Cozy dependance in the style of Campidanese carefully renovated, in the Municipality of Riola Sardo just 15km from the beaches of S'archittu and Torre del pozzo, Sa mesa Longa, Putzu idu and S'arena Scoada and the Sounds Park of Su Tingiosu 8km from the golf course located in the town of Is Arenas. A little further south we find about 20km Mari ermi, Is Arutas until we reach San Giovanni di Sinis with its evocative promontory that divides the living sea from the dead sea with the archaeological area of Tharros.

Bright open space perfect for 2 people composed of living room-kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine-sleeping area with double bed, comfortable front courtyard and private back garden. Near the center and close to all services. The area of Cabras offers a remarkable variety of landscapes and many activities, its pond is the largest in Sardinia, its seas are among the most beautiful in the region (the waters there, are #NoFilter emerald). The city of Oristano is a few miles (3Km)!
