We loved everything about the condo and would definitely stay there again. The location is outstanding, only a block away from the best part of the beach (Mamitas Beach) and two blocks away from 5th Avenue. Everything you need (convenience stores, several good bars and restaurants, a scuba shop) is all right there. The roof top terrace was the best part. Incredible view, great pool, and nice relaxing furniture. We spent a whole day up there. You can see Cozumel. The condo is spotless. Manolo and his assistants (Renzo and Juan) treated us perfectly. Try Hangover Bar on the corner. I highly recommend Fusion for dinner. Enjoy!!

The condo was amazing, the location was great, there was some problem with the lock door and bathroom but Renzo was very quick to fiz our problems.

The communication between Manolo and Renzo was very quick. The responses were almost instantaneous. They have great instructions on how to get to the condo from Cancun. The apartment was perfect. It was one block away from the beach and Mamitas Beach Club and Fifth Avenue. Everything you need is in the apartment. The rooftop terrace with the pool is a great bonus. At night you get a security guard for extra security but it isn't really needed since the area is really safe. I highly recommend this condo.

WOW was the first thing that I said when I saw the place. It was amazing. So well lit, decorated, clean, safe, sleek and classy. I felt like a princess in a modern castle! The roof top pool was amazing and it overlooked the beach, truely magical. It was a step to the beach and a few more to 5th Ave where all the action is. As for Manolo, unfortunately I never got the chance to meet him but he had some people look after me in his absence that were amazing and very available if I had any questions. Highly recommend this place and I would definitely revisit again!!

From the moment we arrived in Playa del Carmen and met with our host Renzo, we felt like family being taken care of! We cannot speak highly enough on his generousity and acts of service - that went above an beyond! Before we even arrived he had stocked the fridge with snacks and drinks of choice, as an added special touch for my boyfriends big bday trip. In addition he arranged rooftop massages by the AMAZING Alma and made dinner reservations at a few great recommended spots in town! Romeo's ...... BEST find by far and the most delicious and enjoyable dining experience while there. The chef was expecting us, called me by name and prepared a special birthday desert, along with complimentary limoncello. AMAZING. Again .... all this - thanks to Renzo. The unit itself was very nice. Contemporary, clean and the rooftop seals the deal (as many write in their reviews). The pool up top is perfect, the lounge beds nice and even a gym and bathroom to use as desired. It was relatively quiet our entire stay and it only added to the romance and ease of use when it came to the top deck. In way of amenities there were a few minor touch ups needed: the shower handle, along with a few drawer handles came loose and just need to be tightened up. In addition the toilet is finicky when it comes to flushing. Also would have loved a few more nice pans in the kitchen - yet appreciated all the appliances and utensils that were there. No deal breakers here and nothing that a once over handyman "touch up" couldn't remedy. As one that travels to Playa on a regular I will definitely consider again for a future stay as it was WONDERFUL .... location, comfort, style and most of all SERVICE! What a lovely condo! Beautiful and clean with a lovely rooftop pool, walking distance from the beach. What else could you ask for? Playa Del Carmen is a party town so bring earplugs for sleeping.

This place is fantastic - my wife and I really enjoyed the location and the hospitality of Manolo's team. The condo is very clean, perfect size for two people and a good layout. The pool on the roof is as advertised and a nice beach club is a block away. Zero complaints - I would come back and highly recommend to all.

The apartment is perfect for Playa. 1min to the beach. 5min to 5th Avenue with all the restaurants and stores. Just a short summary: Great terrace for breakfast. Got every day breakfast from a nearby store and spend 1h in the sun and listening to the see. Watching the stars at night with a Corona - priceless and let you rethink your life. Perfect communication with Ben and Andrea via Whatsup. They were always there when you needed them. Late check-out? No problem! Ben also send me a list with the best value for money restaurants in Playa. Really helpful. Reliable internet. We used to watch Apple TV movies. Comfortable bed with anti mosqito net (helps a lot). I would not hesitate a second to recommend the apartment. PS: Best welcome present: 5 Coronas in the fridge.

I did not personally meet Ben, but he was very responsive by email, and his representative Andrea met us at the apartment. It is in a lovely, and very convenient location within easy walking distance to beach, shops and 5th Avenue. I especially enjoyed the view of the trees and ocean from the balcony. The apartment is not as big as depicted in the pictures, and it is in need of a little tlc. I had an issue with the toilet seat being broken, but Ben got this fixed quickly. It is in a nice, quiet area except for some noisy neighborhood dogs, which really didn't bother me too much. I do prefer a darker room for sleeping but some well placed towels really helped. The stairs up are quite steep and I don't think this would be a great place for elderly or young kids. The pool looked nice, but we didn't use it with the beach so close by. Overall, it was a adequately equipped and with a little work will be a great place to stay.

Benoit's place is simply perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, for the most part away from the noise, yet close enough to anything and everything that you might need. The apartment itself is cool, comfortable, and an ideal place to relax. Everything just worked out perfectly.

This place is in a great location. Walking distance to 5th ave and if you have a car you can drive around easily too. Great pool to cool off in, the beach wasn't great a lot of seaweed and a sewage smell.

Ben's place is in an excellent location just a block from the beach. The apartment is lovely and Ben was very friendly & helpful as we were arriving, directing us to a friend of his to pickup the keys & offering tips about the region and the neighborhood. There is an electricity poll immediately outside the balcony, which I felt got in the way of good photos or feeling your ocean view is completely unobstructed but it is still a very beautiful ocean view, especially at night on a full moon. We slept with the windows open & the fan on & this was very comfortable. There are some nice restaurants & shops nearby which are not as touristy as 5th Ave, this is a great perk. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Great apartment!

WE HAD A FABULOUS TIME! Ben left us a bottle of wine + a fruit plate and water in the fridge to welcome us. His apartment was exactly as described and what the pictures show. Just fantastic. The location is at the north end of Playa del Carmen just minutes away from Avenida 5th and 100m away from the beach. The only not ideal things were that there was construction going on during our stay and they turned off the water several times. Also the beach right next to the apartment is not very big. We had a great time at Benoits place. The moment we entered is was feeling like home. A welcome package containing beer, water and fruits was waiting for us. No really need to go shopping as very good restaurants are just around the corner. His appartment is very well located in relaxed neighbourhood. Only 2 minutes away from the Beach and one block away from the 5th Avenue. Hence very quiet. The WiFi was the best we have experienced during our trip, but we did not use netflix or the other options like Apple TV as we spend most of the time outside and at night we enjoyed the view from his balcony. We will definately com back.

Our stay in Villa del Mar Azul was perfect. Stefano is a very helpful and kind person who made everything that we had a wonderful stay in Playa. His Villa is a really beautiful place, quiet and ideally situated, near to the beach and not too close to a noisy 5Av. The perfect place to appreciate a charm of Playa del Carmen.

It was pleasure to stay at Villas del Mar Azul. Stefano and his wife, Paula, are wonderful people and hosts. Paula met us when we arrived and showed around the house. We felt very welcomed. Our place was very clean, quiet, cozy and comfy. They advised us what places we should see and even organized a swim with Dolphins on the same day as we wanted. Also, they gave us good tips where we should eat and those places were great. We were sad that we couldn't book one more day at their place because Villas del Mar Azul was fully booked. But Stefano was very helpful in advised us of other places to stay. I wish all Airbnb places would be like Villas del Mar Azul. Thanks a lot for a relaxing time!

Place was really nice and comfy. Everything was exactly like on pictures. It was like Fata Morgana in the middle of Playa del Carmen. Stefano was very nice and VERY HELPFUL. He helped us even when we got into problems with local police while driving a rented car. If I decide to visit Playa del Carmen again, I'lldefinitely stay with Stefano again.

We only stayed one night. The place was just as described and displayed in the pictures. The room was perfectly clean and very nice. Stefano and his wife were very friendly and helpful. It's about a 10min bike ride to the city center (you can rent bikes from stefano). The beach is really close by and we went for a morning swim after breakfast.

Villas del mar is a wonderful place that Stefano has put together for a very nice relax and holiday. It is a very pretty construction with very well equipped apartments. We really liked our time here. It was clean, pretty, comfortable and 5 minutes from the touristic area of playa del Carmen. We would totally recommend it for a nice private holiday. Thanks Stefano!

We had a most excellent stay at Villas del Mar Azul. We had selected this listing based on the photos and comments from previous guests, and everything held true. While "a city never sleeps," it was actually quite quiet inside the apartment and we slept extremely well. The kitchen contained essential cookware and we loved having coffee each morning on the roof or in the terrace before venturing out for the day. The neighborhood felt very safe, and everyone we passed gave a warm smile. I personally loved being outside of the chaos of downtown, but in an authentic neighborhood. We felt like we got a greater taste for the true culture of Playa this way. Stefano and Paola were always quick to respond to our questions, and I felt they would have done anything for us. We got great recommendations from them and each day of our week-long stay was filled with a new and interesting experience. The price simply can't be beat... excellent value for the comfort and ambiance provided.

Thank you Dascar for this nice trip. The appartment is well equipped and has everything you need like in a real hotel. While our trip we had private Atmosphere after long days at the beach. The jacuzzi is pretty cozy and private, just a bit too warm in my opinion, but everything is like in the description. We just have two negative aspects, the noise in the nights ,but just when you are sitting outside, you won't hear anything inside the bedroom. The second aspect is the indigo beach club, this beach was not really beautiful, dirty water and fish smell. But you will find some paradise beaches 1-2km away from the apartment. Thanks for having ! My boyfriend and I had a WONDERFUL time at Dascar's place. It's beautiful from the pictures and even more beautiful in person. The decor was amazing. We loved the hot tub and it felt like a little secluded resort/bungalow, but at the same time shops, restaurants and nightlife were easily accessible. We also enjoyed that it was very close to the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer, but will be back if we get the chance!

This home is just as stunning and relaxing as the pictures. Check-in was very easy and everyone was so kind and accommodating. I had some questions prior to arrival and Dascar responded within minutes of messaging her. The location is perfect, I walked the whole strip as it's only a few steps from the front door. There's endless amazing restaurants and shopping everywhere. Yes, it is very loud on weekends, but I like that atmosphere and once I was in bed I couldn't hear anything. I will definitely try returning here!

We stayed for 4 nights and the apartment was excellent. It was very clean and secure. The pictures do not do it justice. It was centrally located and close to everything. The service from the concierge was great and prompt. The host was extremely responsive to all our inquiries. Will definitely stay here again!

Dascar's place was lovely. My boyfriend and I were thoroughly impressed and we don't think the pictures did it justice. You get two stories, the second story has a private hot tub and small bed in an inside loft "just in case," as the management team will say. You have your own "wing" or story--a locked gate door to access your palace. The place is very bright and spacious. From the living room you can hear birds and other wild creatures--it's lovely in the morning. The neighboring units are viewable and you can easily see into other places, and vice versa. The shower is amazing, although the hot water only worked for about 20 min--we think the issue was resolved though. The condo is one block from all the hustle and bustle, and many of the night clubs. You would think the noise would be of concern but it's not--you are also provided with a noise machine, just in case. If you're looking to enjoy the tourism spots, shopping and restaurants, this location is perfect for you. Also the beach is a block and a half away. Straight out the front door onto the beach is Indigo Grill, where you can use your VIP status card--the reason for your appx $60 resort fee. Grab a bed or a couple of lounge chairs and enjoy the views. Overall we were very impressed. Dascar was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend you book her place---plan on spending a little time there, or it'll feel like a waste.

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb! My boyfriend and I stopped here for two nights to explore the Playa Del Carmen, the beach and 5th street. We couldn't have picked a better place! The home is just as pictured, the check-in was easy and the location is unbeatable. You are located one block from the beach and one block from 5th street, putting you within walking distance to everything! The only negative is that the home is located on a street with a few nightclubs which we thought was going to be an issue for sleep but we truly couldn't hear anything once we closed the windows and turned the sound machine on next to the bed. The jacuzzi was a great addition to the property as well. Only thing I wish we knew beforehand is that the loft is not connected to the main house by stairs - you have to walk outside and up the stairs to the rooftop to access it. Overall 5 star stay, would highly recommend it!!

This house is perfect for groups of 8, my family and friends were able to sleep comfortably. The location is perfect, you are right next the beach and a 5 minute walk to 5th street with all the local eats and shops! Over all an amazing trip, will come again!

Great space for a big group. We had an issue with plumbing one night but Gwen was responsive and it was fixed the next morning.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at Villa Coral. From the moment I reached out to Audrey before deciding to book, she was quick to reply, extremely flexible and helpful. The house is GORGEOUS, very spacious and super comfortable will all the amenities we needed. All we had to do was keep a citronella candle on to keep the bugs out. It is also in a super safe gated community, walking distance from the main street. We were a group of 10 girls in town for a bachelorette party and Elizabeth and Audrey helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport and ensured we had everything we needed upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this prime location and these awesome hosts to anyone travelling to Playa!

Karla (the property manager) was always super helpful and in contact with us checking up on our needs, the house is just like the pictures! Highly recomendable!

What a great place! Full kitchen, enough bathrooms for everyone, a back porch area with lots of seating to view the agoutis. The best parts were the proximity to the beach, a couple of blocks, and to town through the jungle path, and the Mayan ruins only a hundred feet away. We were in daily contact with Carla who was very attentive to our needs no matter how small. She also set up a full day tour for us with a great company that gave us one of our best days there. Highly recommended!!

Would recommend to bring additional soap, towels and possible light blankets as beds are only provided with sheets. We were a party of 9 girls and just barely fit comfortably. 2 king beds, 2 fulls and 2 twin beds provided as well as airmattress. House cleaners arrive early and stay for hours, which can be problematic if you want to have privacy. We really enjoyed the home cooked breakfast each morning. Well worth the service.

Everything was great. AC in the bedrooms were very cold. Laundry is done for you if you leave it in a laundry basket in the front. It was great!

Alessandro was unbelievably helpful. I broke bones in both my feet and couldn't walk for the last few days of my visit. He helped me with all sorts of things and made sure I was comfortable. His condo is very nice on its own but his professionalism and eagerness to make you have a great time really make it an outstanding value!

Alessandro was a total legend. I had to book this one close to my time of arrival and yet he was immediately available to guide me in to Playa, helping me book a great taxi service from the airport. I really love the pad, very self contained with a lush chill out area on the top floor that I used all the time. Alessandro also told me the best places to eat in all of Playa so ensure that you ask him about where to get Taco's Al Pastor. Totally amazing!! Great host, top location, excellent price. Boom!

Alessandro was an excellent and very helpful host from the beginning of our reservation through the end! He was there to meet us when we arrived, provided some excellent food and activity recommendations, and was always quick to respond to our questions. The apartment was clean and well maintained. He arranged for a cleaning service to come in the middle of our stay as well which was a nice added touch of hospitality. The location is only a short walk from 5th Avenue and the rooftop pool/lounge area quickly became a favorite spot. I would highly recommend this condo!

Our stay was excellent. My boyfriend and I came to PDC for the first time and Alessandro was a great host. Extremely accommodating for our late arrival (12am). Alessandro suggested great restaurants for us to experience Authentic Mexican cuisine. The rooftop pool was amazing! So relaxing and simply perfect. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Very close to busy 5th, just a short walk away. Orange Cafe and Charley's Pasta directly downstairs are a must! Would love to come back again.

Loved staying in alessandro's apartment in February 2014. The apartment is a great size, has a beautiful roof terrace and is in easy walking distance of everything you would want in playa. Alessandro was very helpful and a fantastic host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in playa del Carmen!!

Alessandro was super helpful! He helped us arrange a shuttle from the airport to the accommodations. Desiree was also very sweet. She helped us arrange a tour to Chichen Itza and gave us the lay of the land. She explained how to get around the city and gave us lots of tips about places to eat, beaches to visit, and things to do. The apartment was situated about a 10 minute walk from the main strip, and the city was easy to navigate. The pool on the roof was nice at night! Right across the street is a fabulous pasta restaurant.. Papa Charlys. Overall, a very great experience! Thanks!

I agree with everyone else when they say this place is awesome!! It is blocks from everything including playa mamitas (3 blocks) and quinta avenida (1/2 block) where we usually hang out (if anyone has a doubt about distance to the beach just check (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps). The AC worked perfectly and since T.D. specifies there a limit for it's usage we use it wisely and didn't pass the limit of kilowatts, anyway you don't need it that much, it's mostly for the nights :) The kitchen was fully equipped, it even has some shot glasses ;) The rooms were also perfect with a lot of space for the clothes in the closet. There just can't be a complain at all for this condo since it is perfectly described in the description and the price is unbeatable. I will definitely be returning soon!!

We had an amazing stay at Tobias' apartment! Tobias is very friendly and accommodating! He was very informative and gave us great tips about the area and how to find gems to visit in Quintana Roo. The apartment is wonderfully located, only two blocks from Mamita's Beach and half a block from 5th Avenida (the Main Street in this beautiful city, with shops, restaurants, bars, and everything you need for a great stroll). The apartment is beautifully decorated with mexican artisany, and has all of the amenities including AC which we were grateful for because it can get pretty warm. The place is cozy, convenient, and it will feel like your personal home in Playa after a few days. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary to cook your own meals. Also, the apartment has it's own reserved parking spot directly outside of the complex, which was great because we rented a car during our stay. We loved staying at T.D's place. The central location of the place next to all the action happening on 5th avenue was just what we were looking for. The place was just far enough away so the noise did not disturb our sleep. The walk to Mamitas Beach was only 5 min away. The place was very cozy and we felt very safe staying there. We felt the pool was a little small for our liking (only since we were really looking for a place that had a nice pool).... but as long as you're not looking for that as your big selling point a very nice place to stay. Internet worked great for the most part.... it was very easy to contact the host as well throughout the days we were there.

Great apt, super easy and clear check in. Originally planned to only stay 2 days, however after seeing what a great location it was and how lightning fast the internet is we extended our stay, which was fast and easy. Super quite, clean and comfortable.

Plenty of emails leading up to our stay to see if we required anything and to then welcome us.

The place was very nice and lived up to the description in every way. Staying in Mid-December (fabulous weather!), we did not use any air conditioning or fans and used far less electricity than the rather generous daily allowance. This is a very spacious, fully-equipped apartment that would accommodate a lengthy stay. There were just two of us, wanting separate rooms, but the place would easily accommodate two couples (full kitchen, large living room, dining table, two bedrooms and two bathrooms).

The place was exactly as described spacious, close to all the restaurants and very clean. T.D. was available and very quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely book with him again if I were to come back to Playa de Carmen.

Loved the apartment, we all liked having the kitchen, fridge and clean water. Only thing I would say is that the aircon has been the most expensive out of everywhere we have traveled. We hardly used the aircon and we still had to pay even more than the original allowance of electricity. If you stay here, maybe send a reminder email that you are coming because I think they forgot we were arriving and the keys weren't there. Overall though we thought it was really cute and we had a great time. Thanks !

Although it took a few hours to meet up with Luz to get into the apartment, once I was there it was a great place to stay! Luz is very nice, well traveled and used to having people from all over the world around her. She is a wealth of stories, very kind, and is considerate and accommodating. The room I stayed in was very nice, with a dresser, a nice sized bed, and air conditioning if I needed it. There is a balcony off of the apartment with sliding doors which looks out onto the park near by. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, and feels very safe. There is no words to describe how good it was to be in that place. The host is an awesome human being who did more than I was expected. She even made us a dinner to make us taste different local food. My favourite activity was to hang out on the rooftop admiring the beautiful ocean view and all around. It will be without any hesitation that I would recommend this place if you want to enjoy Mexico. Thanks Lucy & Chris!

George and I have been to Playa several times and the weather was exceptional this time as was our stay at Lucy's. The condo was new, clean, easy to move about in-2 bed 2 bath and a wonderfully quiet private pool on the rooftop AND it was secure. We were within walking distance to everything-Walmart, Fifth St., beaches, etc. We were right next to the Plaza and the celebrations/carnival. It could be a little noisy at times but we would close up the windows and put on the air and it was silent. Lucy was a gem-we enjoyed our conversations with her about every topic under the sun! She is a wealth of information about the area, things to do, places to go and the culture. We felt like we had been friends for a long time! We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Were do I start?! Firstly the place is absolutely stunning, super modern and rooftop pool is perfect. Also whole time we used it only saw one other person in the common area so you have lots of privacy which is always nice. Secondly luizi is so accommodating and nice. She allowed is a slightly earlier check in as we were already ready which was appreciated. She had placed some food in the fridge for us and there was also some bottle of the spirits in the freezer which we were also allowed. Both bedrooms has very comfortable beds and TVs in both rooms! Matches description perfectly. It exceeded expectations. Only regret is I didn't say longer. Will stay for a full week next time

Luzi's apartment was awesome! Super clean, great location right in the middle of Playa del Carmen. Steps away from the beach & 5th Ave with all the shops & restaurants. Clean rooms, everything you need is already there. Luzi met us at the property & got us all checked in & answered a few questions we had about the (URL HIDDEN) was our first time here. Luzi was awesome throughout our stay. We had a great time even though the clubs were only a block away (not really our thing), This is THE SPOT if you want to be in Playa del Carmen & close to everything, but still enjoy some quiet. Overall, 5 stars on all fronts. Highly Recommended!

I love this place! My room had a small balcony attached, the roof was private enough for some alone time and no lines and the area is perfect. You are not to far away from fifth but far enough to not be disturbed! I am a 22 year old girl and traveled alone there and and now at home, safe as ever. Not even a scratch or bruise. I recommend it for a single traveler or someone who just wants to relax but have some company at the same time! Luzi is an incredible person who makes you feel right at home. Even if you can't speak much Spanish and are stumbling while learning, she is there to help you! I hope when you go there you find the piece of my heart I left behind. I will for sure be coming back!!! Viva la mexico 3

It is a great place to stay, it's small but it has everything you will need! We went for a bachelorette party and the place was perfect for us, it wasn't that far from the beach and the house is very complete it has everything you need. We personally loved it! The jacuzzi was hot and that was great, although we could use more light in the pool area at night... The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

My husband and I stayed with Luzi twice now. Both experiences were absolutely wonderful. Luzi is an incredible person who is so kind and helpful. She enjoys sharing her beautiful town with others and will always go out of her way to help you have the best experience possible. Her clean and cozy home is in a perfect (URL HIDDEN) is super close to the beach, Avenida Quinta (main strip), and grocery stores. Both occasions we rented a car but that was only because we had a wedding to go to that was far. Additionally, we planned out some day trips that were hours away. You will be completely fine without a car though....and if for some reason you want to leave Playa, Luzi will help you figure out the best way to get there. Luzi has become one of our very good friends and I know that we will be seeing her and Playa very soon...oh and Luzi, plan a trip to NYC soon! We miss you already.

Great location, minutes to get to the main tourist strip but far enough to feel away from it all. As per other reviews the condo is very close to the bus station, the windows do a good job of keeping the noise out but if you are a sensitive sleeper make sure you bring ear plugs for the main bedroom. Some furniture is starting to look a bit worn but is all perfectly clean. Hosts always responded quickly to queries and were a pleasure to deal with.

The place is beautiful! Ms. Hernandez that manages the apartment is super friendly! All very complete, from the rooms to the kitchen! Conveniently located, we really loved. We are super-conforming!

Perfect location! Although not right on the beach it was centrally located to any and everything possible. One block from Wal-mart and three from thriving 5th ave. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Tania and Pedro where very courteous and were quick to respond when we were in communication! We would certainly book their place again! Their house became our home! Thank you Tania, Pedro and Baby Ethan!

We had such a great stay! The condo was clean, spacious, well stocked, and exactly what we were hoping for. It was in a great location, close to all the action but in a quiet area. My husband and I had the room facing out on the bus terminal and didn't find it overly noisy or at all problematic. The front desk people were incredibly helpful, and Tania and Pedro were very responsive and awesome leading up to the trip in helping us manage complicated logistics of different members of our party arriving at different times. We would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing time in Playa del Carmen and staying at Pedro and Tania's place. The apartment was just as described and in a perfect location, it's a few blocks from 5th Ave and an easy walk to the port where you can go to Cozumel. It was beyond hot and humid, so having cold and quick A/C in the apartment, was fantastic! The apartment is located a block from Walmart and other stores, which makes picking up a few items, nice and easy. Pedro and Tania were gracious hosts and replied to any and all questions I had, along with providing a few of their favorite places to eat and things to do, to make my trip as memorable as possible. I highly recommend staying in Playa and booking Pedro and Tania's place, when you do!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very nice and modern touch inside and clean. Rooftop pool was great for days just relaxing at condo. We stay just one night in Casitas Kinsol Guest House and I recommand it strongly! The house is beautiful and our hosts are so kind and gives us suggestion for places to visit and good plans to do in the region.

Everything about Kinsol was perfect. We were immediately blown away by how gorgeous the place is—our bags barely hit the floor before my partner and I started taking photos and instagramming! It's like out of a movie, just the right mix of eco-chic jungalow living and practical comfort. The photos here are good, but nothing compared to how stunning it is in real life: Pinterest, eat your heart out! Christine and Alain were so sweet! They gave us excellent advice on where to eat, what to do... on their recommendations, we found some of the most beautiful cenotes, where we were all alone to splash around! (ask them, they'll tell you too!) I started to feel like we kept asking them too many questions, but no, they were always happy to share their favourite places! If it's a laid-back, comfortable, eco-friendly jungle fantasy you want, this is the place. The room is immaculately clean, the beds are comfy, there IS hot water (you just have to give it, like, 30 seconds to travel up the pipe!), the hosts are warm and friendly and they tell you to help yourself to everything (including the drinking water—there's no charge, but they ask for a 5 peso DONATION, and ONLY if you're filling gallons and gallons of bottles). We will most definitely be back and recommend Kinsol and Puerto Morelos to everyone!

Casitas Kinsol was the perfect place to start our Mexican adventure. I felt really at home there - Alain and Christine were the perfect hosts and knowledgeable about the local area, and the room itself was just beautiful. There's even a hammock in there! I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone who likes rustic, authentic places with that little bit of magic.

My husband and I spent 11 days at Casa G in Tulum. We had the best time! To start off, the house is perfect, private, clean, comfortable and beautiful! Our host was extremely helpful in showing us where to go and what to see and even left us a bowl of yummy and pretty fruit when we arrived! The pool outside is gorgeous with a peaceful waterfall that you c an turn on, and is cleaned every day! There are two bikes that we could use to get to town. Which is a block away and we had a hire car for getting to the beach. Thank you for an amazing stay, we hope to be back soon!

we were welcomed by a friend of the host, who was nice and told us everything we needed to know. however, the location is hard to find and not on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps. It is also really far away from the beach if you don't have a car. The taxi service in town doesn't know where the house is so it is hard to order a taxi. the fans and fridge are both very loud at night, and the neighbours lights shine through the curtains so it wasn't very easy to sleep. The bowl of fresh fruit was nice, and the cleaner came each day and there were fresh towels each day which was nice, but I would nt stay here unless you have a car.

Casa G is our new home in Tulum. We just got back from a 6-night stay and everyday was amazing. Everything in photos is as is in person...even better! Prior to our trip, Gaston was super great in replying back to any questions I had. He suggested a driver service to pick us up from the airport, provided tour info, and easily accepted my request to extend our stay for 1 more evening. When we arrived, Ignacio greeted & introduced us to Javier (he comes every morning to clean pool & house). He was thorough in showing us around the place & how things operate. He even suggested restaurants, tours, & hooked us up with a driver for our convenience. The fruit bowl left for us was a nice treat and we ate everything! Julieta was not present, but she did text me to let me know that she was available if we needed her. We used the bikes and pool everyday. Even the 2-in-1 washer/dryer was easy to figure out. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. In which we took full advantage of to cook breakfast every morning. While we were out, Javier came to wash the dishes, he made the bed, took out the trash, and refilled the toilet paper. The king-size bed & pillows were comfortable to sleep on. For the 2 of us, there were plenty of towels to use for bath & for beach. The house itself is located away from the main road, so its really quiet. The neighborhood is also safe. Staying at Casa G was easy-breezy! It felt like we were in our own home.

This place was amazing- the hosts were so nice and the area felt safe. Three of us easily shared the kind bed since the two other beds (both twins) were in a separate structure (but equally nice). AC works great and you'll be glad you had it! Would definitely recommend to friends.

Very nice apartment, everything was like in the pictures. The management was very professional, and the cleaning service also worked very well. Only downside: It is a rather long way to the beach.

Gaston's house was magnificent. thats all that needs to be said. Ride the bikes into town, we didn't do that until the last night and we should have been doing it all along!

Honestly, the only thing I had to complain about this entire trip to Tulum was the weather, haha but that's not Gaston or Juileta's fault, in fact, their home was absolutely AMAZING! I wanted to stay there forever! I The photos are very accurate. It was like I was in a hidden oasis, my own pool, a large garden a big deck, spacious studio, great kitchen. It was great to have this home to come back to after going out all day exploring. You aren't exactly close to the beach but a 15 min drive or a 30 min bike ride will get you there- and you are very close to all the downtown activity in Tulum. Great food/awesome vibes. Thank you Julieta for all your help! She was a great host and always answered promptly with great suggestions. I genuinely loved Casa G and I plan to make a return very soon!

We were excited to stay at Casa G, but unfortunately this accommodation did not live up to expectations. The positive reviews and images are what made us book Casa G, however the images are not a true representation of the accomodation. The shower screen was extremely dirty, however we were told that it was the Tulum water and couldn’t be cleaned. The shower pressure was also poor, probably a result of the rusted shower head. The crockery and cutlery was dirty too and it really felt the place just needed a good scrub. The pool was also so heavily chlorinated, we only went in once. Most of the issues we had were rectified almost immediately. Wine glasses were brought, a new mattress protector for the bed and extra hand towels. The hosts were extremely accomodating and made the stay more pleasant. We did not deal with Gaston but Ana and Juliette were very efficient and helpful. In terms of location, Casa G also wasn’t the best. It was on the far side of the town (not walking distance) and a good 20-25 minutes drive to the beach. We had to hire a car to get around and would recommend doing so. Casa G a lot of potential but just don’t go there expecting luxury as it appears in the images.

We had a great experience staying at the Blue Pearl. It's a very convenient location for walking to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and in good condition. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was nice to have the refrigerator and coffee maker. If we are lucky enough to come back to Playa, we would love to stay here again.

The apartments of the blue pearl are unique, beautiful, cozy and very clean! Erika is a wonderful host very nice & smart as well as the whole staff. I enjoyed my holiday very much !!! The pool on the roof top as well as the view are awesome. Maybe some ear plugs are helpful when the canadian hokey team is playing and the bar downstairs is crowed with fans :-)! But hey we're on vacation so enough time to relax on the beach! Thanks for everybody to make my holidays unique ! Hugs Jutta

We had a great time at the studio. It was clean very well decorated and at a great location. The tub in the balcony was definitely a plus, also the pool on the rooftop is great to soak your feet and chill in the afternoon before going out. We loved the rustic/modern decoration and finishings of the apartment and building. Everything was working properly and we didn't have any inconveniences. The building is very safe and the area can't be better, it's in the heart of the party court close to Quinta Ave. Noise is not really an issue if you close the doors but it's quite busy at nights. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend if you are visiting Playa for the first time. 5 stars

I arrived extremely late and Vero still greeted me with a smile. She was very kind and accommodating. This is a great centrally located room, close to everything and a short walk to the beach. It's best for someone looking to enjoy the nightlife in Playa Del Carmen, as it's surrounded by many bars.

Our stay at Blue Pearl was great! Staying here was such an affordable and nice way to visit Mexico. The rooms were clean and cozy. Communication with the owner was quick. We rented a car and were able to park on the street in front of the building 3 out of 4 nights. The location is very close to many things. Only complaint is the neighborhood can be a bit loud but we are heavy sleepers so it wasn't a problem. But if you plan to go out during your stay, this is clearly the place to be!

Excellent location. Steps away from the beach and la Quinta Ave where all the great shops and restaurants are and only blocks away the collectivo pick up. The apartment was exactly what me and my boyfriend were looking for and the hot tub was a nice touch. Unlike other Air B&B this was like hotel service. Every day we had a made bed and fresh towels. Erika was a wonderful host! I asked her to decorate the room for my partners birthday and we were welcomed with balloons all over the room. She also recommend great restaurants nearby and was available for any questions. It was perfect. Thank you! :)

Amazing apartment in a superb location literally 50m from the beach. The decor was beautiful and very typical of Mexico and the Hot Tub on the terrace was very welcome after a long flight from the UK. 5th Avenue is just three minutes walk away with all its shopping and restaurants. There are a few clubs very close by that proved to be rather noisy especially the somewhat Canadian place located on the ground floor of the appts but the noise didn't prove too bothersome to us. The Kitchenette was ok but as we didn't use cant comment too much on it We would certainly stay there again and recommend the place to other travellers and would like to thank the hosts for making our stay very pleasant - hope to see you again next year!!

Kelley was an amazing host, as is her apartment. This was our first trip to Cozumel, and the property exceeded all expectations, the view over the ocean is beautiful, the location is central and the property is the epitome of calm Mediterranean relaxation. The apartment had a everything we needed and the kitchen with the kitchen equipped for small meals. We would 100% recommend this apartment for any single or couple travelling to Cozumel.

Just returned from a six night stay at this property. I originally booked for three nights but ended up liking it so much that extended it for another three. It is very centrally located - plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and just a short cab ride to just about anywhere else. Kelley was a great host. I had plenty of questions and she was very helpful. At only $50 a night, this place is a great deal! Thanks Kelley!

Kelley was an amazing host! She was really communicative throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotless and perfect. The location was also one of the best parts--it's in a central area and close to good restaurants, shops and the port. Great experience....right on Main Street Cozumel. Fernando was waiting for us upon arrival with beer and cokes in the fridge. We set up 2 days of scuba with his dive crew, mantarayadivers. Suite was clean and modern with a great shower. It was totally (URL HIDDEN) had an ocean view overlooking the Marine depot. We rented a Vw bug from Isis rentals and had great tours of the island, especially a guided tour of Mayan ruins St Gervasio. Mega supermarket is 80 steps from front door. Cooking on a 2 burner hot plate was good for eggs and toast .... Best go and dine in the restaurants for dinner. Kelley, our hostess, had lots of good tips on the BnB website. Best of all...diving with Fernando and Sammy, we are ready to back ASAP

First of all, Kelley gave us all the attention we needed, receiving us, showing the features, solving a couple of small issues very fast and even recommending a chiropractor that, in the end, helped my wife with a neck problem. The apartment is very well located, on the main avenue. There is a big supermarket across the street where you can buy things for breakfast or small meals. The kitchen has the basic things you need. The avenue is not loud, actually Cozumel is not loud at all, specially if you compare with Playa del Carmen. The only party we heard was coming from a ship and it was over very early. Kelley's place is neat, has enough space for a couple and even 3 people. She couldn't do better as hostess and we plan to stay there again when we are back in Cozumel.

This is a charming oasis in the heart of Cozumel. Restaurants and shops are just steps away. Our hostess, Kelley, was so sweet and patient when we got lost and she had to wait to check us in. She had fresh squeezed orange juice and other treats for us in the fridge when we arrived. She was wonderful!

Our stay at Casa Dulce was truly fantastic. The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures. But it appears a lot bigger due to the huge window fronts and the clean, modern rooms that bring an airy, refreshing comfort to the apartment. The big window fronts, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom made our mornings super enjoyable, as we opened them and had breakfast on the very clean and well maintained patio. All amenitites worked fine and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The beach is a very quick walk away, not more than 5 minutes. The beach is part of the gated community Playacar - so it's not crowded and there are no vendors but with white sand and crystal clear water. Overall, the apartment worked great for us because within 10 minutes you can chose to be right within all the craziness of Playa del Carmen but at the same time enjoy a private and relaxing stay. Alizee was a great host: she gave us tipps for the area upon arrival and was very responsive for the questions we had during our stay. All in all, I highly recommend making a stay at Casa Dulce your highlight of a Yucatan trip!

The house is AMAZING, super comfortable, clean and the bed is just THE BEST! The location is fantastic, close enough to the main avenue but also far enough to be quiet and enjoy a quiet beach. We had a great time with Alizee in Playa Del Carmen. Alizee met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the premises, and gave us a full rundown of Playa Del Carmen. She was helpful throughout our stay. The space is gorgeous and clean. As many others noted, it is much larger than the pictures let on. The outside space and the pool are an awesome respite from the craziness of 5th Avenue. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. It is a 2 minute / 2 block walk to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of Playa. We had no issues with our stay and I would recommend staying with Alizee.

Alizee's apartment was absolutely wonderful. In addition to being a beautiful place, it was quiet, private, clean, and really relaxing. The pool was amazing and such a nice amenity to have in addition to being two blocks from the beach. We went to the beach most mornings and enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon. The large open doors to the patio offered a great view from all rooms and allowed the breeze move through the place so AC was hardly necessary. It was about a 20-30 minute walk to the heart of 5th Avenue (10 minutes to the beginning) but that kept us active. After leaving 5th Avenue at night, the walk through Playacar is very quiet and a bit dark, but we felt very safe and pretty much only saw security on our walks. It was enjoyable and a great way to end the night. The neighborhood of Playacar is beautiful with a lot of interesting houses and none of the hassle of 5th avenue. Even the beach there is nicer than at most of the nearby all inclusives or the beach clubs. Overall, Casa Dulce was the perfect place for my fiance and I to spend a relaxing week.

EXCELLENT! It has been very fortunate to have Ron and Karlis hosts. We received very well, the room and bathroom were spotless, we prepared coffee and something to eat typical of Venezuela where is Karlis it was delicious; and helped us tremendously with a problem we had with the car. We have changed travel plans and repeat them in 2 days :)

These Guys are Amazing. The Apartment is really lovely ,clean and not far from the Beach. (You can use the Golf car Taxi if you want). Ron and Karlis gave us a lot of Tipps where to go and helpes us organizing things in spanish. They made us our first welcome in México really easy.

It was wonderful staying at the beautiful home of Ron and Karlis, who were extremely friendly and helpful hosts. We loved how we could easily reach the beach and downtown but come home to a quiet lovely neighborhood to sleep. It is a short golf cart ride or a reasonable walk to 5th avenue. Highly recommended!

They made sure that our stay is the best in advising us on where to visit, where to eat, helped us to go buy a local chip for telephone etc. what are hosts listening, available and very nice. the apartment is clean, bright, consistent with pictures. We could go easily in the center of Playa del Carmen with Roberto and his golf cart. The pool is large and maintained daily. The Playacar area is great, it felt safe. 2 minutes from home is a small square with restaurants and a very nice French bakery and recently held a caravan to pancakes by French makes excellent pancakes (if you are nostalgic ^^). I highly recommend this accommodation and especially its Karlis and Ron guests.

Skip this one!! Felt like a school summer camp...just a lot more expensive. We arrived at the apartment at 5 pm after asking our hosts to receive us (at first they asked us to check in at 8pm, wich was far too late for us). Despite the fact that the description was a room with bathroom we soon discovered that the apartment had another room, in which another couplewas staying. The bathroom was then a shared one. Moroever, after coming back from dinner we realized that our hosts were also staying in the apartment sleeping in the couch. Therefore it was a 50sq. Meter apartment with a 6 sq meter bathroom to be shared among 6 people....which meant of course a queue to brush your teeth and was extremely inconvenient.

Excellent airbnb experience. The building is in the heart of Playa del Carmen, and you are close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment and building look just as beautiful as the photos.

This apartment is extremely high quality, especially at the price! The location is private and relaxing and the pool was gorgeous and kept very nice and clean. It is within walking distance of downtown and is in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood! Barely even noticed that there were other people staying in the apartment's other room. Karlis and Ron were amazing hosts and very helpful whenever we needed something :)

Karlis & Ron are Great hosts. They were always pending for our arrival and the room is clean and comfortable. The department is located in a very nice zone "Playacar" where you can find all kind of stores and you can walk to the Playa del Carmen downtown.

We fell in love with this apartment! The location was perfect! It has everything you need and the pool has the most amazing view. Even the staff in the building were very friendly. Davide was so helpful in making our stay comfortable. I don't have anything but positive things to say about Davide and the apartment. We will be back to stay here again for sure!!

Davide was really helpful from the moment we booked our stay, all the way to the moment when we left his property. The space is very nicely decorated, and really makes you think that you are a local.
