Very cool out if the way place. Nice clean room and private bathroom. TV with Netflix etc. Wild turkeys running around in the morning. I would stay here again.

If you get the pleasure of staying here then hopefully you'll get to enjoy the animals too; we saw a 🐰 hopping by as we pulled inn the parking spot; Also each morning you can enjoy some different animals that you don't get to see everyday; from large wild turkeys🦃( Tom & Tabitha lol), Foxes 🦊 & deer's 🦌 to Chipmunks & squirrels🐿️; And of course all different types and sizes of birds! **( this will be the last review i write, unless our future stay has seriously changed; and I don't c this happening. *Air B n B just sends me so many notices to fill out a review, fill a review, last chance to write a review, lol and it gets so annoying so I end up just doing it! but I plan on unsubscribing their notices after this review as well) this home has never been a disappointment! And has always been a pleasure to be staying at this home; A++ rating in our eyes! Anytime that we are working in the Salem NH area, we try to book a room with Dave & Donna. 😊😃😀😎

I had an Awesome stay in Donnamarie’s home. Her warmth and hospitality are second to none. We had a few amazing talks and she makes you feel like family. Her home is clean, comfortable and close to everything. The room I was in was totally cozy. I slept like a baby! Do yourself a favor and book immediately. I look forward to my next stay here.

Precisely as advertised! Many thoughtful touches such as waters and travel shampoo/body wash. Location was convenient for what we needed and was what we were looking for in a quick overnight visit. Amanda was prompt in communication and was able to help us get settled quickly.

This place is awesome! The Amanda and her husband Alex were so friendly and welcoming. There house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Alex even made food for me super late at night! Definitely would stay here again.

This was a great place! It was a perfect sized room for 1 or 2 people with your own private bathroom. I was comfortable and everything was very clean. Mercedes was very easy to communicate with and I knew right off the bat what was expected of me. I highly recommend staying here!

Marie’s home was a wonderful experience! I’m so glad I stayed more than one night! The house was more than I could have expected, it was truly a beautiful old home. The room was comfortable welcoming and private. The house felt like a stay at a Victorian mansion, I was Amazed! Marie is a warm and gracious host and I’m going to miss her breakfast sandwiches and chats. I can’t recommend this place more. I l’m already ready for my next stay here.

Wow! What an Incredible Guy! So originally this trip was for 2 (My sister and myself) However my brother-in-law decided to join us at the last minute and I thought for sure I'd had to cancel the reservation. Amyn told me not to worry and gave us an extra room. We also had to bring my sister's service dog because the sitter canceled on us and Amyn was kind enough to let us have him during our stay. He called us to offer us a ride because we were originally going to take the greyhound to Boston. Got to see Amyn and he made sure to remind us that if we needed anything to let him know. We are BEYOND grateful for his Hospitality and Kindness. We look forward to booking with him in the future. :) Thank You Amyn YOU ARE THE BEST! :)

You will be happily surprised with the usable space. The apartment is furnished wonderfully so that there is more space than we had anticipated. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and the TV setup has many great features. The apartment is located close to town. We were very happy during our stay at this adorable apartment.

Such a great space! Easy distance to UNH while really letting me end my day feeling like I was away from the conference I was attending. Steven was incredibly friendly and welcoming but respected my space. Response time for any needs was immediate. I arrived to yogurt, creamer, and chocolate in the fridge and coffee on the counter for me. AC was already turned on, which was key on a 90+ degree day (the hottest so far this year). Internet let me conduct video interviews with ease and watch YouTube TV and Netflix easily. Can’t say enough positive things about Steven or the place. I will stay here during any future conferences or other work travel in the area.

Steven’s place was perfect for my needs at an unbeatable price point and I found him to be a tremendous host; he is available but not intrusive, friendly, full of local knowledge, and very accommodating. I will continue to book with Steven whenever I am in the area.

I had the pleasure of staying here and it was perfect for me. Warm, cozy and inviting. The loft was immaculate and they provided some nice touches - a breakfast muffin and chocolate chip cookies upon arrival in addition to toiletries if you forgot to pack them. Comfortable bed and couch, the ambiance makes you want to just hang out and relax.

Mike and Amy’s place is gorgeous, stylish, and cozy. The bed and the sofa bed are super comfortable, the shower is hot, and the space is immaculate. This was the most accommodating airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We hope we can visit again!

I was there for a work-related trip. The place was spotless and super cozy and comfortable (it's hard to me to get comfortable in new beds, but this one was great)! Enjoyed the cookies and muffins they left for me and vegging on couch during downtime from deadlines. Mike was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I enjoyed my stay!

Staying at Jess’s place was wonderful. The area is so spacious, we even got to use the fireplace and sit by it one evening. They gave local tips of where to go which was really thoughtful and helpful. Easy to check in as well.

THIS APT. IS PERFECT !!! It was unbelievably comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated !! Nick thought of EVERY detail to make this apt . feel like home ! There were plenty of cooking supplies, bedding , and toiletries. The closet had an iron , ironing board, extra bedding , linens. He thought of everything ! There was coffee ,tea, basic condiments. I had my own entrance and little 'porch'. Nicks home is beautiful ! The neighborhood is incredible ! Nick was so very nice and interesting and helpful ! I would definitely recommend this apt. to ANYONE who is looking for a perfect ,quiet place to relax and enjoy in total comfort !

Marie was an excellent communicator, and kept the space both organized and homey for my brother and I’s stay in Newburyport. The beautiful, old house was well located, as we made a couple easy trips into town to explore. A nice, affordable stay on the way up to Maine!

Would recommend Linda's place to stay. Enjoyed the privacy and quiet. Peaceful scenery and short distance to Lake Massabesic, highway.

This is a very comfortable setup on a super cute farm! I enjoyed wandering around and saying hello to the goats and horses. The rooms are clean and comfortable and Linda really made me feel right at home. Had a lovely time :)

Great views of all the farm animals. Nice and clean. Left coffee and cream for us, plus microwave popcorn and a soda. Just a great place.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda's place. The suite was very nice, and we loved the location. We will definitely try to stay there on our next trip.

Prompt communication, clean and private living space. Linda even asked when we would arrive so she could turn the ACs on for us! We loved seeing all the goats and horses, and that our dog could stay with us. The coffee and hot chocolate were the perfect touch. WiFi connection was strong. We will definitely be back!

Linda’s place is beautiful! You are on a beautiful farm, you have your own private entrance to a mini apartment! The whole space was very clean and simply perfect! A great value!

A hidden gem. River views. Tranquil setting. Wonderful hostess. Great location convenient to Newburyport and surrounding area. Chocolates in the room and coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning.

We unfortunately stayed only one night over the two night we booked because my wife was sick. But this was still a quiet and peaceful place and we get to try the delicious sandwiches on our way back home :) The house is really huge and amazing ! Thanks to Marie for letting us stay.

Our stay at Marie’s home was terrific. Marie was quick to respond to any questions and check in was very easy. Her home has so much character, a lovely place to spend the weekend. Marie was a thoughtful host, leaving us breakfast sandwiches in the morning and a pot of tasty coffee. We were in town for a wedding and Marie let us leave a couple of hours after the usual check out time so we could explore the town before getting ready. The horses and farm was such a beautiful sight and stores were close by.

I've stayed here a couple times now and have had a great experience both times. The hosts are great!!! The Bunkhouse is Located about 25 min from Pease Air Reserve Base and is only a couple of miles away from a small shopping center and rte 101.

Jan is sweet and and really cares about your comfort. She communicates with her hosts and at the end you feel like staying at your best friend place.

I had a great stay at Jan's farm. The guesthouse was comfortable and clean, good for reading and working on my laptop. She has clearly put thought and care into many small things that add up, like portable night lights. I especially enjoyed talking with Jan and learning about the horses and farm - an unexpected bonus. Thank you Jan!

If the pictures look intriguing, then chances are you're the type of person that's going to love staying here. The horses are so friendly and beautiful, and the barn truly makes staying here a unique experience.

The Love Shack is a very interesting place. It allows one to be separate from life's crazyness, but still part of the "place". Thea is a great host and welcomes you to the entire house, and its environs. You have all that to add to your stay. Interestingly, the shack allows privacy that would otherwise never be possible. I will stay here again.

The cabin is exactly as it appears in the photos. Quaint and rustic on the outside, charmingly decorated with tiled floors, pleasant touches that make it feel warm and welcoming, and a very comfortable bed (also a fridge, microwave, space heater, etc.). I was in the area for work, but ended up enjoying my stay very much in this little private cottage. The host provided access to convenient bath rooms in the main house, and she communicated well to help me check in during a very hectic arrival after a long trip. If I return to the area again, I'll look forward to staying here again!

Excellent place! Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Haverhill/Lawrence/Andover area. Thea goes above and beyond to make you feel as though you are truly at home and is always checking in to see if there is anything else she can help you with. She even loves to share a meal or a glass of wine with you. The Love Shack itself is very clean, decorated beautifully, and is very cozy to sleep in. If I come back to the area I definitely plan on renting out The Love Shack again!

Deanie’s place was just as described. The home, built in 1910 has so much history. It was wonderful to hear Deanie’s stories about the many presidents she has hosted at her home. Check in and check out was quick and easy, and her lemon cake was delicious. The bed was so comfortable and we were well rested. Since our trip was last minute, I booked her place despite being very allergic to cats - I was a bit nervous I would have allergies while there but the room was kept so clean that I did not have any issues. Her dogs are so sweet and friendly and it was great to meet them too. Thank you for your hospitality Deanie!

Joel is one of great hospitable hosts that I have met. His big house is quiet, clean, simple and comfortable. I immediately felt at home. Please send him text rather than try to talk over his mobile phone when you do check-in. His house is surrounded by big trees. Communication at first could be frustrating.

Patty's place was perfect for my husband and I. I was in town for a work assignment only to wind up in the hospital for a week! Patty and her husband were so kind to my husband while I was in the hospital. The room was clean and cozy. Patty has comfy robes in the closet for guests. Extra pillows in the closet if needed. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet place to stay, then this is it! I really cannot say enough nice things about the hosts. They gave us wonderful tips to tour around to the local areas. Provided great conversation after a stressful time in the hospital. I seriously can not wait to visit again in the summer.

Patty and her husband were so cool and nice , she guided as so well before checkin that helped us to reach the place and do the checking with no difficulties even though we reached midnight to the location.. I recently spent two nights at Patty's place. I just needed a place in Durham to sleep, so did not spend much time in the room, but it was perfect for that. Communication with Patty was excellent and the place was very clean. Check-in was a breeze. This is a room with a shared bath down the hall, but it was not a problem getting ready in the morning. Overall, a pleasant stay for a great value.

A rural enclave just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Portsmouth and Manchester but still relatively close in proximity to all major amenities, Patty's home is the quintessentially New England - warm, inviting, clean, and welcoming. The "Blue Room" has ample space for hanging clothing, moving about, and the beds are comfortable. The shared restroom is immaculate! Patty and Mike are wonderful hosts. They are helpful, friendly, communicative and inviting. I enjoyed my trip and would love to return again with my wife.

She made sure to leave us breakfsst sandwiches in the fridge for the next morning everynight, and they tasted and looked like she had made them herself. Not many people would have taken the time to do that, especially with the low price she charges. If i could reveiw with 10 stars, I would.

We were truly impressed with our stay in this stately mansion. When we got to our suite, we found blueberry muffins and a note from Marie that she had left us breakfast sandwiches for the morning; this was quite the scrumptious surprise! Follow the corridors where they lead - you'll be amazed at the spaciousness and opulence of this estate. Before taking off, Marie was kind enough to show us the gallery-like spaces she is creating within the home. Simply a splendid, memorable stay. We are impatient to return!

Another pleasant stay with Ted and Anne in their lovely home! Such a pretty location and comfortable room; we slept so well. Appreciated their flexibility, too, with check-in since we weren't exactly sure of our schedule until last minute. We were a bit disappointed to find the tv in our room wasn't working, but sure they will get that back in order since everything in this home is so beautifully maintained. It is so nice that they serve a tasty continental-style breakfast; much appreciated, and the conversation time at the table is fun - really like visiting family for us and it was great to catch up since our last stay here. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

This was our very first Airbnb experience and we truly couldn't have had better hosts! Everything was absolutely exceptional, from the comfort of the room/bed to the breakfast in the morning and even the curious kitty 😊

We felt at home right from the beginning!They are such a lovely couple.Very friendly and welcoming.They have a beautiful house in a very picturesque area. They have a paradise-like balcony and have beautiful wild birds coming for a snack every day. Also, they have a beautiful cat appropriately named “ Gandalf the gray”, With whom you can play if you want. They provided us everything we needed. We had an excellent time with them and some very nice conversation. Don’t think twice, just book it if available!;-)

The hosts deserve their rating, not only do they offer a great service and are incredibly hospitable but they also make you feel at home!

We had a great time in Ted and Anne’s house. They are wonderful host! This lovely couple is very warm and accommodating. We had a comfortable room and great conversation! We highly recommend stay with them!
