Quiet, located in Bouc Bel Air, at the end of a cul-de-sac, independent house on the ground floor of 30 m² is adjoining a Provencal villa where we live. Independent entrance with views of wooded garden and shared pool (11 x 6 m) not safe for children, closed bedroom, living/dining room with TV, equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet. 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille. 8 minutes by car, Arena room in the Pays d 'Aix. The car is recommended, parking is guaranteed, bus stop 3 minutes on foot.

Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. Given the small surface area, it is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets and towels provided as well as basic products (condiments, coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

Quiet accommodation in a green setting in Simiane-Collongue, directly under the pestle of the Roy, between Aix and Marseille. 7 minutes from the village, a short walk from Plan de Campagne, 20 minutes from Aix, and Marseille. Full ground floor apartment, with kitchen and bedroom overlooking the outside. Private access to the apartment, free parking on site, pool access, unheated, until September (as long as the temperature allows). Numerous hiking nearby in the Massif de l 'étoile.

Carole and Benjamin offer you a new accommodation, in a very quiet environment with access to the pool in season (not privatizable). Simiane is central and allows you to come for a business trip as well as to visit the region ! Aix en Provence is 15 minutes away and Marseille is 20 minutes away! on the top of Bouc Bel Air , come and enjoy the calm 10 minutes from Aix en Provence and 25 minutes from Marseille and the blue coast beaches in a large, comfortable and well-equipped T3. the veranda overlooks the pine forest and the old village. two comfortable bedrooms with direct access to the terrace. a vehicle is necessary as there is only one bus that goes to Aix or Gardanne close to the house .
