Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. We have done the furnishings individually and of high quality and have made little use of the pole. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern built-in kitchen are available in case you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city port or the beach. The apartment has great transport connections and is still very quiet.

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near S-Bahnhof Parkstraße (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. In the vicinity are the Barnstorfer Wald and the Lindenpark. Uni, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle within walking distance! There are plenty of shops and the trendy KTV district is a 10-minute walk away.

A lovingly renovated apartment with roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. Particular emphasis was placed by us on the use of some ecological building materials such as clay and eco-boards in the living and sleeping area.
