This is a brand new super modern 1st floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, located in a very secure development with a swimming pool. There is currently a construction site across the road. Expect Construction noises. Portable Power for Load-shedding. You can power the TV, wifi, standing lights and charge cell phones when the power is off. The development is a short walk to the beach, have a large swimming pool and great circular road for a walk. No music & noise. No visitors. No smoking.
