Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach, aber reicht vollkommen für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt in Halle. Die Lage ist absolut zentral direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Auch Parken ist auf der anderen Seite der Straße gut möglich. Alles in Allem eine super Unterkunft für einen unschlagbaren Preis!

Sie befindet sich zwar ein bischen weg vom Stadtzentrum (damit rechnet man aber wenn man sie bucht) ist aber sehr ruhig und bietet einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung war neuwertig ausgestattet (Bad, Küche), groß und hatte einen schönen Ausblick ins Grüne. Ich mochte auch den Arbeitstisch und schnelles verlässliches Internet. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr nett.

André was very good at communication, but not so much at cleaning. His place is cozy, with a harmonic interior, good for a weekend getaway or a short business trip.

The tiny flat is nice decorated and comfortable. Bed area, pictures and mirrors are a plus. Also, we took some dishes due to the Christmas celebration, that we finally could not get back, and Andre was very comprehensive with that issue. On the other hand, there was a bit of misunderstood at our arrival, because of the address. André should have a vacuum cleaner inside the flat, and also an area with fresh and clean towels. There were no WiFi and no TV (there is a TV just for decorative reasons) besides, there is a problem with the cold water tap in the kitchen.

Die Lage ist fußläufig zu Bahnhof und Marktplatz, allerdings in Halles eher ungemütlichen südlichen Innenstadtbereich. Davon sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen! Für einen Wochenend-Besuch und wenn man nur eine Übernachtungsgelegenheit braucht, definitiv top, wer länger bleiben möchte und plant zu kochen bzw sich länger in der Wohnung aufhalten möchte, dürfte hier an seine Grenzen stoßen. Wir waren zu dritt, zu viert finden wir die Wohnung zu klein. Die Kommunikation mit Andre verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Vielen Dank!

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und flexibel gewesen. Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet (bester Sessel! :) ). Die Lage ist ideal: man merkt, dass viele Studenten/junge Menschen in der Umgebung wohnen, dementsprechend ist auch abends was los, aber durch Fensterschließen hört man nichts mehr, letztendlich ist man zu Fuß in höchstens 10 Min in der Altstadt Mitte.

Disa2017-02-21T00:00:00ZDie Nacht im Tiny Tempel war ein kleines Erlebnis: Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und meditativ im Zen-Raum und man kann gut zur Ruhe kommen. Man muss aber erwähnen, dass der Raum und das Badezimmer tatsächlich sehr klein sind und es eigentlich keine wirkliche Intimsphäre gibt. Zudem ist der Raum sehr nah an der Straße gelegen und mit direkter Tür zum Hausflur. Nachts wurde es ziemlich laut. Da man den Raum nicht richtig lüften kann, wurde es nachts zu zweit sehr warm. Die Kommunikation mit Paul-Robert lief reibungslos und unkompliziert und er ist wirklich ein sympathischer Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar, wenn man nur eine Nacht dort schlafen muss, denn wirklich "aufhalten" kann man sich in dem Tiny Tempel nicht.

In addition, the flat itself is nicely refurnished with sufficiency. Mr. and Mrs. Hetzer are friendly, their son Herman speaks fluently English who provided us with information that allow us to explore a lot in the area. We enjoyed staying at Hetzer's house and had great time in Merseburg and all the surrounding sightseeing spots.

The guest room is the living room and kitchen of the host house, who keeps to her own room on the days you are there. It is spacious and nice, though rather simple. Very comfortable sofa-bed and nice pictures and orchids in the room. The host is very friendly and kind. On my last night, which was a Friday, she invited me to join her to a party, and she even took me to the bus station when I left.

Eli2017-05-18T00:00:00ZNico and Alex were absolutely lovely hosts in a lovely newly remodeled home! And they were so helpful with navigating the city. The kitchen and bathroom were so clean and newly renovated. Plenty of hot water for a shower. The room is warm and well lit. The WiFi is strong and fast. And it is right by the tram stop. It's very close to the center of Halle, and easily accessible to the HauptBahnHof. I felt very comfortable and at home there. If you're a single or couple, this is a lovely, homely place to stay if you want to visit Halle or even Leipzig as it is so close..... I recommend Nico and Alex and their home with zero hesitation.

Gabor2017-04-24T00:00:00ZDie beiden Zimmer sind sehr hell und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und mit vielen Schuhen und Schuhbildern schon ungewöhnlich aber angenehm. Trotz der Nähe zur Straßenbahn ist es sehr ruhig und auch die Belieferung des Supermarktes war nicht zu hören. Wir haben die Zimmer ausschließlich zur Übernachtung genutzt aber die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und zum WLAN können wir nichts sagen da wir es nicht genutzt haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt auch die Präsenz der Vermieter und einer Ansprechperson waren durchgängig gegeben. Wir würden wieder dort buchen und können es nur jedem empfehlen!

Die Wohnung hat mit einer top Lage und super Ausstattung (vor allem der Küche mit zahlreichen Kochutensilien) überzeugt. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und unkompliziert genauso wie der Check-In und -Out. Und an die Anwesenheit der anonymen Mitbewohnerin hatten wir uns dann auch gewöhnt. Wenn es uns nochmal nach Halle verschlägt, würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Volker2017-04-16T00:00:00ZDie WG liegt sehr zentral und es ist ein kleines aber feines Schlafzimmer mit Balkon vorhanden. Die Kommunikation und der Check In lief super, reibungslos. Die Mitbewohnerin war da, wir haben sie jedoch nicht weiter gesehen/bemerkt. Schön wars. Danke.

The room is in a big and elegant building with high ceiling. The room is very spacey. Everything is clean and tidy. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. Kathleen and Stephan are very kindly and welcoming. I really enjoy my time there.

The perfect balance of tasteful interior design and well functioning arrangement of the spaces made me happy about returning every day to the rooms. Of course the two rooms have different characters, the bigger one is really spacious and is good for more people for a couple of days, whereas the smaller one is really cozy and was more comfortable for me alone during a week's time. Kathleen + Stephan are great hosts, who made my stay really smooth with the good organisation of the place and the friendly interactions every time we saw each other. The location is also great, the villa area is calm, and has a nice atmosphere, while being also close to the city center and other places of interest in Halle. I'm coming back again to Halle in a couple of months and will be staying here again.

Das Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen: Es hat Apartmentgröße, eine kleine integrierte Küche und ist sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Das gleiche lässt sich über das Bad sagen. Beides auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, auch die ÖPNV Anbindung ist top. Kathleen und Stefan waren tolle, sehr sympathische Gastgeber - wir planen schon unseren nächsten Besuch!

Es ist in feinster Weise an alles gedacht: im Bad, in der Küche, im Wohn-Schlafbereich! Weit über das hinaus, was wir erwartet hatten. Alles liebevoll und stilsicher restauriert, eingerichtet, ausgestattet..bis hin zu interessanten Büchern...
