It is great for couples but we have availability for 2 extras on our sofa bed in the same area. We also offer baby travel cot and high chair. You have a full kitchen to cook your own delights.
There are fabulous local shops & cafes in Hurstbridge Village. On Saturdays there is the eclectic local market in nearby St Andrews; there's live music at several local pubs; the Yarra Valley wine region is a half an hour drive away, Kinglake National Park is nearby also. Warrandyte is 20 minutes drive away and offers cafes, locally made handcrafts & more.
  • Loved the environment of piece and quiet and relaxation. Had the lovely opportunity for the spa and pool whenever we asked to hear them up. The small apartment was very open and functional. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us

It is also very close to a great variety of Asian restaurants, and it has also a Woolworths in the area. Very recommended if you are spending some days In Melbourne. Great price!

    My husband and I live in spacious, comfortable home in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. We let 2 bed-rooms to AirBnB guests - this one and 'Bliss in the 'Burbs: Fore’. The central bathroom is shared only with AirBnB guests. We ask that guests respect our privacy and do not use the rumpus room (the room with the blue couches and TV). You may use the front lounge room to read in - being aware that’s its very close to our bedroom.
    South Morang is 23 km north-east of Melbourne's CBD. It was farm land until about 20 years ago when housing estates were developed. Our house is a minutes walk from the The Henderson Wetlands - a hidden treasure of native bushland and wetland is home to kangaroos, echidnas, egrets, herons and swans, to name a few and very close to the Plenty Gorge. We are a few minutes walk from the The Promenade, a small group of local shops including a cafe, pizza and ribs take-away and a small grocery store. A 30 minute walk away is Plenty Valley Westfield (or you can catch the bus), a large shopping mall.

Living, kitchen and dining with a balcony great for evening dining on the second floor and laundry and garage on the bottom floor. Public transport almost right at the door step in a quiet neighbourhood. 100 metres from a range of fast food and amenities, also only a 30 minute drive from the Melbourne Airport.

  • Sabahat's guest room is spacious and light with a comfortable bed. Having an en suite bathroom is ideal and it has a walk-in robe as well. There's off-street parking and a large kitchen/dining area. It's almost always quiet and peaceful, but with a Woolworths and service stations not far away. Sabahat greeted me when I arrived, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Her tenant is friendly and polite also. I would definitely recommend this listing to other guests.

    Comfortable and welcoming house. It is divided into two private areas (my private room/guest room). The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house. The guests' area contains: large bedroom, separate toilet and separate bathroom. The guests' area is comfortably separated by a door from the rest of the house. You, as a respectable guest, is welcome to make use of the furnished guest room, kitchen and lovely backyard. There are two friendly cats in the house which will not disturb.
  • The private bathroom was brilliant and everything was clean. The kitchen was available to use any time, it was a quiet location, large lounge area and big tv, wi-fi, plus friendly cats. I would recommend Alex's place to anyone wanting to stay in the Epping area.

The room is clean with its own bathroom / toilet.     Self-contained fully-furnished flat underneath main house. Shared driveway with separate carport and front door. Sleeps up to 3 people (1 double bed, 1 single bed/couch). Walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Television,Table, Chairs and Piano, Heating and Cooling. Quiet court, 35-minute drive to the City of Melbourne, 5 mins drive to the Train Station. Also 5 mins walking to Bus, or 25 mins walking to the Greensborough Train Station (40 mins by train to the City - Fares $8.60 daily).
    This place is unique because it is in a quiet court, among eucalyptus trees, birds and wild life animals, where the air is fresh. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between stays. It is also equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Linens and towels are changed every week for long-term stays, or whenever needed. The bathroom is fully renovated, with walk-in shower and handrail and all the amenities.The kitchen is fully equipped, also with all the amenities. Discounts of 12% are offered for weekly stays, and 15% for monthly stays.
    It is a family environment. It is hilly, with houses and trees. It is quiet and not close to the heavy traffic. On one side the main Greensborough Shopping Centre is only 5 minutes drive from the house. Also, on the other side, small shops are 5 minutes drive from the house.

  • A brilliant place to stay. Roomy, space for a couple plus one guest and fully equipped with microwave, small stove fridge etc. It is like a small motel unit! Only better. Awesome shower and bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Plenty of storage/closet space, and a fully set-up kitchen. I met Mona only once when I checked in (which was quick and easy) then I was out every day arriving back late at night. I will certainly stay there when next in Melbourne/Greensborough . I valued the privacy and quietness.

  • We were very happy with Mona's clean & tidy little flat. It was quaint and cosy and provided everything we needed for a quick weekend to attend a wedding. Sometimes, you can hear her little dog upstairs, running back and forth in the early morning, but other than that it was great value and provided everything we needed. The local streets are quiet and lovely, and there's a great park & historical church at the nearby Anthony Beale Reserve (only a short walk away). Overall, I would definitely recommend this flat and if need be, I'd stay there again. Mona is a great host, waiting for us to check in & explain everything very thoroughly. Thank you Mona!

  • We had a great time staying in Lower Plenty for one month. Everything was very clean and Carmen provided us with cereals, toast, milk, tea, coffee and fruits. I recommend to have a car because it takes a bit of time to get into the city by the metro. I would definitely come back and stay in this little apartment! It’s much cheaper than living in the downtown of Melbourne and also very quiet.

The amenities provided were better than expected with a really nice meusli cereal, toast, tea and coffee available for breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious for the two of us. The thoughtful touches like a welcoming light made our day after a bad experience at the airport! I would recommend to others if you are staying in Lower Plenty to have access to a car, as the public transport trip to the city is long. Thank you Carmen, and keep up the good work.

A little bit of Australian tranquility but only 11kms from Melbourne CBD and an easy 20 minute drive from Melbourne International Airport. Public transport a 15 minute walk from apartment providing easy access to some of Melbourne's coolest inner city northern suburbs - Fitzroy, Northcote and Brunswick.

While there is no air con and it was quite hot in Melbourne during my stay, a fan was more than good enough to keep it comfortable inside. Daily visits from Anne's pets Olive and Scout, along with the happy clucks of her two girls in the henhouse.... just lovely! It was a little bit of country in a busy city and I'll be back.   • I loved my stay at Anne’s place - the apartment is beautiful and looks over her veggie garden, which she generously lets guests use herbs from. The neighbourhood is lovely, quiet and safe to walk around at night. Anne also goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable - she provides a pantry of basic cooking supplies as well as delicious ingredients in the fridge for breakfast. Likewise, the bathroom is stocked with toiletries and basic medications and the bookshelf is full of interesting reads. A final bonus - great water pressure! When I next go to Melbourne I hope to stay here again :))

    The room has a Double sized bed with a Built In Wardrobe, Electric Blanket, Two Bedside tables with storage and Reading Lamps. There is ducted heating throughout the house and a ceiling fan. The location is less than a 7 minute drive to Craigieburn Central Shopping centre which offers cafe's, restaurants, cinemas, shops, grocery stores, banking etc.
    The area we are in is very quiet, there are lot's of families and parks/open spaces. There is plenty of parking within the street and no time restrictions.

Edwards lake is stunning with BBQ amenities. Even though Reservoir lacks night life at this stage, new restaurants are opening all the time, and with it's close proximity to high street and 15 minutes drive to pubs/ night life on St. Georges road. Preston market is right at your finger tips.

    Nice bright and clean
    A good sized house with 3 bedrooms. There is a BBQ and pool table outside. It's also close to the uni, public transport and shops
    It's a nice quiet court with a bus stop on the corner. It's great hanging out the backyard, having a few drinks and meeting all different guests

    We are providing clean and disinfected towels and slippers for all the guests. The beddings are all clean and disinfected as well. The room also has been cleaned throughly. Then, generally, all the facilities in the house for free to use. Like cooking wares in the kitchen, washing facilities, TV, WIFI, hair dryer and etc. All for free !!! Then, we are also providing all the household goods for free !! For example, hand wash gel, dish wash gel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash milk, toilet paper, laundry powder, softener, disinfectant, and etc. All for free !!! Then, we also have dedicated cleaner comes up twice a week to clean up and disinfectant the sharing areas. So, we always try our best to keep the whole house as clean as possible. The cleanness of our living environment is always on our top priority list. :) We are trying our best to provide the top service for every guest that come to my place. It’s our pleasure that we can provide a good accommodation for you. We are looking forward to seeing you in my house. ^_^ 😊
  • The landlord is awesome! ! The location is not bad! Very close to the airport! Take a taxi for 20 minutes! The point is that the house is super invincible and clean, there are special people to clean! There are also beds that are super comfortable! ! !

    would love someone who looks for clean, quiet, safe, friendly accommodation for short term. This is a large family house with 3 bedrooms, one is available as it's clean and own furnished room with great garden views. The bus stop is only 2 minutes and train station is 15 minutes walk from the house, Included wifi internet, light breakfast, basic amenities. females are welcomed! Look forward to hearing from you!
