This small 1LDK rental is located in a quiet villa area a little away from the gorgeous Niseko ski resort area. It is like a completely independent two-family building with a separate entrance. We have a host living next door, so we will be available if anything comes up, but we respect your basic privacy during your stay. The building is new and simple: Bedroom 1, 2 beds. For 3 people, there will be 2 beds + mattress and 1 futon set. * Please note: It seems that new construction will begin in the adjacent land this year from snow melting to autumn. There may be noise from construction during the day.Sorry, but we ask that you acknowledge the above before booking. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is a 30-minute drive away. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). Get outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood and you'll see Mt. Yotei on a sunny day. It is a quiet villa area on the edge of the town.It is a place where you need a car for shopping or going to restaurants.

This is cloud 9 (Cloud Nine), which has been operating on the Airbnb site since December 2019, after obtaining permission from the hotel business in September 2019. I am an Airbnb Superhost and I am a Superhost. This is a newly built countryside villa. Only for domestic travelers in Japan. You will now be able to register a new group by switching to only one group per day. Located 600m (5min) in front of Rusutsu Resort. There is free parking for 4 cars and additional free parking is available on the road. Enjoy a BBQ and party with your friends. Pets are allowed. Hand sanitizer has been placed in response to COVID 19. You will be renting the entire house. We only use it for families, so it's safe. All disinfected and washed after using Gest. Wash. The neighborhood is crowded, nature is abundant, quiet and safe. Except for the five private bedrooms, there is a ground floor kitchen, living room, locker room, washer/dryer room, shared toilet, terrace and second living room upstairs, and balcony. This room is in the downtown area of Otaru and is located in the place where you feel the living feeling of Otaru people. Because it is in downtown, there are plenty of eateries and it will not endure for meals. Although there is no parking lot, there is coin parking at least. Depending on the season, it is around 800 yen . I do not live here, but I'd like to enjoy my favorite city Otaru as much as I can, so if you have any troubles, please tell us, because it is me of the local people, the shops you know, information I think that I can tell you. . The room is one living room and one bedroom. I have two pairs of futon in the bedroom of the bedroom tatami. On the first floor there is a restaurant open until 11 o'clock and the room is the second floor. It is not a kind of hotel but a simple room, but it is a clean room. The scenery from the window is bad because it is in downtown. Since there are stairs until you go up to the room, we do not recommend it for family with children.
