Great place for me for my harvest period. The mezzanine my nest, perfect for resting my back tired from cutting right. Valerie is a perfect host, always attentive and accomodating. I highly recommend this house, in this typical southern Bordeaux. Special mention to my friend the cat Gribouille.

Wow, wow, wow! We LOVED our stay at Valerie! The house is fantastic and Valerie is very friendly. It was immediately felt as if we were in the family, and not in someone we did not know. The area is super nice and the grocery store is 3 minutes walk. Valerie cooked us good bread house and has particularly helped with ideas of things to do during our visit to Bordeaux. She even contacted the owners of a vineyard for us to visit it. Valerie thank you very much !!

Valérie was really kind and open-minded. She talks English fluently and makes wonderful crepes :) We really loved staying at her place! And even if it was only for one night - everything was nicely prepared, neat and she made us feel at home!

Valerie is a smart, kind woman who could not have been better. She keeps a clean household and makes sure you are comfortable and feeling great! I love her so much, we hung out and did activities together for almost the next week. I am sad to leave the area because I had such a great time spending time with this strong woman. Whenever I think of Bordeaux and Langoiran, I will always think of her!

Our host was very welcoming and accommodative. Her apartment is nice and comfortable and it's walking distance to the small town.

J avais besoin d'une chambre pour une nuit dans la cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Très bon accueil de Jean Philippe logement indépendant, un peu spartiate mais très suffisent pour une nuit, très calme et garage a disposition. Bon petit déjeuner. Dommage que la baignoire jacuzzi soit en panne ce jour la, j en aurais volontiers profiter après un long voyage mais c etait pas très important. J reviendrais sans problème

Studio indépendant avec ses salle de bain + toilettes privatives. Logement très propre. Accueil sympathique, malgré notre retard sur l'arrivée prévue, et petit déjeuner sympathique avec les hôtes le matin.

Veronique is a most charming hostess, her beautiful home is clean and well appointed and the figs from her trees are the sweetest I've ever had! It was a bit difficult to find the house, because even as we were parked a few feet from there, the GPS did not recognize it. Both Monica and I would stay there again and would recommend it without qualifications!! ‚— Great spot!!

Lucienne is a delightfully warm person. Her place is a bit hard to find as the road does not appear on most maps. She made sure I had detailed directions. When I arrived a bit late she showed me around and let me have use of the kitchen to cook a meal. I was also greeted by one of her two cats and then next morning by the other cat and the very cute dog. Lucienne's son was also home and enjoyed his heartfelt piano playing before I snuggled up with my cats on the comfortable bed. Breakfast of warm croissants and coffee was also just what I needed. Perfect peace and quiet in a calm location. The bedroom with ensuite shower and WC had its own entrance too. I hope to return in the near future. Lucienne est une personne délicieusement chaude. Sa place est un peu difficile à trouver car la route ne figure pas sur la plupart des cartes. Elle fait en sorte que j'ai eu des instructions détaillées. Quand je suis arrivé un peu tard, elle m'a montré et me laisser utiliser la cuisine pour cuisiner un repas. On m'a également accueilli par l'un de ses deux chats, puis le lendemain matin par l'autre chat et le chien très mignon. Le fils de Lucienne était également à la maison et a apprécié son cœur piano avant que je blottis avec mes chats sur le lit confortable. Petit-déjeuner des croissants chauds et du café était aussi juste ce qu'il me fallait. La chambre à coucher avec salle de douche et WC avait sa propre entrée aussi. J'espère revenir dans un proche avenir.

La maison est grande et chaleureuse, la douche italienne et la cheminée etaient une tres belle surprise. De plus, Damien a su se montrer tres disponible et serviable, meme si on a pas eu l'occasion de se croiser. A la prochaine!

Accueil chaleureux. Damien a su nous mettre à l'aise car pour des normands le contacts n'est pas toujours facile d'autant que l'on s'installe chez quelqu'un que l'on ne connait pas. Le descriptif du logement correspond. Simple et convivial. Une maison pour les vacances. François, le voisin est très discret. L"entretien du potager n'est pas une contrainte. Beautiran est idéalement située près de Bordeaux et permet de belles ballades pédestres. La piscine est absolument nécessaire.

Hem estat molt a gust a casa del Damien. La casa era com a les fotos, en un barri molt tranquil. En Damien va ser molt acollidor i atent, ens va facilitar informació de com arribar a les sortides que voliem fer. La piscina fantàstica.

Quitterie was the perfect host and made us feel at home. The accommodation was well maintained and exactly as we hoped it would be and more. It was the ideal location for us getting about and had everything we needed: good local wine, away from busy suburbs, good restaurants a short drive away and a supermarket at the bottom of the hill!  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quitterie’s AirBnB and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Bordeaux area. 

WONDERFUL ... We all loved the home of Quiteria and Alain, loves, fuss over an open fire when we arrived and things like tracking by car so we do not waste time and explanations left in a pocket for us to arrive earlier and open house. The house, the garden, the pool, I dream only of one thing to have the happiness of return. And next time, the house we will radiate in the region because we are very close to Bordeaux and all the great châteaux to visit. We were two couples, one of Costa Rica and the other French, the house is very well equipped towels, linens, placemats, kitchen towels and more .... the bedding is very good, we were able very good rest. The kitchen is well equipped which allowed us to cook well .We were able to do laundry, we had a small room for drying clothes, another for ironing or washing small machine, the ideal in a house . Various windows, the view is beautiful, the house with its shutters of a bright red and yellow stone ..... we can only rêver.MERCI

Quitterie made us very welcome by showing us around and making sure we knew where everything was and how things worked in her kitchen. She also had information on all kinds of tourist activities in the area. Quitterie also left us a bottle of delicious wine which was very thoughtful.

Everything is as on the pictures, but prettier! We had such a nice time at Quitterie's house. They are very welcoming and explained everything in the house to us. Further the house is very well equipped with everything that you would need during a holiday. We would love to go any time again!

We spent 2 extra days in this beautiful home that is rather better in real life than in the photos (which are already attractive). We were greeted by Quiteria and her husband, who, seeing out the sun, were quick to get us two chairs! Everything was also ready to light us a fire in the fireplace. The grounds are beautiful, the beds comfortable, well-equipped home. A great place that we recommend to rest in the countryside while being 30 minutes from Bordeaux.

We had a great time at Le Tourne, village located in the Bordeaux region. The house is spacious, comfortable, well maintained and equipped. The beautiful walled garden is perfect for the whole family to spend a relaxing stay. The description and photos are entirely consistent with what we expected. Everything is made for a good stay green and calm. Discretion and the attentions of Quiteria and her husband helped us feel at home in their tastefully decorated home.

Despite a language barrier between myself and Pascal's father who greeted us at the accomodation, we were made to feel welcome and he went out of his way to make sure we knew where everything was located in the property, but also to make sure we were able to find our way around the area. Very friendly hosts, would recommend.

Beautiful home, immaculately decorated and super homely. Our hosts were extremely kind and gracious, could not be more lovely. No request was too big. Breakfast included homemade jams and we were even treated to a walk around the vineyards. Great swimming pool, wonderful to relax beside and enjoy the calm. Definitely recommend without hesitation -

Firstly, if you are going to a wedding at Chateau Lagorce, Edith and Remy's place is PERFECT! Five mins walk from the Chateau - It's a no-brainer! If you're not, then it's still a great place to stay and explore the region. From the first message, Edith and Remy were extremely friendly and welcoming, they gave us everything we needed to get there without a hitch and answered all of our questions. The room was great and a good size with ensuite etc. It was in the attic though, so might be annoying for someone very tall (6'2"+), but othwise fab. The house and grounds are beautiful and Remy's restored vintage furniture gives the whole place real style. We were invited by Edith to share a bottle of fizz and some homemade snacks on our first evening, which was both lovely and tasty. And the breakfast was FANTASTIC. Really, really nice - The homemade fig tart and apricot jam was the highlight - Although our post wedding hangover meant we missed breakfast one day ;-( Our French is embarrassingly poor, however their English was perfectly adequate for us to chit-chat. We drove to Saint-Emillion (30mins) for a day trip which was well worth it - especially for wine lovers! We also had dinner in Creon in a place called La Table - a definite recommendation from us!

Such a wonderful experience staying at La Clotte, the house is absolutely stunning and our hosts could not have been more hospitality. It was a perfect location as we attended a wedding a Chateau Lagorce which was a short walk away. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and we were also treated to a yummy BBQ. The room we stayed in was really spacious and we had lovely views of the garden. I highly recommend and looking to visit again next year!

Our stay at La Clotte was brilliant. The host's Edith and Remy were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from our arrival. I stayed with my wife and the room was perfect with a nice home made breakfast in the morning. The pool was good for a refreshing dip in the morning. The property is absolutely stunning ,the pictures cannot start to explain how relaxed the environment is and you would not believe that this is a twenty minute drive from Bordeaux due to the tranquil setting. We stayed for a wedding at Château Lagorce. This was an ideal location as we were able to walk to the wedding at the Chateau Lagorce, the walk is not long and took my wife three minutes in heels. I would stay again and could not recommend the accommodation more!!

Cathy et Christophe sont juste adorables et offrent un accueil digne d'un gîte 4 Etoiles (ou 5 d'ailleurs j'hésite !). La maison génère un sentiment de confort paisible et de bien être qui fait que mes ados, avec qui j'y ai séjourné deux semaines, ont eu peu d'entrain pour aller visiter la région.... Ce qui n'est pas dit dans l'annonce c'est la proximité de récoltants assez originaux qui changent l'image du vignoble bordelais. À recommander chaudement !
