A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

Exceptionally clean en-suite converted garage room 20 minutes by bus from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. We are located very close to Capital Park and Addenbrooks hospital is easily reached either by car, bus or walking. We are 5 minutes by car from the A14 and the M11 is under 15 minutes away.
