Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis and gas grill. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A new comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. The south facing villa with sea view is located in a quite part of the wonderful Prainha condominium. The house is equipped with A/C and offers 1 bedroom with a separate bathroom on ground floor and and 2 bedrooms on the first floor also with a separate bathroom. The roof terrace and the spacious garden provide plenty space to relax. With 3 pools in the condominium and the 200m distant beach all prerequisites for relaxing holidays are in place :)

Spacious apartment close to the beach! We rent out our comfortable apartment in the area close to Vou Beach. The area has an outdoor pool and a children's pool and is located 500 m from the beach. The apartment is about 100 m2 with a terrace of 20 m2 located on the first floor. It´s got two large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has a large living room with TV fiber optic internet 400mbps. The terrace in the south.
