  • Huge historic home it was facinating to explore the house a blend of history with modern touches

  • This place is way better than what expect! The house is enormous and every inch is dripping with history and family and you feel like you just came home after a long time. Even though it is a historical house, the important things are updated and it doesn't seem out of place. Also if you're traveling in the winter: HEATED FLOOR IN THE BREAKFAST NOOK. I cannot stress how amazing this feature was. On top of that, the hospitality was excellent, responses within minutes! If you're lucky enough to stay here, enjoy every second of it!

  • Great place to stay. Feels like your at home in a quaint small town. Loved all the history in the house. We stayed close to Christmas-time so there were lights, decorations and even a tree at the house! Beth is a great host!

  • WOW what a house. You realize as soon as you enter the premises you are not only in a fantastic house but a home. The house was built in the craftsman style and has remained so. Except for the modern conveniences you would think you are in a wealthy home three generations or more back. Multiple generations of the same family have lived in the house and all the family photos, etc are still there. The house has been well maintained and is very clean. Can't beat the price for such a wonderful experience. Whenever we go back to Scottdale this is where we will be staying.

  • My family and I had a wonderful time at Dun-Movin. We found this home for our trip to visit Falling Water. It was clean, and we enjoyed learning about the home and the family’s history. The home is beautiful. Beth greeted us at the door, and was available to us throughout our stay. We would highly recommend it.

  • Quite a gem in the Laurel Highlands! We were looking for a 'home base' for a long weekend that was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. This went above and beyond. A beautiful home full of character, history, and charm, we enjoyed getting to explore the house when we weren't out and about. We brought our toddler and Beth was considerate prior to us booking the reservation by letting us know there were a lot of antiques and breakables. It did take a little more effort to keep him out of things, but it was so well worth it. (I wouldn't bring a whole parade of children here, that's not the point of this home, but 2 adults vs. 1 child was very doable!) Beth greeted us and walked us through the house. She explained some quirks that any old house would have, and couldn't have been more helpful or gracious. We were also impressed by the number of modern-day amenities the house offered (sonos speaker system, kitchen appliances, jacuzzi tub, etc.), considering its history, and how well that had been incorporated so as not to diminish the history of the house. She emphasized that we could contact her at any time, for anything, but we never needed to because the house had plenty of everything we needed! Lots of towels, sheets, pillows, bathroom amenities, and all the cookware you'd need to prepare your own food, which we did a few times. I noticed a review from awhile back that there wasn't enough hot water to fill the Jacuzzi tub but I wanted to make sure to say there was plenty for us and that wasn't an issue at all. Also, Scottdale was a really cute little town - I wish we had the chance to walk around more, but it felt sweet to drive 'home' there each night. We tried out the Wish's Bar and Grill, walking distance from the house, and that was very good. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere in the area - what a great value for the cost!

  • The Oak Room was better in person —with every little detail accounted for. With the fireplace and warm furnishings, the ambience was so cozy on a chilly fall night. Highly recommend!

  • Wonderful b&b- richly appointed with antiques and interesting historical artifacts. Fabulous breakfast in the morning and access to full kitchen stocked with lots of thoughtful snacks and drinks. Gracious and fun hostess told us all about history of home over breakfast and gave us tour including peek at the hidden cases of whiskey they found while restoring. Large lovely outdoor patio and porches to relax in. Great place to stay after visiting Fallingwater or other local sites. We will be back!

  • We stayed in The Oak Room of this beautiful historical home in the cute little town of Scottdale, PA. The house is perfectly clean and decorated beautifully with many historical items- some even original to the home. There is a shared full kitchen, stocked fridge, and many light breakfast items to choose from. The bed is very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The Oak room is right off the main dining room and does not have a private bathroom. The bathroom is shared with one other suite on the main floor, but there are other suites with kitchenettes and private bathrooms on the upper floors of the house. One suite even has a small capacity washer and dryer. We enjoyed meeting Pam (the owner’s sister) and visiting with her during breakfast. We reserved this room at the last minute and arrived late, but the accommodations and host were perfect!

Just as with my first trip, Pat did not disappoint. She and the wonderful ladies that work with her went above and beyond to make my time there in Scottdale as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend staying there for anyone visiting the area.

  • I was looking for a quick getaway from Pittsburgh with my wife and dog and stumbled upon this place. Mark was an exceptional host. The house was very clean and he greeted us upon arrival to show us around. The farm fresh eggs and muffins were a wonderful touch. We brought a fair bit of stuff with us, but the house was well stocked with supplies, blankets, snacks, etc. If you are on the fence definitely pull the trigger on going to this place. We will be going back again!

    Austin2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place is wonderful! Mark couldn’t have been a better host. The space is stylish and perfect for a weekend getaway. We especially loved hanging out at the fire pit in the evening.

  • Mark's tiny house was a delightful stay! Despite the chilly night we stayed warm thanks to the new heater he had installed. The fresh eggs from the farm and the homemade muffins were delicious. Mark thought of every little thing to make our stay comfortable.

  • If you’re looking for an unplugged, simple, country get away and enjoy nature and animal watching, this is it. Enjoyed the beautiful, fall scenery and watching the cows and calves frolic in the pasture while sitting in the cozy tiny house enjoying our coffee. Exactly what we needed to get a quick reboot from being parents and the city life.

The check-in, the NEST system, the amenities and the basement garage were all great aspects. The decor was also very stylish, gotta love a trendy home. The drive to Seven Springs was quick and easy too. Thank you again! Look forward to staying here in the future!

The West Overton Museum in Scottdale is the only pre-Civil War village still intact today in Pennsylvania. It was named to the National Register of Historic Districts in 1985 as an outstanding example of a 19th-century rural industrial village complete with farm, two floors of the Overholt Mill/Distillery, industrial tools, Blacksmith Shop, a wash house and a smokehouse. • Paula and Christopher went above and beyond, and are extremely caring hosts. The place is wonderfully designed, very inviting, cozy, private and perfect for 1-2 people. It's peaceful and quiet, basically it was everything I had been looking for. I'd return to stay there for sure.

    Sylvie2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Paula's place is great! Easy access in and out of the home, had great art and suggestions of things to do (which we added to our itinerary having not known about some things before!) Great space, clean, creek going by, was really great.

    Erin2019-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • This was a nice little gem to find in a beautiful part of Pennsylvania. We booked our stay the day before Thanksgiving not knowing if we would find a last-minute place to stay and Paula and Christopher were very accommodating! The room was lovely and very comfortable with a lot of thoughtful extras. We were very fortunate to find this place along our journey and would highly recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

    Kimberly2019-11-29T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean and cozy! Nice private location for exploring the area.

    Anne2019-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • Paula’s place is perfect for a weary traveler. We stayed after a wedding in West Overton Village and it was incredibly convenient and clean. We also got greeted by a friendly neighborhood llama after our stay ☺️ So lovely.

    Joy2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • The space was exactly as advertised--very clean and comfortable! We loved the colors and style of the room, and all of the great books on hand. The location was great too! It was county enough to enjoy the peace and quiet, but still reasonably close to activities and restaurants. Paula and Christopher were very quick to respond to all of our questions and were very helpful with recommendations of local activities and eateries. We would definitely recommend them as hosts!

    Christine2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • At Paula's you can expect peace and serenity. The grounds are full of beautiful nature and anything you need is within minutes of her place. You wouldn't think so if you go there but It's just awesome

  • My boyfriend and I wanted to meet halfway between us for a cozy ski weekend and bring our (3!) dogs. We were pleased to find this location for rent that allowed our three sweet pups. They loved running around and exploring the back yard. The place was super clean upon arrival and all of the responses were very fast! It wasn’t far from Seven Springs to ski and there were plenty of places to get food, gas, coffee, etc locally. Check was self done and super easy which was great since we arrived in the evening. We had a great weekend!

    Rachel2020-01-20T00:00:00Z

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment "Beats-A-Hotel" truly does beat staying at a hotel! If you are looking for a more affordable option with its simple, comfortable, quiet and clean atmosphere this 1 bedroom apartment with additional amenities including a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, new carpeting, washer and dryer and plenty of seating space is for you. Walking distance to many restaurants and quick food options.
Once the New Stanton General Store this newly renovated apartment with 1 double bed and plenty of room is located right off the main street in the heart of this small town.
The apartment is located in a residential patch of New Stanton. In my experiences visiting for the past several years the neighborhood has been friendly and safe.
  • Great for ski weekend and weddings near Seven Springs!

    A.J.2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • My second time staying. Will definitely continue to stay as the need arises.

    James2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed her because I was attending a wedding in the area and the apartment was great. It was perfect for my fiancé and I and it was super close to the highway, restaurants, and multiple stores. Thomas was also very responsive and was able to accommodate an earlier check-in!

    Stephany2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • As Thomas reflects in the title, this home does beat a hotel. The space was very clean, quiet and comfortable. My family of 4 spent an entire month in Thomas’s place and even cooked Christmas dinner there. While I did have to purchase disposable baking pans. Thomas provides plenty of pots and skillets to prepare a meal. All in all it’s a great place to stay if you need a place to set up home or vacation for a bit. Would definitely book this one again.

    Irene2020-01-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, exactly as advertised located very close to food and the major highways.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful kitchen and private concrete patio out back. One mile from the Great Allegheny Bike Passage and a 30 minute drive to Pittsburgh. Local attractions like Ohiopyle, Kentuck Knob and Falling Water are less than 1 hour away and Laurel Caverns is about a 30 minute drive.
  • Scott was a great host... Very quick to respond, clean place, and just all around great!

    Whitney2019-11-21T00:00:00Z
  • Scott was a great host. Very helpful and fair business man. Worked with use well.

    Bill2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • This property is really interesting, the whole house was updated in really neat ways. The yard was nice for relaxing in and so was the large front porch! Really enjoyed my stay!

    Caitlin2019-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • A nice, cozy place in quiet surroundings. Ideal for visitors to the Ohiopyle State Park. The fully equipped kitchen has kitchenware as well. Living room TV has netflix and cable TV. The bedroom in the basement tends to get chilly. Bedroom doors do need a little bit of wrangling with, but the positives of this place outweigh these minor possible improvements. I would stay again at Scott's place.

If you enjoy privacy and pretty scenery this is the place for you. Enjoy nature and the sounds of waterfalls from the elevated deck. This two bedroom house is all by itself and has an updated kitchen. Just a short drive to Laurel Caverns, Falling Water and Ohiopyle. There is plenty of firewood on site for campfires. From the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail look for the Wickhaven Hollow sign post between mile markers 105 and 106. Driveway is on the left 1 mile up gravel road from bike trail.
  • Beautiful location in the mountains. Secluded and quiet.

    Laura2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Another great stay at this little hideaway. It's a great spot to go slightly off grid for a couple days and decompress. Nothing fancy, but everything you need to relax among the trees. The new chairs around the fire pit are a nice addition.

    Dan2019-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • Great price, quiet location. The cabin included toiletries and kitchen items so we didn't have to stock up at the store. The fire pit area/grotto was a really cool addition. It was perfect for our trip!

    Sandra2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Scott’s home is very clean, and is in a beautiful location tucked away in the woods overlooking a great yard with fire pits, stream, etc. It’s a perfect location to disconnect and recharge. Fair warning, the driveway can be a little tricky to locate, and is probably better handled in something like a SUV or Jeep than the sedan I used. But all in all, a great place to stay for a long weekend away.

Close to Seven Springs for snow tubing. Wifi access and a washer and dryer offer more conveniences of home. Easy check in and out process with great communication. We definitely recommend Angelo & Amanda's home.

  • Great location. Nice neighborhood. Loved the enclosed back porch and yard. Other than my food, everything else was there.

    Mary2019-11-16T00:00:00Z
  • Cute, funky house with interesting art. Pleasant neighborhood. Small bedrooms and the only bathroom is upstairs but it worked for us. We did have a challenge with inconsistent wi-fi maybe due to an intense storm the day before. Enjoyed seeing/hearing trick or treaters in the neighborhood Great house from which to visit Fallingwater and Polymath Park.

    Glenda2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • The Chestnut Hut was a charming place to stay for the weekend. For a lifelong geek, the sci-fi motif in the living room was perfect (so say we all!). Even better was the proximity to Ohiopyle and the Frank Lloyd Wright homes. Just a short drive through picturesque countryside and we were there.

    Michael2019-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • From booking to check-out, everything went famously smooth. The Chestnut Hut is adorable, eclectic, and well cared for. Super clean with all the amenities you'd need for a short or long stay. Perfect location for visiting Wright's architecture and Pittsburgh. As mentioned in nearly every previous review, the decor and Angelo's artwork are the incredibly unique icing on the cake in this place. Would gladly stay here again.

    Heather2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great time staying at The Hut. Great and responsive hosts. Had a blast talking about all the eclectic art work. Everything was as advertised and a wonderful breath from biking the GAP trail. Plenty of near-ish restaurants and stores.

  • My 11 year old son and I spent a wonderful weekend here working through a bible study. The house had everything we needed (sheets, towels, A/C window units) and we were able to ride our bikes down to the park on the Yough and do some fishing. Then we rode around on the trail for a while. Highly recommend the Chestnut Hut for a weekend getaway.

  • Fantastic place to stay!

    Josh2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment we stayed in was one of two that were converted after she closed her restaurant a couple of years ago. Jane is quick with communications. She greeted us, showed us around, and then we chatted for a while. It was wonderful to learn about her very interesting life! Parking is on the street directly in front of the door on the side of the building. There are a few steps up from the entrance to get to the apartment. The space was clean and nice looking. The shower handle is very finicky so test the water temperature before going in. We enjoyed having full sized appliances in the kitchen. While the listing was accurate about the building being on a "busy" intersection, we didn't hear any distracting noises of cars passing by. We liked the location as it was nicely located between Seven Springs and Pittsburgh. We will definitely be coming back!

It was also close enough to places like Fallingwater, Ohiopyle, and Laurel Caverns, making it a good home base for our trip. Jane herself is incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. Definitely check this place out!

  • Jane's place is great bang for your buck! The only real problem was everything Around closes early or doesnt open mon-tues. So definitely prepare to drive. Besides room was spacious had sink, fridge , shower, nice pull out couch and also a queen size bed and a/c to cool down. Tv was great plus and enough closet space for 4. I would definitely recommend staying at Jane's.

  • The bungalow was a perfect private enclave for my weekend. I will definitely come back. The location is so quick outside of Pittsburgh and about a 45 minute drive to the park and homes to tour in the region. Plus the local roads and fall color it was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this place to others, especially those on bike trips.

  • This rental was super clean and comfortable. The bedding is comfortable. The space is layed out nicely. I loved the privacy it offered. The neighborhood is very nice and close to everything. Your hostess, Jane, is very responsive and makes checking in and out very convenient. She is sensitive to your needs as a traveler and makes it very simple. We will stay here anytime we are in the area.

You'll be renting half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood. This home is 2.7 miles from Mammoth Park. It is 7 miles from Arnold Palmer Regional Airport. Ohio Pyle and Pittsburg are both within an hours drive. Seven Springs is only twenty miles away. There is a queen bed in each of the three bedrooms. A well stocked kitchen and a cozy sitting area will give you the feel of home- away from home. All bedding and towels are provided. This is a great place for a comfortable get away.
You'll have a fully equipped eat in kitchen with a table that easily seats eight. The sitting area has two chairs and a sofa. One bedroom is right off the sitting area. There is also a half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a full bath.
This is a very small community in a country setting. But with Greensburg nearby there is plenty of shopping, etc. Mammoth Park which has a lake for fishing, ball fields, a walking area, a giant slide, and more is nearby.
  • We found the stay to be friendly and cozy, perfect for my family to relax before and after the slopes!

    Eric2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Lloyd and Bethany's place over the Thanksgiving holiday so that we could be near family members in Greensburg. This worked out perfectly! The house was ideally set up with a first floor bed and bath for our 82 yr.old mother, while the two bedrooms upstairs offered some peace and privacy to other family members. The large table in the kitchen allowed our party of 10 family members to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner together in an atmosphere of a real home. The beds were comfortable, towels plentiful, and everything very clean. We will definitely stay again in the future when planning some time with extended family!

    Kathleen2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Lloyd and Bethany have a great place and offer warm hospitality. They had fresh homemade bread with butter and cinnamon to welcome us to their home. Had a great stay.

  • The duplex offers a quiet place for a family or group of friends to stay. It is an older home, but it has all of the necessary accoutrements for the traveler. The hosts provided several special touches like homemade bread and orange juice. They also responded quickly to all of my messages. As noted by previous guests, no TV is provided, but there is WiFi if you bring your own devices.

    Sherri2019-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Nice space close to where we grew up. Had games for kids and yummy cinnamon bread!

Second floor rooms w/ private bath, Queen bed/memory foam (or 2 twins with private bath next door; ask) in historic home. In residential South Side. Cooked breakfast. Great amenities, B+B service. One mile to Great Allegheny Passage Trail; 17 miles to Fallingwater; 20 miles to Seven Springs (half hour drive). Walking distance to restaurants open 7 days of the week (8/10 mile). This business is inspected, pays taxes. We have more availability (or differing prices) online at our website.
This is a beautiful historic late Victorian home, built 1897 by Frank Zanchi, a stone contractor. It is an unusual, one-of-a-kind home built with double round turrets which are extremely rare and make the home look like a castle. It was renovated and repointed in 2013 - 2014; parking, rear entry, new roof, and several guest baths added. It is on a double lot and has free guest parking in back. Each of the four rooms is double occupancy. One room (not pictured) has 2 twin beds.
The South Side of Connellsville is historically one of the nicest residential areas of town and mainly composed of older single family residences. Due to loss of manufacturing jobs and declining population, some homes have been converted to rentals and apartments and others are showing signs of neglect; however, recent changes in city government, rampant volunteerism and the completion of the GAP Trail are encouraging new growth and better upkeep. Wide streets, numerous trees and beautiful old homes characterize this section of town. There are shops and places to eat within a moderate walking distance (3/4 of a mile). We are 2 blocks from the Johnny Woodruff Oak (brought back from Germany and the 1936 Olympics after Johnny, a Connellsville native, won a gold medal in the 800 meter race).
  • Susan's outstanding hospitality and great house made this stay very enjoyable. She went above and beyond our expectations, and made us a wonderful breakfast! We had gone to visit Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water house and her location was very close by. We would definitely visit again! Justin and Nicole

  • If you are looking for a personal touch and experience this is your place. Susan is a gracious host and an outstanding cook. This home is over 100 years old and in remarkable shape. We were welcomed with open arms, enjoyed our stay and will be back.

  • Fox and Castle is a comfortable place with a great homemade breakfast. Susan puts a lot of love into her breakfast selections and Earl makes perfect bacon along with very tasty coffee. Susan has a gift for conversation and hospitality. The location best serves anyone that is going to be bicycling the Great Allegheny Passage Trail or the Frank Lloyd Wright homes.

  • This was the perfect place for my wife an I to stay for a weekend trip to Ohiopyle - it's only about 20 minutes away and the a/c was great! We loved the ginger cookies, great conversation, and helpful dinning suggestions.

  • These were the closest accommodations to Fallingwater, and they worked very well for us. Ambiance in this renovated 19th century Queen Anne revival house was cozy and comfortable. Susan served a hearty breakfast, and we enjoyed a nice meal and conversation with the other guests. It was a a treat to take evening and morning walks around town and the neighborhood

    David2019-05-17T00:00:00Z
  • Easy to locate the Inn. Inn located in a nice and safe environment. Also, easy to find. check in. Owner was very gracious and accommodating. Room ( Lafayette Room ) was exceptionally clean and spacious. Beverages were readily available and the anise cookies were to die for. Historic home was well taken care of and furnished with neat pieces. Susan gave us a choice of breakfast each morning and each breakfast we chose was delicious. Susan provide information on area and recommended restaurants to try. Thanks to Susan for a great stay. If in the area again, we would stay here again.

The Ridgeview Bungalow sits on three acres and is in the Laurel Highlands just above Jacobs Creek. The country setting is a perfect place for a quiet get away. Pittsburgh, Ohiopyle, and Falling Water are easy day trips. Seven Springs and Hidden Valley Ski Resorts are a seventeen mile drive. The bungalow is also a great place to simply hang out. A cozy living room in the winter or the front porch overlooking the surrounding mountain range create a relaxing atmosphere.
The well stocked kitchen and dining room are one open space. The kitchen table is set up for six to eight people, but it can be extended for four more. The living room has ample seating with three sofas. Some books and lots of games are provided for your entertainment. I also have a basket of toys for the children. The front porch is a relaxing spot with three Adirondacks. We just had new windows installed throughout the entire place. This makes it even easier to keep it clean and snug and cozy! WiFi is provided. There are plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Bedding is also provided.
Please respect the neighbors. They are our friends and we want to keep it that way.

Beautiful 2 Bedroom cottage located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. Enjoy summer afternoons lounging on the spacious deck, or stay warm on winter evenings next to the fireplace. In Bear Rocks, Acme, PA, a friendly and sleepy little community six miles from Donegal exit on PA Turnpike. 15 Miles from Seven Springs 19 miles from Fallingwater 21 Miles from Ohiopyle.
*** Based on some recent interactions with guests, I thought it important to make a quick note of a few things, especially if you are booking during summer months. Although this is a cute and well cared for cabin, it is an old space (1964 skin chalet located on former ski resort) so it does show its age and is not shiny and brand new inside. The place does not have air conditioning meaning when you arrive it may feel a little stuffy and have a musty smell which is just humidity from the lack of AC and surrounding vegetation. This is remedied with opening windows and running fans and the dehumidifier. Some may not find this comfortable if just looking for a place to crash, but if you goal is to spend time on the deck, have a BBQ or a bonfire, this house, yard, and neighborhood is a real gem. Additionally, this is a pet friendly rental. Although we strive to keep it clean, we have had some guests with sensitive allergies to pet dander complain so if you are sensitive to pet hair, please keep this in mind when booking. Rustic 1960's cedar cabin with hints of mid century charm. The place is mostly original construction so it's not without its quirks, but is well kept and ready for your getaway to the Laurel Highlands. Fireplace for cold winter nights and fire pit for summer bonfires. Spacious tree covered deck has a gas grill and hammock, chaise lounges for napping under a canopy of trees. If it is here, feel free to use it, but please be respectful of the belongings. There is a full kitchen with lots of cookware, and a nice stereo in the living room. The space does not have a television or internet, though most cellular providers have good service in there area. You are welcome to use the fireplace, but please do not take split firewood from under the porch. That is for homeowners. You are welcome to the wood in the yard and under the clubhouse. There is firewood for purchase at most gas stations and grocery stores. We live in Washington, D.C. so we will not be around during your stay. If you have questions at any time you can call me and I will be happy to help you over the phone. We have a good friend down the road who will be there in the event of any emergencies. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Secluded enough to escape the noise of the city but close to Mt. Pleasant where you can find places to eat and shop. There is even a corner store at the entrance to Bear Rocks (Acme Corner Pizza) where you can find many essentials. Bear Rocks is a great neighborhood with a friendly community. It is close to Rt 31 and downtown Mt. Pleasant for shopping and dining, but nestled back in the woods for a quite experience. Please inquire for availability before booking to ensure that your requested days are available.

  • A great place to get away to unwind out in the woods. If you want to unplug from technology it is a great place. Loved the enclosed porch with the lighting. We played cornhole the one evening. Made mountain pies for dinner on our final night with the lovely firepit. The place had all the amentities. Mt. Pleasant is a quaint little town with lots of food options as well. Would stay here again if the bed was better but I do have a bad back. Great place to stay in the woods and the peacefulness.

    Jenny2019-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • Kenny’s place was even better than advertised. Pictures can’t really do this area of the Laurel Highlands justice. The wooded setting makes you feel as if you’re removed from the rest of the world, when in actuality, you’re conveniently located to several points of interest and all necessities. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming - would definitely stay again!

  • This is a very enjoyable experience. On the way to Pittsburgh to the Flowing Villa, Donna and Rick's house is a great place to stay for a flowing villa. The room is quiet and beautiful, the landlord is very friendly, Rick enthusiastically showed us the well-decorated rooms, billiards room, TV room, restaurant and fully functional kitchen, as well as their small fabric processing workshop. Everything is warm and beautiful, spotless. Because only one group of our guests stayed that day, Rick let us enjoy the suite with a jacuzzi. The bed is at least two meters wide and very comfortable, so we got a very good relaxation in the long distance. Get up in the morning, open the curtains, the scenery outside the window is simply intoxicating. Donna and Rick carefully prepared breakfast for us according to our preferences. Whether it was the dining environment, the dining table layout and the food itself, we felt very comfortable. In the process of Rick talking to us, I felt his heartfelt love. After the meal, Rick also let us feed the fish with the uneaten toast and give us a lot of toast. I don't think it will be too much. He said that the fish is also very hungry. By the way, they have two puppies, they are very cute, and they have been playing with us for a while. His barbecue is also great, and if you have time to barbecue, it is also very happy. I can't wait to take a lot of pictures to introduce this room to my friends. If I come to the villa next time, I will come here and bring my friends to feel this good. • Cool place to have some fun and also to relax. Bed is very comfy. The shower, along with the restroom, is very nice and clean. Would come back again

  • Eric the host is very accommodating. The stay was as easy as a breeze. You can get food downstairs, just give the bar a phone call. It was a reliable place to stay if you are looking for somewhere in the Pittsburgh Area.

  • Great hospitality. I stayed her for a few months when relocating to Pittsburgh. The rooms are good and the bar downstairs is great. You can quickly become a regular here. Overall, it was a great stay and I'll be back to visit!

  • Clean room at a cheap price, and check-in was a cinch. There is a bar downstairs, but it got quiet by 9:30 so I had no noise issues.

  • Great price for a good stay. Spent a little over a month above Dale’s Place and it was excellent. Nice clean room to stay in and the bar offers great food and local beers.
