A Marina, stunning views, a favorite spot

Superbe et imprenable vue mer/montagne de toutes les pièces et des 2 belles terrasses. Idéalement situé pour visiter toute la Balagne. Au pied de la charmante Marine de Sant Ambroggio Composé de deux suites parentales donnant accès à la terrasse. Lit de 160 ou 2 couchages de 80 dans 1 des chambres. Idéal pour 4 ou 6 grâce au convertible de 140. 2 grandes salles d'eau dont une PMR. 2 wc. Restaurant, boulangerie boucherie, charcuterie poissonnerie, épicerie , coiffeur, station essence et la Marina sont accessible à pied, situés à deux pas. De même pour les départs d’excursions en voiture ou en bateau. La charmante plage de Sant Ambroggio est accessible à pied à 150m. Linge de maison fourni: draps, serviettes inclus.

Venez vous détendre dans notre spacieuse Suite privée indépendante de 24m2, située à l’entrée du village de Lumio. La situation de notre logement est idéale, la plage la plus proche se situe à 3km, et Calvi n’est qu’à 10 minutes de voiture. Nous mettons à votre disposition un BBQ, un espace petit déjeuner en plein air abrité par un olivier centenaire ainsi qu’un accès à la piscine de la propriété (sur demande). Vous disposerez d’un accès privé, avec portail électrique et place de parking.

Perched in an alley on the heights of the village, quiet and soft for this typical village apartment, 35 m2 that we have renovated. Parisian, originally from Ile Rousse, very happy to share, in my turn, the precious moments spent during our vacation before settling permanently in Balagne. 30m from the panoramic view of La Chapelle des 7 pain. 10 minutes from the beaches, Île Rousse and shops.
