Private entrance, private parking (no need to park on the street), private bathroom, kitchenette, 2 bikes and beach equipment. Cozy, it has everything you need to have a restful night's sleep. You’ll love my place because of Location, Location, Location. This place is good for solo adventurers, or a business traveler.

Awesome location! Excellent value! Best deal in this area! This studio guest suite is 5 minutes away by car from world famous Del Mar race track, Cedros Design District, and of course the BEACH! Enjoy the fun and sun in San Diego. Quick access to the I-5 will get you to all of San Diego’s wonderful attractions. Located just east of historic Highway 101 in a quiet neighborhood a mile from beach access, you're close to many eclectic shops, restaurants and entertainment. You'll also have access to a semi-private patio and shared access to our back yard, where, as of June 2023, Debe works 3 to 4 days a week in her studio. We really love it here and think you will too.
