NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Looking forward to staying at our bright apartment with Wendelstein view. The apartment with balcony is located in a quiet city location with the best connection to the bus and train. Rosenheim is the ideal starting point for an Urlab in the Alps, cycling tours or trips to Lake Chiemsee. But you can also reach Munich by train within 35 minutes. In addition, the university is also in walking distance. Supermarket and post office are right around the corner. A bakery is 10 minutes away.

We have lovingly prepared the apartment for rent and hope that our guests feel very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car on the highway.
