A newly produced (2021) and well-planned attefallhus in two levels of 38sqm with the sea outside the window. Magical view with generous windows in south facing and secluded location. Large terrace with roof and barbecue outside. Continuous natural material in stripped Nordic style that blurs the boundary between outside and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen, 8 minutes by ferry to Ropsten. A car-free idyll separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. Wintertime footbridge to the island.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Lovely room in central Stockholm, hotel-feeling

The location is great to explore Stockholm. Quiet, charming area, only 15 min walk to Stureplan in the city center and with great communications nearby. Also very close to Djurgården and parks Humlegården and Hagaparken. The studio apartment has its own entrance and consists of a spacious hallway, bedroom and bathroom. You will love the place for its luxurious hotel-feeling and location. It is a great place for couples and business. Coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge.
