Ab der ersten Kontaktaufnahme hat alles bestens geklappt. Jeannette und Toni sind ein perfektes Gastgeberpaar. Toller Service, alles sehr herzlich, einfach top! Wir gehen bestimmt wieder hin!

Alles war perfekt! Wir wurden sogar beim Einkaufsladen abgeholt und am Ende der Ferien zum Bahnhof gefahren. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Wir werden sehr gerne wieder einmal in dieser Berghütte unsere Ferien verbringen.

Jeannette und Toni haben uns aufs herzlichste Willkommen geheissen. Schon im Vorfeld haben Sie alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und waren gut erreichbar als wir etwas zu früh in Rueras ankamen. Toni hat sogar unser Gepäck zur Hütte gefahren, sodass wir ganz entlastet den kurzen Weg aufs Maiensäss unter die Füsse nehmen konnten. Die Hütte ist ein richtiges Schmuckstück, liebevoll eingerichtet, bequem und romantisch. Die Kühe direkt vor der Tür waren das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Wir habe uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Zu unserer Verblüffung gab es für jeden eine Gästekarte mit diversen Gratisfahrten für Bahn, Luftseilbahn und Ortsbusse und Eintritte fürs Hallenbad. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar für Wanderungen geeignet, wir haben Gold geschürft und uns am wunderbaren Badesee erholt. Dank dem tollen Wetter haben wir die zum Maiensäss gehörende Spielscheune mit Trampolin gar nicht genutzt. Vielen Dank an Jeannette und Toni, dass Ihr Euer Maiensäss mit anderen teilt! Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

We enjoyed our stay at Rolf's house immensely. The surrounding was perfect- beautiful view, safe area for children to run around and explore, great trails for hiking! The house was clean and fully equipped, even with 2 caquelons for fondue and a raclette oven, and lots of board games! Rolf was friendly and helpful, giving us all the necessary information and more. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing weekend!

Rolf made us very welcome at his property. He stayed a bit later for us to make sure he could show us around his home and local area. The area is amazing for hiking and just enjoying the Swiss Alps. The kitchen has all the tools that you need. Just bring the food! This is great for groups and large families!

We had a lovely stay at Gabriellenhaus. The surroundings are absolutely magnificent. The house itself is very practical and beautifully situated. We had a warm welcome by the owner on arrival. Don 't forget your snowchains in wintertime.

Ultimate affordable family place if you want an authentic Swiss experience. No need to go hunting for the snow as it is all around you. Has all the facilities mentioned and much more. Not for the weak hearted. Great place for trekking walking family get togethers. Located within about 2 hours from Pilatus Mt Titlis Interlaken Andermatt Bern. A definite go. One of the best hosts. Rolf was warm and helpful on our check in. The place is secluded just as I like it. My kids enjoyed playing on the mountain and with available board games. The view is priceless.

Die Lage des Hauses ist toll und in dem Haus war alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Man konnte direkt vor dem Haus mit der Wanderung starten. Auch unsere Kind(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) waren begeistert und sind gerne mitgewandert. Die Abende in der Hütte mit dem Holzofen und den Spielen waren sehr gemütlich.

Karina’s place in Seedorf was a charm! A beautiful little studio in the middle of Uri surrounded by mountains on all sides. I had a perfect retreat. The supermarket, restaurant and ATM are downstairs. Everyone in the area was really friendly. Karina herself was a lovely host! The day I arrived she welcomed me to the studio and even gave me a tour of Seedorf and neighbouring Altdorf. If I had a chance I would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable accommodation, very nice and very well placed. Small supermarket at the bottom of the apartment, at the crossroads of several valleys and along the lake. Home very nice and very accommodating!

Very nice stay at the Vierwaldstätter lake. Easy handling of communication and stay, the supermarked is right there. It has a huge balkony and we loved the view on the mountains. I can totally recommend this place. Thanks Karina!

A nice apartment in a quite village. We liked the location very much - close to the main road arteries but not too close to be noisy or anything like that. Very good bakery nearby and also we found a nice restaurant in Altdorf to finish a day with a delicious dinner. Grocery shop and ATM downstairs, ample parking. What more can you possibly want. Karina was really good at communicating everything. No problems with the stay. Highly recommend and looking forward to stay again in future.

Karina's place was absolutely perfect for me. In the small town, it felt secluded enough while being a very short distance from the train station. The walk to the lake was effortless and I sat next to the water for hours. Conveniently, Karina's place is just a few blocks from delicious restaurants, there is even one on the 2nd floor of the building! Karina was super helpful and responsive - I couldn't have asked for a better host and experience! Thanks!

Angela is super sweet and really helpful when it comes to advice on places to visit in town and travel times by train. My bed was comfy, the apartment and neighborhood are peacful and at the foot of the snowy peaks of the alps. Baby L is super cute and super quiet. Never heard a peep! I met Schmidt's father but not him in person, and the father was a very nice guy. I arrived late due to traffic and he set up with a wonderful, very comfortable room. When I awoke, the views were fantastic.. simply unbelievable. In the morning I was offered a nice breakfast and coffee, and again the father was very friendly.

Schmid's B&B is in absolutely astonishing place. 10/10 would come back. We are considering coming back for some hiking next year :)

Reto Schmid`s place is quite large, situated near a small golf resort. The room was friendly and bright with a warm atmosphere and as clean as the whole house. We had a phantastic breakfast in Retos bakery-cafe. With the guest-card I could use a part of the famous swiss train to Oberalppass and from there made a hike to the headwaters of the river Rhein. A phantastic place, particularly when you start early. So I can recommend Reto Schmids place, it is something special.

It was a little challenging to get to because Apple Maps, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps, and a Garmin GPS all gave different destinations. When I did arrive, the internet wasn't working. I could connect to the wifi but it said it wasn't connected to the internet. Besides those two things, the place was great to stay in. Clean rooms and beautiful scenery! They also had complimentary breakfast the next morning!

Mais pas très adaptée pour un voyageur seul ou même un couple : très grand maison prévue surtout pour des grands groupe (famille ou amis). Seul dans cette grande maison n'étais pas très agréable même si tout était impeccable. La maison est également assez éloignée de tout. Par contre le petit-déjeuner était super bon !

We booked Marylene's house for a weekend getaway with the family and had a great time. We were 6 adults, 1 small child, and 1 toddler. Because the house is located in the middle of the ski field we could easily take turns skiing and looking after the kids. We also did a nice ski tour to the close by Hüenderegg. The house is well equipped, spacious, very comfortable, and has a great sauna.

The photos in airbnb does not reflect how nice and in which updated state this chalet is. Marylene invested a lot, even in a sauna which is not mentioned in the offer. Also the enviroment, the lake and mountain few is breathtaking. A good space to calm down and to relaxe from busy daily life. Altdorf / Eggberge is very much an original swiss mountain village not so overwhelmed by tourists. We meet a lot of very nice, open minded, frendly and helpful swiss inhabitant. And so is also Marylene. We made spontaneously the booking one day before arrival but after the helpful clarification of open questions she managed short time the cleaning of the apartement for us. It was in a very good shape when we arrived. Marylene was always available if we had further questions and she invested also some efforts when the internet speed was going down to clarify with Swisscom to improve it. We thank Marylene for her support and the very relaxing week we had in her cozy chalet. We already planning further visits.

The Chalet has everything you need, including a sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms, bath and kitchen were very clean and the view from the rooms is amazing. As it was very hot we ate outside and used all the outdoor furnitures. From the chalet you can start many hiking and mountain bike trips, we can recommend the Spilersee. We would come again any time, it was a perfect stay!

We stayed in Marylene's house for a weekend and had an amazing time! The house is clean, modern, spacious, and wonderfully renovated, equipped with everything you need for a stay. We were 7 people with more than enough space for all of us! Marylene was incredibly helpful as well! Would definitely recommend for a mountain getaway :)

The chalet is wonderful - the setting is so beautiful. The house is comfortable and well equipped and everything you would expect in a mountain home. Marvelous hiking right out your front door. The host is absentee, but easy to reach and very helpful. But, make sure you bring up plenty of food and drinks as you won't want to leave to go into town to get provisions. The gondola is a great experience and convenient, but not cheap.

hi Marylene it was a pleasure staying at the cottage. it was an amazing experience shame we did not spend more time accept for sleeping at the cottage. if you wish to cut your self from the day to day life that's the place to be. just few things to note parking is only 1400 meters below your cottage which means if you forget something in the car...........lol their is a charge for the cable car which i find a bit expensive as was not expecting (20 euros return ticket) the reason being as we planned every thing elsewhere so have to come up and down quite few time. never the less the place eggberg is to explore as mentioned above. great for mountain walks site seeing etc peace full neighbor hood. i will give 10 out of 10 for the premises it had every thing a house needs to have we had 3 kids they enjoyed it. will be back soon but this time will plan it to stay for longer and explore the nature

We had a very comfortable stay ! The view of the titlis mountain from the apartment is breathtaking. I recommend staying here.

Jacqueline is very responsible host and flat was clean and tidy. She called me through phone and sent directions through email to reach the flat rougly 3 kms from Engelberg Rail station.We hired titlis taxi service and they charged 12 CHF . Three days stay was very comfortable and location is fantastic and we visit again Recommended for 5 adults

The neighborhood is very calm and clean. The location amazing with great views of mountains. My family enjoyed the stay.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lots of room in the apartment for a big group (there were 6 of us). Clean and well equipped. Very convenient to the train station and a grocery store. 10 minute train ride to Andermatt and incredible skiing.

Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Wir wurden nett empfangen, alles notwendige wurde erklärt und uns wurde sogar ein Platz für unsere Mountainbikes und die Möglichkeit sie zu waschen gegeben. Overall ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist hervorragend und ich glaube in dem Tal von Göschenen gibt es viel zu erkunden.
