forge National Historic Park and plenty of hiking and biking trails. You will be steps away from tennis/pickleball and basketball courts. The cottage is perfect for one or two couples, is private and has free off-street parking for 2 cars.

This property is in the center of town, but two blocks removed from the busyness of Bridge Street. This unit is only 1 year old after this former commercial building underwent a full conversion to apartments in 2023 and was transformed into Phoenixville's newest boutique apartment building. Unique setup in that every unit has its own exterior access either at grade level or from the catwalk. There are no shared hallways to walk through.
