Located 450 meters from the sandy beach of Pinarellu Bay, close to Porto-Vecchio, ideally located between sea and mountain. Grocery stores, restaurants, glaciers, snacks, crêperies, cafes are 500 metres away on foot. Large house with 2 apartments absolutely without any overlook, the construction dates from 2012, swimming pool of 4x9 exclusively reserved for the 2 rentals and heated in low season, comfortable, each room air-conditioned. Possibility of no longer using a means of locomotion.
