The apartment is located in the heart of the city of l'Ametlla de Mar just above the main beach of the town, l 'Alguer. It is very sunny and totally exterior and you can enjoy beautiful views of the beach, the promenade and the sea. It is a second floor without elevator and consists of bathroom, equipped kitchen and three bedrooms: a double, a twin with bunk bed and a single. The building has a parking lot for the use of the neighbors but no reserved space.
