Welcome to our home! You will enjoy a beautiful view of the Yampa Valley from your private deck and private entrance. This is a one bedroom, one bath, living room, kitchenette (no stove or cooktop) in-law unit on the bottom floor of our home. We are conveniently located between town (15 minute walk) and the mountain. The free on-demand yellow line bus stops right outside our door. Please note: There are outside stairs that must be navigated. We can only accommodate one car as parking is limited.

The location is ideal for getting off the grid and enjoying private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The location is remote and beautiful. The Moose Haven is at about 9000 feet along the Park Range in the Rocky Mountains. The heat is furnished by a wood stove that does require stoking through cold nights.
