I personally did not have a good experience while I was here and even after I left but I was thankful for the room.

Marcia was great. Never got to meet her unfortunately but her son was very kind and warming and looked after me well. A lovely place that felt very spacious, clean and had all I could need.

I did not actually get to meet Irene, but she was very lovely to talk to. She was incredibly responsive and flexible, and really seemed to want to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, we were in the area for a show at Gillette (this place is the perfect location!!) and did not have time to take advantage of the wonderful lake, but we will definitely be back. The space itself was very nice and you could tell that Irene was very thoughtful in putting together the room. There was everything we could possibly need and then some.

What a great experience with Irene and her family! The place is still in work but we didn't care about that. We had a great time there and Irene was a very helpfull, kindness and lovely host :-) it was hard To leave that place. It's peacefull, You have a wonderfull view over the Lake, You can use the kayak, and ask everything You need. So We Will come back again for sure

The only thing that could have made this a more perfect getaway would have been if we could have stayed longer. Irene was one of the nicest people you could ever want to meet. The friendship and hospitality that she shared with us was greatly appreciated. The location of her home was just perfect for what we wanted to do for the weekend. Her ad says the home is "a work in progress" but I can honestly say that I could move in today and not feel the need to change anything. When you step of out the back sliding door you are right on the water. You have access to the fire pit, the tiki torches, the grill and everything else in her home, right down to the fishing pole waiting for you on the beach. I can promise that we will go back again and I am 100% certain that we will make sure we take more time to spend in this little paradise. Thank you so much Irene (and Bob). We only had the day to spend this time but you allowed us to relax and show us again the good things in life that we sometimes take for granted.

Spending a weekend at Irene's home on the lake was just amazing! Waking up to breathtaking views and a feeling of serenity was magical. The accommodations were perfect with an entire floor of the home dedicated to our comfort. With a private bedroom and bathroom and the ability to walk right out to the beach it was just perfect. Even though the remaining area around the bedroom and bathroom is not fully finished the entire feel of the space is comfortable and accommodating. You can see that much care is given to create a welcoming and peaceful environment for her visitors. Irene herself was the absolute perfect host. Her attention to detail and warm peaceful energy just added to the overall amazing feel of my entire trip. I will certainly be coming back to stay again!!

Irene was wonderful...due to getting caught in traffic, we missed meeting Irene as she had a wedding to attend and we had a concert but Irene walked me through check in on the phone. The room was perfect and so quaint! The lake is gorgeous and after the concert, we sat by the lake until early morning. I loved our stay and we will be back!

This was the perfect place for me to unwind and reflect while dealing with the loss of a close family member. Peaceful lake, great hosts, private, comfortable and spacious room. Irene and her boyfriend (name escapes me at the moment) were great company when I needed it, and generous hosts. I'd highly recommend this AirBnB home.

Dan was great to stay with, very forthcoming on details around arrival, location etc. The spacious and well-maintained house was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and the location will be convenient for anyone working in the industrial parks of Mansfield or Foxboro or coming to an event at Gillette stadium.. Overall it was a most pleasant stay and I'm very glad to have found Dan's place.

As is was our first experience with airbnb we were a little anxious to see how everything was going to be. When we first arrive Dan was very friendly, showed us around and made us feel welcomed. This was our first experience with Airbnb and it was great! Kim was home to meet us and showed us her home and our room. It is a lovely, comfortable home in a scenic, wooded area, and it was spotless. Kim and Dan are very thoughtful hosts. In the bathroom, she had a selection of toiletries in case you forgot something, and in the bedroom, a booklet with pamphlets about the area and menus from nearby restaurants. In the kitchen, she had tea, coffee, and granola bars, etc. There was a large screen TV and pool table available, but we did not use them because we were very busy during our time there. I would certainly recommend staying with Kim and Dan!

Staying with Kim & Dan is like staying at your cool aunt & uncle's house, they are super laid back & they let you do your own thing, "mi casa es su casa" people. The room with the private bathroom has everything you'd need & the bed is super comfy. Their house is gorgeous and so clean!

We were hearty welcomed by Dan when we arrived. He showed us all rooms and explained to us all necessary details. The rooms were very clean and cozy and car parking was directly in front of the house in a very nice neighborhood. We had a nice time with Kim and Dan and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.

The place is really neat and clean. We got our privacy and everything else we need. The house is really comfortable. Dan is really nice and helpful. He gave us enough information and at the same time a lot of freedom. There is a pool that you can use, but unfortunately we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. I'm certain that I would book more than one night next time I go.

My family and I felt very welcomed in Kim and Dan's home. They were very accomadating and flexible, which was so helpful traveling with a 4-year-old and 1-year-old. Everything was accurate in their description, very comfortable beds. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and a great location for venturing out to so many different locations in the Boston/ Providence area.

Stayed at Susan's house for one night while visiting friends in Boston and she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and flexible in helping to both plan the trip and when I arrived. I would recommend folks reach out to her if they ever are looking for a place to stay in the Mansfield, MA area!

Our experience was great from the start with Susan! She was friendly, welcoming, and communicated quickly and clearly with us for the whole trip. Her description of the place was spot on and was perfect for our trip to Gilette!

Susan was such a great host! She could not have been more helpful and considerate. She helped us with the kind of information only locals can provide, so we could get to the stadium more easily, and park, for a Springsteen concert. And she waited up to make sure we got home safely, texting with us at 1 AM! The house is lovely, charming, and inviting, in a beautiful area. We didn't want breakfast because we needed to leave early, but she offered it. We wish we had a reason to come back. 100% recommended.

Suzan was a GREAT host. She was so frindly and made us feel very welcome and at home. We stayed at her place to watch a patritos game and the location was just perfekt. It took us just a few minutes with the car to the stadium. It was a great experience an I would totally recommand staying at Susans!! She even waited for us at night till the game was over and helped with lots of helpful advises for the visit of the statium. The room ist very clean and cosy. THANK YOU, SUSAN!!!

Susan is an excellent and friendly host. She was very responsive and communicated everything clearly that we needed to know about the accommodations. My brother and I were in town for a concert at Gillette Stadium and access to and from the venue was very easy. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Susan had even baked chocolate chip muffins and served them to us before before we checked out in the morning.

We felt very welcome and comfortable right away! She was fantastic and extremely helpful at making sure we had everything set and all that we needed for the Patriots game and even that we were able to get there and enjoy the game! So impressed!! Comfortable clean bed and muffins and coffee in the morning. It was an easy uber ride to the stadium. Would definitely recommend and will use this Airbnb again when coming to Gillette! We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It looks exactly as in the pictures and is very cozy. David was very friendly and responded quickly to the occasional question we had. The hot tub is fantastic and the kids loved the swings as well. The area is really beautiful and it was great seeing playful squirrels running around and climbing trees. We would definately recommend a stay at this cottage.

Arrival was easy, the master bed was VERY comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet which was important to us. The back deck and backyard are relaxing and scenic (we watched turkeys, squirrels and birds passing through). David is a friendly and interesting person, available for questions and also respected our privacy during our stay.

David was very welcoming and gave us a nice little tour of its cute house. It feels so homy right away. Books and pictures everywhere. It was the coldest day of the year and we enjoy the spa it was great! Will definitely recommend that place!

The home was perfect for a group of friends to catch up over wine and cheese. We loved the hot tub but it was a little old school so make sure you leave more time for it to heat up. David was kind enough to let us have a late check out which we really appreciated. The area is beautiful and quiet and not far away there are some lovely woods to walk in.!

We were looking for a quiet place outside of Boston and near the Plainridge Park Casino. David's home was a perfect match. He was very attentive and extremely helpful. The house is quaint and well appointed and was very comfortable for two couples and a single. There was some concern about the single bathroom, but there was never an issue. We took the train into Boston from the Mansfield Station (10-15 minutes away) and drove into town (45-60 minutes). Both were very easy. The upstairs bedroom was warm and comfortable, although the stairs challenged one of our party. The Master was large and has great views of the wooded lot. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would love to come back in the future. David was a perfect host, even accommodating our very short notice booking. This is a beautiful and charming home in a gorgeous setting.

Beautiful home owned by a very welcoming couple with two very friendly dogs! One of the nicest homes I have ever stayed in for sure. Very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom for the guests. A lot of privacy too even with the homeowners on site. I would definitely recommend staying here to anybody. If I get nit-picky the only real opportunities here are quite small, I would add a small bed side lamp and possibly some source of entertainment in the private room such as a radio or small tv. However I had an excellent stay, you're provided with a lightning fast guest wifi and I was able to use my personal devices to entertain myself during the wind-down times at night. Loved it here.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! They were the most hospitable hosts I've ever had. I have a 70 pound Labrador companion that was not only welcomed but highly embraced. It's so hard to find a place that will host dogs and they were so helpful and treated my little buddy like he was their own. If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is it. If you're looking for a phenomenal place for you and your canine companion, this couldn't be more perfect. My dog loved the added attention and the HUGE fenced in back yard. Marcia and her son were very nice and my friend dog Moxie and there dogs loved to play together! The trails were great! House was kind of cold but I had a lot of blankets! We would defiantly stay again if we went to Gillette

Marcia and her son Luke are very welcoming and most helpful about the house and the area. The bedroom and adjoining bath were tidy and provide both sufficient privacy and space. As with many homes, accommodations are better suited to people of average height. The house's guest entrance and driveway allow for multiple schedules. The property contains both gardens and wooded areas which give a secluded feel although the house is on a busy road. It is close to major highways, so both Boston and Providence are easy to get to. Marcia and Luke make guests feel at home while respecting privacy.

Marcia's place was incredible. We brought our dog Lucy and Marcia was kind enough to walk us through her 14 acre property to allow Lucy to run around. There were three of us staying in two rooms and both were lovely. One bedroom had a private bathroom and we were able to leave Lucy in the kitchen/sunroom when we left the house. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and Marcia and Luke were terrific hosts. The property and grounds were beautiful and my accommodations were excellent. It was an easy ride to the Quincy Adams T station. I highly recommend this spot.

We had a grate time in Marcia's place. We received what we were expecting - cozy house in the middle of the green fields and very kind and attentive hosts. Marcia offered us products of her garden, his son gave us good advice on what to see around. Good place to stay even for exploring Boston. Tip: plan your visit to Boston on Sunday and go there early morning - full of vacant parking lots and FOC (Sunday).

Julie was such a wonderful host! She was able to accommodate us on our last minute trip and made us feel so welcome. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay... each evening when we came back she had candles lit and cookies for us to enjoy as we relaxed. The character and charm of this home is just wonderful! We loved the experience of stay in this house converted from an old 1800's cotton mill. Julie shared a lot of history about the home and the area - we really enjoyed it!

So many small touches that made it wonderful....coffee ready to go, baked bread, and awesome recommendations for local spots. The place was very relaxing and we had some well deserved rest. Privacy was great and our hosts made this visit a very positive experience. I would 100% recommend this listing for those interested. The neighborhood was very nice and very quiet. This home is at the end of a culdesac, so parking is no issue at all. Something of high point....we went to New Hampshire for the day and the day ran long. Bill called my cell and checked in with us to make sure we were ok and not lost or stranded. A small touch that was very appreciated. We had a breakfast with them the morning we left and ended our visit on a very high note. You are located close to many places in every direction. Bill had a complete tabletop of brochures and places to visit, eat, and sightsee.

The hosts Bill and Jamie made me feel at home and almost part of the family. They are great sources of information about the local area and will do anything possible to make your stay comfortable. The neighborhood is rural and quiet but good restaurants and shopping are not far away by car. The unit, a basement apartment has new washer and dryer provided and all the entertainment devices you might need, including a regulation pool table and large screen TV. A wooded back yard with lots of birds and chipmunks provide plenty of relaxing entertainment or you can sit on the patio and read.

My son and I came up for the Chiefs game. Mike provided excellent communication from start to finish. Nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great pub and food just up on the corner. I would for sure stay here again.

Our host Mike was right on point. He was easy to get a hold of. After the first night my husband requested the thermostat to be lowered in the evening and within minutes Mike had it done. I highly recommend to others.

The listing was exactly as described. Spacious and very comfortable! It's in the perfect location, close to everything. But, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having the garage to park our vehicle inside overnight. Mike was kind enough to provide a few toiletries incase we had forgotten anything. He was very responsive with communication back and forth and made sure we were comfortable. We visit Franklin frequently and will definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay I definitely recommend it!

We stayed for two nights. The house is well maintained and has almost everything you need for a perfect vacation. The outdoor grill and the fire pit are my favorites. The recliners add luxury to your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked. The location is just perfect for visiting Boston and cape cod. I would recommend this place to my friends. I might go again.

Michael and Traci were great. Their house is gigantic and beautiful, the surrounding and the rooms are very peaceful and comfortable. They were on vacation so we didn't get to meet them but we stayed in contact throughout the trip via message. Our highlight of the whole trip-- The master bedroom has the best shower- the best shower we've ever taken. We loved this stay so much that we want to book it again next year! We couldn't have asked for anything more, it was perfect. Thank you both!!

The house was everything we wanted, clean, spacious with all the amenities. Its location to Xfinity Center could not have been better. We only had 2 guests with us but the house had 4 bedrooms so it could accommodate more people. Michael was responsive to our requests and he left a instruction notebook for TV, stereo, passcodes and everything else we were curious about. We highly recommend.

Wow - what a beautiful home and neighborhood! The pictures don't do it justice. Not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere! Plenty of room, comfortable family room with giant tv and theater seating. Comfortable king bed in the master bedroom with a huge walk in shower. Open layout with huge kitchen and everything you need. Our favorite spot may have been the outside porch with retractable shades. We did have a minor miscue on the garage entry code but Michael responded right away with the corrected code. Nice set of instructions for guests. Just be aware of a few clean up requirements that may not be typical (empty all the trash, strip beds and place in laundry room) and that you need to bring bar soap if you use that. These were minor differences in our renting experience and did not detract at all from our stay. Lovely home, and we would consider ourselves very lucky to stay here again.

We made a weekend trip out of going to a concert at Gillette and stayed at the house for the weekend. It was amazing. So clean and more then enough room to spread out. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as explained. Very clean an in close proximity to Gillette stadium. For a first time stay with Airbnb it was a great visit. I would stay there again.
