  • Beautiful little space with everything you need, including privacy with a separate entrance. As others have said, you can hear everything through the wall, so if you are especially noise sensitive, that could be an issue, but it wasn't for me. Renee is a responsive host and very accommodating. Best of all, Renee is truly pet friendly. My 2 dogs enjoyed running around in the yard. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a great walking/biking trail along the canal and Delaware River at the end of the block.

  • Very convenient location and a surprisingly large and well kitted-our space. Comfy bed, too.

    Nancy2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Renee's place was phenomenal. My husband, myself and 3 dogs, stayed for 3 weeks at Renee's. The apartment seemed small, but it was actually perfect for us all. Our dogs got along with her dogs and were able to run free in her fenced in back yard. The apartment has it's own private entrance with a full kitchen and bathroom . Pretty much like a studio apartment. If we needed anything, she was just a text away. The room wasn't too hot or too cold. Renee is an exceptional host. Book now!

  • This is THE place! When I walked in, I was so impressed with how clean, efficient and quaint this home is. I felt like I had plenty of privacy and security. The whole street is filled with adorable houses and friendly neighbors. It's a quiet, pretty area It reminds me of a place where an artist or a writer might go to draw inspiration or have a quiet place to work. The most surprising part was just how sweet and considerate Renee is. On Cedar Road, you will find a lovely family that has a great space available.

    Jody2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • A cute studio apartment. I didn’t cook but it has a nice setup to cook anything. Bed was very comfortable. Heat was sufficient. There is a good coffee and crepe place just down the street. I’ll be staying here again, next time I’m in town.

  • Totally comfortable and private space.

    Don2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Renee's place was so cute! My friend and I stayed there to see a concert in Bethlehem, a concert Renee was going to as well, haha! I brought my standard poodle puppy along, and she was warm and safe and happy in the room all evening while we were gone. It was so nice to not have to worry about finding a place to board her over the weekend. The room is so cute, and the entire neighborhood was charming! If you have an event in Bethlehem or nearby, I can't recommend this stay enough!

    Molly2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • The coziest place! We loved it. I did not get to try all the restaurants or get out on the trails as much as I wanted so I'll be back!

The room comes with clean linens and towels too.

In the sprawling private room, the size of the entire top floor of the house, you will have plenty of space to unpack, lounge, catch up on work at the lap top friendly desk, have a doze or revive yourself in the roman style shower in your own private bath.
The surrounding area of the house is stunning and captures the natural beauty of this part of the country at it's very best in every season.
  • Peaceful views along a river with the sounds of a small waterfall releasing all stress. The upstairs has its own clean and roomy bathroom. The bedroom is huge and the views from the windows sooth the soul. Sadie, is a sweet loving dog who is so enjoyable to be around. Candance, the host, is easy going, kind and very helpful with anything requested. I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

    Lorie2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Candace was super nice and worked with me around my schedule for check in. She was super helpful and kind.

    John2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean, quiet and charming place. Candace was friendly and great with all her communications and hospitality both before, during, and after my visit. For instance, I left a pair of headphones behind and Candace offered to mail them to me before I even realized they were missing. Sadie (Candace’s dog) was incredibly sweet and friendly. My only regret is I didn’t visit in the spring, summer or fall when the brook and the foliage would make the views from the room more picturesque.

    Jake2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • Rustic home in scenic setting. No frills place that’s great to disconnect from the hectic world. Best part was her dog. The dog is friendly and kept coming up to visit. Very old and unique home with lots of character. Candace is very responsive and an excellent host. Would recommend.

  • Renee’s home was lovely and a perfect spot for our weekend trip to Riegelsville. Her home was immaculate, yet felt homey and inviting, with a sweet garden to relax in after a busy day sightseeing . Renee was very responsive and made the whole process very easy for this first-time airbnb-er. I’d definitely visit again.

    Ryan2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • A very sweet space, very comfortable with everything that you need tucked away on a country road but not far from anything! It was very quiet which is what I needed! I was appreciative of the fact that there was not a television in the bedroom and nice and dark outside for a good night sleep. There is also a large backyard which I used to throw balls for my little dog. The owners are very kind and responsive. I needed a bigger fry pan and Mance delivered it to the door within two minutes! Thank you for a very relaxing stay!

Welcome! Our home (est. 2017) sits on top of the Valley in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We have been hosting for many years. We offer a delicious continental breakfast each morning. We offer 3 rooms all booked individually. All offer our breakfast! We are only 10 min to the Sands Casino & Lehigh, 15 to the Promenades, 20 to Lafayette and 15 min to Downtown Bethlehem & Musikfest - all nearby regardless where you’re driving. Welcome to our home - Bienvenidos! Tracy, Rodney & Freud
Our home is a contemporary farmhouse style which sits on nearly 4 acres. Simple yet pretty landscaping and a quiet, serene feel. We offer 3 private bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. Each bedroom is booked separately (see Lehigh Valley Bed & Breakfast II and Lehigh Valley Bed & Breakfast III). But we don't "mix" guests. If you book with us in any of our rooms, we block off the other rooms - if your traveling party only needs one room. We offer our guests privacy while we also live here with S. Freud and our 6 chickens ("the girls"). The girls are fun to watch while sitting out back and enjoying nature. Gorgeous sunsets and beautiful surroundings will welcome you home.
Quiet, peaceful neighborhood of beautiful homes all on 3+ acres.
  • We had an amazing experience! The location is beautiful, and the place is really clean. Tracy, Rodney and Freud are really nice and welcoming. 10/10 trip.

  • Clean and quiet with plenty of nice touches. Tracy and Rodney were wonderful hosts.

    Jon2020-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • I had a wonderful stay. Everything was neat and orderly. Rodney and of course Freud were very accommodating and welcoming. I loved the location, it was away from the populated areas but still close enough to travel to downtown Bethlehem. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely return!

    Caitlin2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • Tracy’s Bed and Breakfast was a great place to stay. It was a last minute booking and they were very accommodating. The house was beautiful and stylish. Tracy, Rodney and their dog, Freud, were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast in the morning was a nice touch!

    Emily2019-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • I highly recommend this lovely home. We were in town for Lehigh's parent weekend, and it was FAR more relaxing to be in Tracy's very nice, very comfortable home. Our friends stayed as well, and it was such a treat to hang out in the living room relaxing, rather than sitting in a crowded restaurant or hotel lobby. Tracy and Rodney are warm, friendly hosts, and we will definitely be returning!!!

Nestled in the sleepy riverside town with easy access to the canal path and local artisan shops and other lovely little river towns. Easily accessible to both Rt22 and I-78.
This charming cape-cod style home has wood floors and old charm. In the living room you'll find a large built-in book case, with a fireplace (not usable) and two comfy sofas and a sitting chair. Through the foyer there's an office with a large desk and chair. There's a dining room off of the small kitchen that overlooks the manicured back lawn. An open stone side porch offers a quiet place to sit outside and enjoy the country air. In the basement you'll also find a quite sitting area with a fireplace ( not for use) and small sofa; around the corner you'll find another room with a small tv, a radio and an elliptical; further around the corner you can make use of a full-size bathroom and washer and dryer. On the second floor enjoy 2 roomy bedrooms with walk-in closets; these bedrooms have windows to the east and west for a great source of natural light.
Located on the north side of Rieglesville and walking distance to the Delaware Canal/Tow Path, and three great places to eat.
  • This was a great place. Fantastic house that was well-equipped and sparkling clean. A nice location to explore the covered bridges and other natural wonders in the area. Tad was prompt to answer questions and offer ideas for things to do.

Durham cottage is a charming 1200 sq. foot house located over a waterway in a beautiful, quiet and historic village. The sound of flowing water is lovely and relaxing. The cottage is a totally renovated house containing a living room, dining room, large fully outfitted kitchen with gas cooking, and a loft bedroom on 2nd floor. Modern heating and A/C system. There is also a sofa bed in the living room with an additional folding memory foam mattress to make it comfortable. Also a washer/dryer.
Guest House is located in the historic village of Durham, PA 18039, on the original stagecoach road from Philadelphia to Easton Guest House is situated over an historic mill race (stream), which was built to supply water to the Durham Iron Works which opened in 1727 and was located across the street from the Victorian home. Durham Village is where the "Durham Boat" was designed and built and was used by Washington's army to cross the Delaware River for the historic battle of Trenton. A replica of the Durham Boat is located in Durham Township Park, directly across the street from the Victorian home. An article about Durham: http://www.buckscountyherald.com/area-guide-book/Durham.html
Durham is a rural and historic village, with origins prior to the Revolution War. It is a short 1.5 mile ride to the historic Delaware canal towpath, which provides many miles of scenic paths for walking and biking. 3 miles away is Mariton Wildlife Sanctuary, which has extensive hiking paths through the woods. Ringing Rocks State Park and Nockamixon State Park are also within a 10-15 minute drive.
  • What a charming and welcoming place. The cottage was ideal! Spacious and cozy at the same time. A running and relaxing creek right underneath. All and more amenities you would need. Chris was pleasant and polite and came out to greet us. Very welcoming. Short drive from EVERYTHING. We will be back!

    Elayne2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay would highly recommend!

    Daniel2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • This is a unique, roomy, and comfortable space in a quiet, historical, and beautiful corner of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Just a short walk (i.e. right across the road) to the Durham Mill, the Durham boat, the Ceresota Flour sign, and the 2nd post office in the United States (per Chris and Jenn). Watching the mill race run under the cottage takes you back in time and gives you a sense of what it was like to live in Durham Township ~200 years ago. But, this peaceful solitude doesn't mean that you are isolated. There are 3 great restaurants (Bowman's North, Rieglesville Inn, Cascade Lodge), a deli (Dean's Deli), a neat country store (w/diner) (Mullers) and a great pizza place (Borderline cafe) all within a ~5 minute drive, not to mention a unique produce stand that's also ~5 minutes away (Traugers) if you want to take advantage of the full kitchen that the cottage has to offer to cook a meal with locally grown produce. Plus, venturing down to Rieglesville takes you back to days when coal, etc. traveled to Philadelphia on the Delaware canal, and gives you the opportunity to walk on the canal tow path and also to walk across the Delaware on a Robeling Bridge (NB: Robeling also built the Brooklyn Bridge in NYC) Also, venturing a little bit further gives you the opportunity to explore Frenchtown, New Hope, Lambertville, Easton, Bethlehem, Phillipsburg, etc. etc. This cottage is a gem, the hosts are great, and so is the location, so we highly recommend this place as a peaceful get away where you can experience the past's connections to today

    Greg2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely loved our stay at Chris's beautiful cottage adjacent to his gorgeous 19th century home. Peaceful, serene setting with a brook gently flowing underneath the cottage. Comfortable, stylish space outfitted with all the necessary amenities including full kitchen and bathroom supplies. Beautiful home and area, including historic Durham boat exhibit. Wish we had more time in this quiet little haven. Can't wait to be back. Thanks Chris!!

  • in a word quote in a word, "Magic". Wow what an incredible place to stay! The drive out there is fabulous the little town is marvelous the cottage is fantastic and clean and unique.

    Michael2019-12-20T00:00:00Z
  • We love the cottage. We are repeat visitors and have every intention of returning again! We frequent the New Hope area and love having this option in addition to the hotels in Lumberville. I love the washer/dryer access and appreciate the coffee, tea and sugar. The bed is comfortable and the area super quiet. We’re fans.

    Joy2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved our stay in this historic mill house. I regret that we shortened our stay by one day because it was so charming and lovely. The house sits over a stream and behind a gorgeous Victorian. We had a lovely view of wide open fields, which were absolutely magical after the snow. If you’re looking for a charming, romantic weekend getaway with all the ambiance, this is the place to visit. The house has everything you could need. The living room is perfect and cozy and perfect for spending the night in drinking wine and watching Netflix. The loft with the bedroom was comfortable and we both appreciated the motion activated lights for the stairs, particularly when coming back in the evening and fumbling our way inside the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has a washer and dryer. There is well marked, easily accessible parking. Chris was an excellent host and prompt in communication. I appreciated that very much.

    Jennifer2019-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • This is the most wonderful little holiday getaway... Cozy, cute and extremely comfortable. The cottage has a large and fairly well equipped kitchen which is perfect for us so called "foodies" and the most comfortable bed for those of us who like to snuggle in late. Christopher and Jenn are attentive hosts who maintain a delightful respite for travelers.

Your trip to the past begins here. Situated between two wineries, nestled in the Musconetcong Valley in the historic village of Finesville, NJ is the Apgar Stone House. Escape the modern world with a visit to the 18th/early 19th century in our faithfully restored and accurate-to-the-period appointed stone home. Less than 10 min. from I-78 and 15 min. from Lafayette College (P'17) and dining destinations in Easton, PA, access to the Delaware River towns and Bucks Co. are at your fingertips.
Situated on the Musconetcong River, known for it's great trout fishing, and nestled between two wineries, the Apgar Stone House is just two miles from the Delaware River and the miles of tow path for your recreational enjoyment. Located just north of the Milford, Frenchtown, Stockton, and Lambertville, and their corresponding Bucks County, Pennsylvania communities, you will find an array of shopping and dining venues while exploring and enjoying the history and beauty of the Delaware Valley region. Just 15 minutes north in Easton, PA, home to Lafayette College you will also find numerous dining destinations. Come to relax, come to explore! Whatever your motivation, you will be surrounded by colonial charm with the modern amenities one would expect....kitchen complete with stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and standard cooking/serving items. Should you not desire to "disconnect" completely, WiFi is provided along with a Smart TV in the third floor sitting area. You will also find a washer and dryer on the third floor for your convenience. This property is best suited for adults and children 12 and over. Given the challenges sometimes presented by "old homes," during extreme hot weather, the bedroom with two twin beds may not be as comfortable as the rest of the home as is it not supplied with central air. We wanted to be up front and disclose that in this listing. Also, there is another safety feature of a portable chain ladder that can be extended from an upper floor window.
Our area is rich for exploring. Whether your desire is cultural, gastronomic, or recreational, you won't be disappointed.
  • The stay was amazing and was a perfect get away. The hosts were considerate and hospitable. The home and space was beautiful and the history of the home was a beautiful addition to the trip. It was lovely having a cozy breakfast while watching the sheep from the windows.

  • My girlfriend and I had a great anniversary weekend. Kim was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and the house was already heated for us when we arrived.

    Matt2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • The house was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches by the owners. We were extremely impressed with how creatively they had incorporated modern elements into the house without compromising its authenticity and history. Just as others have said here, it was like being on a movie set. Kim’s communication was also great. A perfect Airbnb experience!

  • Beautiful cozy home, looks better in person pictures do it no justice. Kim was a great host! Super quick responses and was always available for anything we needed.check in was smooth and easy. The refrigerator was stocked with bottled water. Definitely will be back. We checked out the vineyards that were close, and they have a great selection of wine, alba vineyards is more of a dry wine vineyard, and villa milagro has both sweet and dry. Villa milagro was definitely my favorite one not only because I love sweet wine , but the employees were sooo nice and welcoming. Thank you kim for being such a great host!!

Our private country home, aptly named "Stone Cottage Woods" is a c.1720 farmhouse that is completely restored. House overlooks a large dairy. The private 2nd floor bedroom sleeps 2 - in a queen sleep number bed, 1 inflatable double bed in the loft space, use of large private bathroom and common living room with TV.
This lovingly restored bucolic farmhouse is the creation of its owners, 2 artist women who are animal rescuers and advocates. It is located in picturesque Williams Township, a stones-throw from the northernmost Bucks County Line, and Delaware River Corridor. Situated on 2 1/2 acres, Stone Cottage Woods is located across from a dairy which is preserved farmland. The property is generally quiet and peaceful. Relax on one of the 2 decks or bluestone patio by the Koi pond and enjoy a glass of wine or other beverage with the well traveled owners. This space is perfect for the weekend traveler or the weekday traveler who doesn't want the coldness of a hotel. Prepare for a meeting, read a book or 2, go sightseeing, antiquing, or just relax and get away from it all.
The neighborhood consists of farmhouses, farms, single family homes on at least 3 acres of land each. Our road is generally quiet with the exception of motorcycles and sight seers in the spring and summer. If you don't like the smell of cows, please do not rent this space. We have 2 DOGS, they bark occasionally, but are very friendly.

The home is in a secluded but easily accessible area on a 2+ acre parcel of mixed sunny open and wooded land. A great weekend getaway from New York City or Philadelphia - 69 miles from NYC. The house features 1 queen size bed in private bedroom and 1 pull-out bed in living room, comfortably sleeping 2-3 guests total. There is a private outdoor patio / deck with table and chairs as well as a small private porch/deck attached to the house.

(The path is flat but the surrounding, mostly rural farmland, is hilly for a little more challenging biking if that's what you're looking for). There are local farm stands and beautiful countryside. We are four miles north of Upper Bucks County, and a quick drive to downtown Easton. We have friendly neighbors, though the house is quite private so you really don't see them. It is a beautiful place to spend time year round.

  • The bungalow is fantastic! Super clean, cozy, perfect for a couple to relax for a weekend. Joe made himself available if necessary and was also respectful of space (we never met in person but everything was so well set up we didn't have to!). Is nestled beautifully up in the hills by the river with easy access to Easton/Nazareth and also 611 and down river. We're looking forward to returning soon!

Mark and Carlos both greeted me when I arrived and made sure I knew where all the heat, lighting, and wifi information was. The Cottage is very private and stand alone. Would highly recommend.

  • This is a nice, cozy, little spot where you can enjoy the outdoors and the attractions in the area. I would definitely stay here again!!

    Heather2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • Rita was away the weekend we stayed, but we could reach her by phone. The camper was in a great location for us, convenient to several state parks and easy to get to. Also very easy to cross the river to get to Milford, NJ.

    David2019-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • I booked Rita’s property for a family trip for my husband, two year old daughter and myself. We wanted somewhere near Sesame Place with a private pool. Rita’s RV did not disappoint. It gave us the camping in nature feel without having to actually go camping which would have taken us city slickers way out of our comfort zone. The trailer was big enough for the three of us. My daughter slept on the sofa that converted to a bed and we slept in the master bedroom. It gave us enough privacy that we could still talk and move about while our daughter slept. The air conditioner was GREAT. The shower had very hot water and was no problem at all. The pool was AWESOME! The pictures on the listing do not give it justice. It much bigger and nicer than I expected. You truly are immersed in nature, form the beautiful scenery to the animals walking by, to the sounds of birds chirping... it was wonderful. My husband and I built a fire in their pit on our last night and roasted hot dogs and s’mores. It was one the most romantic experiences we’ve had and surely one we won’t ever forget. I HIGHLY recommend Rita’s place and plan to go back soon!

    Kate2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • RV set up was cozy and convenient -- my group of four had a great time and felt safe despite thunderstorms and high winds. A/C worked well despite it being close to 100 degrees F, and the pool was delightful for days without rain. Rita was super nice too!

    Victoria2019-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • rita and her family were so sweet and welcoming. gorgeous setting, sweet & humble rv camping. would love to go back!

    Maegan2019-07-13T00:00:00Z
  • Rita is the best host I've ever met through Airbnb. Being a very friendly person, she was extremely fast to respond to our inquiries, even early in the morning and at nights. As many other people mentioned, the RV is close to the house due to necessary reasons but for us, it didn't bother at all. It could be an advantage whenever you need the host's help. The place is surrounded by beautiful trees and one can easily encounter small animals like deers and bunnies. In less then 30 minutes drive we could easily access to Lake Nockamixon state park, Ringing rocks state park and small towns like Milford, Frenchtown and Easton with beautiful cafes and restaurants and groceries. We would definitely recommend Rita's RV, thanks again for hosting us!

Indoor amenities include air-conditioning, high-speed wireless Internet, flat-screen TV with cable, queen-size bed, working gas fire, and rain shower. A full kitchen includes everything you need to turn your local farmers' market finds into gourmet meals: two-burner gas range, combination convection/microwave oven, full-size fridge-freezer, place settings, stainless steel cookware, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and more. Gorgeous custom-made cabinetry reflects the owners' love of fine wines and adds to the unique character of this charming little house. The owners live on the property (with their two dogs and one cat), just across the large driveway, and are available to assist with directions, suggestions for local sightseeing and restaurants, and more.
  • We absolutely loved our stay here! The cottage was warm, cozy, rustic ally modern, and very well thought out. Everything you might need was there for us to use! This was a weekend getaway that was much needed and this cottage did not disappoint whatsoever! We enjoyed getting to know the grounds pups Woody and Kermit, and they sure don’t mind getting to know us! We will certainly stay here if we travel to this area again in the future!

  • Amy and Peter were great guest. Even though Amy was out of town during our stay she still answered our questions in a very timely matter via text or call. During check-in Peter walked threw the cottage with us explaining everything to us and where everything was. The cottage is so cozy and perfect for 2 people. Only noise you may hear every now and then is a bark from Amy and Peters dogs that have free range of the property but that's okay because they are adorable and well behaved. Otherwise its silence at the property. They thought of everything in my opinion. The bed is extremely comfrontable. Will definently be returning sometime in the future. Thanks again Amy and Peter.

    Ben2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We’re stayed here many times and, as always, it’s a cozy retreat from the city. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, the bed was super comfy, and we read a ton of books by the fire. Can’t wait to go back!

    Erin2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great space and we loved our stay. It was clean and cozy and even had a heated bathroom floor!! Amy was a great host! She had great local restaurant suggestions and was easy to communicate with. We would stay there again if we are in the area. Thank you Amy and Peter for a great getaway space!

    Stephanie2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Two of us stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful. AMY is a great hostess and accommodated our late check in on Christmas Day. She was warm and friendly and was eager to provide us anything we needed. The property is set back in the woods and very quiet and safe. The cottage was adorable and exactly as described. We appreciated the strong internet and loved the little fire place. Amy’s two dogs are friendly and we grew very fond of them in the three days we were there. We gave them treats and became fast friends. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable country retreat this is it. I would recommend and return in a heartbeat.

Plus on the way through process he treats you as the dearest guest. Don't miss the opportunity to meet and spend nice time, visit places and have the most beautiful pictures!

This Gallows hill farmhouse has been a labor of love and fine craftsmanship. Originally a dairy farm with a blacksmiths shop and spring house. The design and detail of connecting the summer kitchen to the main home, the detail in every room is eminent you will see. The home sits on 4 acres of beautiful botanist trees and shrubs. Please come and unplug from the noise, enjoy the quiet and relaxing house, take a walk and hang out by the 2 ponds, sit on the back deck and enjoy the nature around you.
The property of the farmhouse is a work in progress, when we don't have guests we are constantly updating the yard and other out buildings around the farmhouse. We will not be doing any construction while you will be staying here. The house is a dream to stay in, and so are the views around it, enjoy and love it as much as we do.
Gallows hill road is a beautiful road with many old farms and vast farmland.
  • Nicole place is great! Everything is cozy, relaxing and calm. You can tell Nicole takes great pride in hosting. She is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. Be prepared to have your expectations exceeded with this booking!

  • We completely enjoyed our time here— it was idyllic, even in the depths of winter. The house is bright, warm, and cozy. Nicole left beautiful touches throughout—fresh flowers and seasonal decor made our stay feel thoughtfully curated. The farmhouse is beautifully restored and well-appointed. It is old and new in all the best ways— the charm of 18th century architecture but with all the modern conveniences including tastefully updated kitchen and bath. We look forward to staying again!

  • What a cool house! A nice change of pace from your typical cookie cutter home. Home is rustic, charming and comfortable.

    Angela2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • Nicole is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any of my questions. Since we were staying during a holiday, Nicole was gracious to allow an earlier check-in time, which was extremely helpful. The place was beautiful- even more so than the pictures. It very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. If you love to cook, you will love the kitchen! Looking forward to a return trip, for sure!

    Daniel2019-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • Nicole's place is a great weekend getaway. There's ample space, so many charming touches and colonial ambiance. We had a lovely time indoors and out - with the highlight perhaps the Ping Pong! We really enjoyed ourselves at her farmhouse and can't say enough good things about it. By the way, there's a historic spring-house, a view to woods where deer roam and a fabulous porch next to the newly renovated kitchen (amazing cooking equipment).

  • Great place to stay! Interesting house with a history. Perfect spot to get out of the city and explore Bucks County and the towns along the Delaware. The house is beautifully restored and it is very peaceful with the surrounding land and ponds out back. Nicole was quick to respond to any questions and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We hope to return to see the fruition of future planned projects.

  • Beautiful and bucolic farm house with history and charm but with all modern conveniences. My family and I stayed for month! Great family time-lots of butterflies, birds, and quiet. The pool was lovely and everything was so comfortable inside -we really felt at home- a special place. Emily was so responsive and helpful -we felt very well taken care of and just loved being in the area- Milford is great-everyone we met and interacted with were friendly and welcoming! A special month for our family! Thank you so much Jamie and Emily!!

  • Came here with 10 friends for an annual trip, it was amazing! Would recommend.

    Armaan2019-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time at Jamie's place! The house is great and the surroundings are beautiful! We were 4 families with kids under 5 years old. Sleeping arrangements were a little tight, but most of us co-sleep anyway so we got by with the additional air mattresses. There's one room that has no door (just a curtain), which was a little inconvenient, but wasn't a deal breaker for us. The house was well stocked for our cooking and baking needs. The kids loved the pool and playing the piano. Emily was very responsive and got back to us with an answer to every enquiry we had and was very flexible with our check out time. We would love to stay there again if we are in the area!

  • Stayed here for the weekend with my wife's family for a nearby wedding and we absolutely loved the place. The house is very well kept and ornately decorated with wall art from around the world. We loved exploring the property, hanging out in the kitchen and cozying up by the fire. This is the perfect house for a weekend getaway with friends. It was also nice having Frenchtown nearby to do some walking and shopping. We would definitely come back and hope to do so in the near future!

  • The house was very cozy with a beautiful view of the Delaware river. Robbie was very attentive and got back to us immediately with any questions. I highly recommend this house for families or friends to share a special time together.

  • Amazing house with a wonderful view of the river!

  • We rented this house for a three day girls weekend. The house is so charming, and the setting is beautiful and peaceful. We spent so much time sitting on the deck just taking in the river and wildlife. We saw an eagle fly overhead!! Before our trip we discussed doing things in the area that we just never got to because hanging out at the house was just so relaxing. Our host left some thoughtful special touches to welcome us. Honestly, it was just perfect!

  • great stay, spacious, quiet and great host.

    Laura2018-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • This is a beautiful place with an open floor plan and views directly out to the river from every room, including the kitchen at the back of the smaller sitting area. And a great bike and walking path on the opposite side of the house. Perfect for multi-generational get-togethers like ours.

    Gillian2018-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • What can I say? The house, the location, the view were absolutely amazing! We hope to come back very soon!

  • Wonderful place, they have thought of everything. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Mitch and Patty are those good kind of people that the world needs more of right now.

    Luanne2019-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • The stay at Mitch and Petie was beautiful. The room with the gutter was something unique. The breakfast better than in a 5 star hotel. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend an overnight stay. Especially the evening restaurant tips were great.

  • This is so much more than your average airbnb -- it's a beautifully restored farmhouse with modern amenities. Mitch and Patti are wonderful hosts -- Fox Hollow Farm is also a Bed & Breakfast, so they are on site, ready to meet one's every need. With the "country" breakfast served, you can plan on skipping lunch!

    Catherine2018-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great place & incredibly welcoming hosts! We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!!

  • I highly recommend Frog Hollow B&B to anyone who comes to Bucks County , PA. Mitch and Pattie are the proprietors at Frog Hollow. Their B&B is located on a lovely wooded property out in the hills of Kintnersville, PA. From the minute we arrived we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome in their home. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We even had a little balcony that let us feel the warm breezes and see a squirrel that nabbed food from a bird feeder. Mitch’s breakfasts are FANTASTIC and Pattie’s hospitality was always warm and inviting. Their Jack Russell Terrier Gracie is an effective guard dog that prefers to be ignored and warms up to you once you know her routine. Frog Hollow B&B radiates warmth and a slower pace away from the hustle and bustle seen in many of the larger towns and cities near them. Speaking of cities near them, we found a county park and Doylestown, PA to be great places to tour. My husband and I enjoyed our visits to: Ringing Rock county park, The Mercer Museum, The Moravian Tile Works and the Mitchner Art Museum. It was great to return to Frog Hollow where we felt welcome and relaxed after a day of exploring.

About your hosts: Tracy is an educational psychologist and publisher of Silver Sage Magazine. She's been hosting travelers since college (decades ago) and before Airbnb was a "thing." Rodney is a CPA and avid Harley rider. We welcome two wheel adventurers and can put your bikes in our garage. S. Freud is a certified therapy dog and is a member of the Lehigh Valley Crisis Incident Stress Management Team. But his main gig is hanging out and making sure the fox, deer and groundhogs don't get the girls!
  • Clean and quiet, warm and cozy. Tracy and Rodney were great hosts

  • It was a lovely quick stay. Everything was clean and well kept. Both Tracy and her husband were delightful and easy to communicate with. We were extremely busy so we didn’t spend much time there but overall it was great.

Our private country home, aptly named Stone Cottage Woods, is a c.1720 farmhouse that is completely restored. The private bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen sleep number bed, and includes a private en-suite bathroom with shower, and use of the common living room with TV. This suite now includes a small refrigerator, microwave, and toaster along with a coffee maker. We generally leave goodies in the room such as fruit and snacks. Let us know of any dietary restrictions.
This lovingly restored bucolic farmhouse is the creation of its owners, 2 artist women who are animal rescuers and advocates. "Stone Cottage Woods" is located in picturesque Williams Township, a stones-throw from the northernmost Bucks County Line, and Delaware River Corridor. Situated on 2 1/2 acres, it is located across from a dairy which is preserved farmland. If you want to rent more than a weekend, please email us and we will make necessary adjustments to the calendar.
The neighborhood consists of farmhouses, farms, single family homes on at least 3 acres of land each. Our road is generally quiet with the exception of motorcycles and sight seers in the spring and summer. If you don't like the smell of cows, please do not rent this space. We have 2 DOGS, they bark occasionally, but are very friendly (when they are here).
