Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where the key safe is situated. From Sharpes Beach enjoy walking/cycling coastal pathways leading to Boulders Beach and Lennox Point or all the way to Ballina in the other direction. Byron Bay is also a handy 25-minutes drive to the north.

Relax in this calm, stylish space enjoying tropical garden outlook. The studio is on the lower level to the main house with a completely separate entrance. Please bare in mind you may hear us upstairs. The space includes a kitchenette; microwave, mini fridge & coffee. Queen sized bedroom & ensuite with a seperate living area including a queen sofa bed. If there are 3 adults this reduces the living room space .6 min drive to Lennox Village We have outdoor security cameras
