Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. I just finished the complete renovation. The rental allows me to finance the suite. My place is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it because of the view, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one-week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

The cottage is totally independent of the house with private terrace. You will be quiet, surrounded by nature, 2 steps from the greenway; and 5 minutes from the Ardèche on foot. Close to renowned sites such as the Chauvet cave, the Pont d 'Arc, Vogüe, you can explore the trails and discover our beautiful landscapes. For the more athletic, there are many activities there. But also relax on the deckchairs at the pool, or enjoy the tranquility of the courtyard.

The new "Gîtes du Testal" opened in 2021 to a beautiful medieval town: Lagorce. The location is very pleasant because at the crossroads of the most beautiful tourist attractions, 4 rivers including the Ardèche ... and yet quiet. This pretty garden floor is comfortable, very well equipped, clean, bright and heated/air-conditioned. Infants are welcome (see below). 1 small, clean and quiet dog is allowed. Relax in this quiet and stylish home!
