A homely villa in a quiet location of Nazioni. Amleto was easy to communicate with over (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) before and during our visit, his mother was helpful and friendly introducing us to the house. With three children including a baby the patio area was ideal for them to play and crawl safely. As it was North facing and very hot it was a great for shade too. Each window and door had mosquito blinds which were fantastic. Parking is available on the street and we found it to be safe and easy. We cycled easily in minutes to the beaches and the shops. The sea water is shallow and warm! It was a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend a day trip to Ravenna as it is beautiful! A great time had by all!

It was a great experience, Isabella and her family welcomed us with the smile holding us in front of the car in front of the house with their car, which they moved on our arrival. The house is spacious and bright and is located just a stone's throw from the beach and the shops, and you can also walk to the supermarket. The hospitality of Isabella and her husband Pietro is truly unique: we have kept the car near the house with our car, then moved to our arrival, to allow us a baggage discharge as simple as possible. They have heated the apartment these days a little strange on the April 25th bridge. The house is located on the ground floor where the host lives, this allowed us to have a family relationship, but at the same time discreet, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment is located in a very busy area of fridges, restaurants, newsstand, ATM, supermarket and post office. It is near the sea in a quiet area. We like to travel very much and it was easy to visit various museums in the surroundings (Manifattura dei Marinati, Museo Delta Antico and Museo Remo Brindisi ... highly recommended) as well as boat tours in the Valle dei Comacchio and the excursion, always by boat, with the Fisherman in Valle Campo. Isabella and her husband welcomed us very cordially, they were very friendly and gave us touristic guides of Puerto Garibaldi, Comacchio and Ravenna, also of restaurants. I recommend to follow the steps that you give !! .. from the first day made us feel at home. The apartment was well equipped, clean and needed for a good stay. You can park your car outside the house without any problem. The apartment has 2 super comfortable bedrooms, the first bedroom is a large double bed with a single bed and also has a chest of drawers to change a baby with games in the room. The second bedroom has two beds with a balcony and a street view well ventilated. The kitchen is small but has everything. The dining room has a large table for 6 people, a modern lcd TV, an additional bed and a balcony. Space is for a large family or couple. It is located at 100 meters approx. Of the boats and to restaurants, pescaderia, greengrocer, hairdresser, etc. It has very good location. A few blocks away you find a fish shop where we buy fresh fish and prepare a rich Peruvian ceviche of fish and with cochas. In the restaurants we find grilled fish very delicious and affordable. The hosts are always aware of us and when they were not there, her sister is there to help. Sara was really helpful. She gave all the necessary information about the place so we knew exactly what we needed to consider. She has equipped the house with everything you could need and generously invites guests to use anything in the house. The downstairs area is great with plenty of room outside to eat and let the kids play in the shade. There is also space for parking, which is good because there is very little on the street. The upstairs is rather small – the bedrooms are doable, but the bathroom is really small and it's difficult to shower. We got around it by showering at the pool and at the beach clubs a lot. There is no air conditioning, so you need to leave the doors open, which is a problem regarding the mosquitos as there are no screens on the doors. So make sure you take precautions there. The pool is very close by but the walk to the beach is a bit far for young kids, so we ended up taking the car a lot. Taking your own bikes would be a good option. Het huis is voldoende groot. Alles is netjes, werkend en goed onderhouden. De ruimte om het huis was boven verwachting. Het gezamenlijk zwembad was zeer ruim, goed onderhouden en dichtbij (60 meter). De zee ligt op zo'n 2 kilometer afstand. Perfect!

Luke und ihr Team waren sehr höflich und gab sich alle Mühe uns zu erleichtern. Haus in einem ruhigen Viertel etwas außerhalb des Zentrums.

Angelamaria e il suo compagno sono dei meravigliosi host che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. La stanza è essenziale, ma tranquillissima. La cucina ci è stata messa a disposizione per fare colazione con una fantastica marmellata preparata per noi. L'appartamento è a 2 passi dalla spiaggia, in una zona silenziosa. Posto auto riservato. Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo il prossimo anno senza dubbio!

Everything was just exactly like in the description or even better. The breakfast was always on the table when we woke up and Andrea was a wonderful host - open minded, easy to talk with and very helpful (regarding finding something good to eat, going out, ...). Also the beach was just some minutes away by walking and the apartment was nice and tidy. We couldn´t ask for more :)

We had a wonderful time in Lido, flexible arrival and checkout was possible, Andrea and his Sister were nice and friendly and helped us with any questions. We really enjoyed the stay in Lido di Spina, we loved the wonderful Beach which is just a 5 minutes walk from the appartment. We recommend to spend your holidays here.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni giorni nell'appartamento azzurro. Andrea e suo fratello sono stati molti disponibili a venirci incontro negli orari di check-in e check-out, e ci hanno accolto gentilmente spiegandoci le varie caratteristiche dell'alloggio e del quartiere. L'appartamento è ben arredato, abbastanza spazioso e luminoso, la cucina è funzionale e ben fornita e anche le camere sono comode. Con nostro piacere abbiamo trovato cose che spesso non si trovano negli appartamenti: olio, aceto, sale, zucchero, una cassa di acqua, piatti di plastica (nel caso in cui non si volessero usare quelli normali). Per quanto riguarda la posizione, non si è vicinissimi alla spiaggia, ma con le biciclette lasciate a disposizione si può arrivare al mare senza problemi in cinque minuti, e sempre in bici, si possono raggiungere supermercati, edicole ecc. Purtroppo Lido di Spina è un po' carente di vita la sera, ma ovviamente non è colpa dell'host! È l'ideale per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante.

Appartamento a misura di bambino con tutti i comfort ..semplice curato e comodo in bicicletta per i principali servizi. Andrea e famiglia ospitali, cordiali, molto disponibili e simpatici.

Casa accogliente e a piano terra con tutto il necessario per una vacanza in relax. Siamo stati accolti con molta premura e cortesia. La casa è un nido per famiglia e pelosi per volare al mare e poi cenare in giardino e riposare in una zona tranquilla. Non mancava nulla, vicine le spiagge, la farmacia e i negozi per la spesa.

Davvero una bellissima vacanza in un ottimo appartamento! Grazie ad Andrea e i suoi fratelli....

Mila's accommodation is a great choice. It is in a good location 5 minutes walk from the three bridges, the area is quiet and there is no parking problem. The room is large, clean. There's a lot of space, the same thing for the bathroom. Great welcome, availability and attention to the right measure. Enjoy your breakfast. To recommend.

We were received like royalty. Our hosts were in much trouble and are particularly friendly, truly a beautiful game. The house is very close to the center (5 minutes walk) and a supermarket. The room is large with a double bed and private bathroom is equally important. The house has lots of charm. still thank you to our guests for everything.

We stayed one night. B & B very comfortable and centrally located (5 minutes walk from the center) in a quiet residential area. The room is clean and equipped with all amenities, the simple but hearty breakfast. Mila, the owner, was kind and helpful making us spend a pleasant stay :)

The Villetta is very nice, “warm” and cozy! It is not big but 100% comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. If there are more people they can always sleep in the living room on the ground floor. The house has everything what you need in the kitchen, so you can make food yourself without any problem. AC is in every room! If you travel with kids there is a closed garden they can play in. Bikes were also helpful! Chiara and her family are really nice! If we had any questions, she helped us immediately! There is the wi-fi in the place, so we didn’t have any communication problem. The location is very good: 5 minutes of “kids walking” to the beach but the street is not busy and noisy. The supermarket and restaurants are very close. Most of the tourists are from Germany and Italy. There are some nice places which you can reach by bike or by car: Porto Garibaldi, Comacchio. Venice of course is also not so far. We would definitely recommend the place to our friends!

The living room in the house of Clare was great, the house is situated in a quiet street, is cool and spacious (for 3/4 people); with its large garden allows you to eat outside and the interior is treated. The advice for a small family who want to take a beach vacation.

Very nice house, small but comfortable and clean. Close to the beach (200 m), quiet street. No wi-fi, but restaurant next door have free public wi-fi, just come there and ask :) Overall very pleasant stay, town is mall and focused on tourists, mainly from Italy.

Maison très bien située, quartier très calme. Tout ce fait à pied. Les promenades du soir sont agréables dans cette petite station balnéaire familiale et animée. Nous y avons passé de belles vacances avec nos 3 enfants. Seul bémol : les moustiques.
