Über den schönen Hof führt der Weg in die großzügigen Räume der Königlichen Oberförsterei, erbaut 1895!

Cozy little apartment with balcony and view.

The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-maintained 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We have taken over this 2018 and newly furnished (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a sep. Bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 school child) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (plenty of dishes, coffee machine, TV). No Wi-Fi!

The Harz-Butze, "Arrival" - "Vacation"

Our apartment has about 70m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The centre of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and comfortably furnished. The bedroom with 1.8x2 meters double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18m²) south-facing balcony. Our slumber is equipped with a high quality 3 bunk bed. The own sauna to feel good.

Our recently renovated and lovingly furnished apartment offers quiet nights and relaxation after an adventurous activity in the beautiful Harz. Our farm offers several apartments, some of which are still under construction, but we are already very proud of our first vacation apartments offered and hope you will like them very much. Especially close, with less than 300 m walk, you are here at Matthias-Schmidt-Berg and thus at the Bikepark MSB-X-Trail.
