NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Guesthouse Par Samerberg - one magischer Ort.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unrestricted views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local wood were built completely free of pollutants. A place of letting go, of breathing. With private garden and south-west terrace. The cottage has a large living room with carpenter's kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with spring mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with shower.

Modernes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in Brannenburg im Inntal. Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut zu erreichen. 3 Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt (hört man nicht) und 10 Minuten Fußmarsch vom Bahnhof... Viele Wanderziele, Badeseen und Klettergebiete locken die Besucher. Im Winter finden sich mehrere Skigebiete im näheren Umfeld und bei genügend Schnee auch eine Langlaufloipe im Ort. Die Zahnradbahn auf den Wendelstein startet am Ortsrand.
