Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

Relax on the houseboat. Soak up the sunshine on the upper deck, while eating out with Panarama windows, swans and ships sparing through the panarama windows. In the well-equipped kitchen, conjure up a delicious dinner and enjoy a glass of Mosel wine. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails along the Moselle are waiting for you! Attention: Boat is located between mid-November and end of February in the harbor in the first row with Mosel view (see pictures).

Eine Wohnung mit 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad und eigener Terrasse( neu gepflastert) und Gartenmöbeln. Neu ist auch eine Sauna im Haus, die auch vom Gastgeber genutzt wird. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Bis zum Waldrand sind es 100m. Wandern kann man von dort durch den Wald bis an die Mosel. Der Eifelsteig ist ca 3,5 km entfernt. Ideal auch für Radtouren auf dem Mosel - und Kylltalradweg.

The houseboat is located on the outer bay, with a direct view of the water. The sun pampers the whole day. It has one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof is another sun terrace.
