Our Guesthouse is located approximately 2.5km from the warmest lake in Upper Bavaria, Waginger See/Tachinger See. This is accessible by foot, car and also by using one of the many well signposted cycle routes located directly outside the apartment. In the winter months there is plenty of cross country skiing routes in the local area and great ski resorts within 50km.

Newly renovated apartment with plenty of space, the whole first floor just for you! Quiet and centrally located in Kammer/Traunstein between Chiemsee and Waginger See, close to the mountains, Salzburg is only about half an hour away. Relaxed living on 85 square meters with spacious dining kitchen, a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a spacious living room. The south-facing balcony and the little office with desk make the vacation home perfect.

Our apartment is located 3 minutes walk from Traunstein train station, in a quiet location, as well as 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shops for daily needs can also be reached in a few minutes.
