It is a tiny house within walking distance to all the beaches of Kisami.(Ichida Beach is the nearest 7-minute walk/11m above sea level) It is especially recommended for those who like surfing and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and trips as a base for work and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with simple cooking utensils, dishes and seasonings in a bite cooker (gas). We also offer free rental items that guests can use.Bicycles and kickboards are free of charge, so please feel free to use them during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please refer to the House Rules for details. In addition, the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Check your house rules for smoking areas. Access is 3 minutes on foot from Izukyu Shimoda Station, 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, and 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. Ocean front cottage 10 seconds to the sea, fully rented beach house!

It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. A renovated building that has renovated a good old Japanese cultural residence.The guest room is a Japanese-style room with 6 tatami mats.I will set up the bedding with futons and old-fashioned chabudai for those who need it.Private desk work is possible with free WiFi.Please use the air conditioner to keep the temperature of the room comfortable. Located in the middle of an area called Shimoda City and Old Town, the neighborhood has everything from coffee shops where you can eat breakfast.Along with original maps, we will introduce you to the right spots, shops, and walking trails for you. Fantastic location on Ohama Beach. Big Ocean Views. New modern house. 4 Bedrooms. Upper floor is one large open plan room with living, dining, and fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances including dishwasher. Living room opens onto the large 2F Deck overlooking the beach.
