Independent studio in an architect's house. Bright and comfortable, it has a charming private terrace not overlooked. Ideally located in the heart of the authentic fishing port of Loguivy de la Mer, at the mouth of the Trieux and facing the island of Bréhat, everything is within walking distance: fishmonger, supermarket, bar, restaurant, nautical center. New house in Loguivy-de-la-Mer, 1 min from the beach (in front of Ile de Bréhat). 5km from Paimpol and 5km from the pier to Bréhat Island. A lot of parking even allows you to park a boat! In this village, there are all the necessary shops and restaurants. The terrace of 30 m2 is facing south and has 2 large deckchairs, a table and benches. I thought of, furnished and decorated this house to make you feel like you're in a haven of peace. See you soon Nadine
