Small apartment in quiet, central location

Small, lovingly equipped apartment with separate bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Ideal for a short stay in our beautiful Schiller city. Central, but very quiet location (about 5 minutes walk to the old town, train station, supermarket ...) After half a year long-term rental, you can now book again. As we live in the same house (shared house entrance!) we are always happy to be there for you if you have any questions or need anything. We also serve a delicious breakfast on request. :)

Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. Playground right next door. A bakery ( max. 5-minute walk) and also other shopping opportunities (DM, Kaufland, Lidl, etc.). Feel at home.:-) Enjoy !

Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.
