Julie was excellent. She only lives round the corner from me and I booked the place for my parents to stay over the weekend. Really welcoming, helpful and accommodating. will definitely book again.

Julie's house was immaculate and spacious. It is very central to Buckingham and yet quiet. Julie was really welcoming, great communication prior to the stay and left a well stocked kitchen with a generous breakfast oh and even a slice of cake! Very highly recommended, I was only there 1 night briefly but would happily have stayed longer.

I would really recommend Field View. Julie was very welcoming and the little extras like breakfast and a drink were amazing. Communication was great. Brilliant stay.

This is a great Airbnb. If anything, it exceeds its promises. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Beds are super comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen are both fabulous Nicely stocked with necessities. Convenient location, secure off street parking, great wifi. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, convenient to town and bus, clean and modern interior, quiet neighborhood. Great fish & chips place around the corner. Secure parking too.

Cute top floor apartment in newly constructed complex. Excellent condition and very comfortable for a few nights stay. Short walk to town centre and all amenities. Gemma was very helpful and her Gran came to let us in late in the evening. Wifi wasn't installed which caused some inconvenience to me but also my teenage boys but apart from that our stay was great!

The room exceeded expectations. It was stylish clean and very comfortable, with everything that we needed. It was also a fantastic environment, staying on an old RAF base, now restored.

What an amazing place to stay. The accomodation is modern, clean, well equiped, warm and has a lovely, homely feel. On site, all the people are very friendly and are willing to show you around thier workshops and give you the stories behind some of the historic cars being restored and/or maintained. I can't recommend this place enough.

Lovely room

Really enjoyed our stay because the rooms were so comfortable and everything we could have wanted was provided, down to umbrellas and torches if we had needed them. Will definitely be staying again.

My husband and his business partner really enjoyed their stay at Janaina's house. The apartment was clean, spacious and Janaina was on hand to help with anything they needed. It was also in a fantastic location!

I stayed for 8 weeks and had a really great time in this lovely and cosy apartment. The bus stop is only two minutes to walk, which is great to get to the town centre or to Oxford. Janaina was contactable at any time and very helpful.

Janaina was amazing! Super attentive and communicative before, during and after our stay. The apartment is gorgeous, extremely clean and tidy. And the area where it's located is lovely. Would've loved to stay more days there!

Wow! What a welcome! Janaina met us outside the property, having exchanged several friendly texts with excellent advice, suggestions, and directions. She was also very accomodating regarding timing for arrival and leaving, which was most generous of her. She is quite the hostess! Thoughtful, considerate, generous, helpful, polite, .. the list goes on and on - :-) The apartment is very tastefuly decorated and the layout and space are excellent. We were made to feel so welcome in her own home - there on the beautifully presented dining table (already set for dinner!) was a huge Lindt easter egg (my son's eyes widened in delight!), and a really nice Easter card. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and sheets and pillow cases new and pleasant. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious, with plenty of shelf space for bits and pieces, and the walk-in shower provided plenty of deliciously hot water. The heating programmer for the thermostat was available for us to adjust as we wished, and provided plenty of cosiness. The kitchen is not large, a little compact, but very well laid out and clean, and we made good use of it. BTW, there *is* a diswasher (not listed by AirBnB). The location is super if you have a car (about 5 minutes drive to the centre), and very quiet, with extensive lawns which are ideal for kids, not just for running around, but safe too as there is no traffic. Excellent wi-fi and Virgin Media cable TV meant that we were fully entertained. We thoroughly recommend this apartment. Thanks Janaina!

The location was just what we wanted for our weekend away - a short drive from Oxford and the surrounding countryside. We didn't take advantage of the shopping in Bicester Village (this time!), but it was only minutes away. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculate. Check in was easy and convenient, with thoroughly instructions from Janaina. A great experience in all.

The Hay Barn was a lovely venue for a few days of peace and quiet. It had cosy comfy sofas to relax on with blankets and watch tv but there is plenty of space to eat at a table and cook for ourselves in the well equipped kitchen - which has a microwave/full oven combination. There are board games, books and dvds as well as amazon prime, netflix and the usual players/channels. The bedroom was massive and we had the velux blinds up and could see the stars from bed! Angela was a brilliant host and left out lots of thoughtful treats for us. She was on hand to help us but we didn't see anyone about for our whole stay, which was good. Parking is very spacious, secure and close to the Hay Barn. It's a short drive into Milton Keynes and Buckingham.

We had such a lovely couple of days staying here. The place is really homely and bigger than it seems in the pictures. Angela was really welcoming and helpful too. Great Horwood is a great location too, perfect for a country get away from London. We had dinner in The Crown one night too which had a really friendly village atmosphere. A really great wkend and we hope to come back and stay here again in the future.

This is the perfect place for a week day stay if you are working in Milton Keynes but prefer peace and quiet in a rural environment when it comes to the evenings. The accommodation at The Hay Barn is excellent and bigger than it looks in the pictures. Downstairs has both a living and dining area (which doubled up as a workspace for me most evenings) as well as a very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a powerful shower with plentiful hot water. The TV has Amazon and Netflix and the wifi is excellent. The bedroom upstairs is enormous and has a beautiful view of the sprawling garden and the fields beyond. There are two very good pubs in walking distance, both of whom serve very good high quality food. Angela was a really good host – nothing was too much trouble and she responded instantly to any questions that I had both before and during my stay. Dan

The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped. Angela was on hand for any queries. There was breakfast, drinks and even spare toothbrushes supplied. A Fire stick with Netflix and other channels was available along with lots of books, games and DVD's. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough

This was my second time staying here, and it was every bit as good as the first time. A nice, and relaxing, self-contained place.

The Hay Barn is very clean and cosy. We couldn't fault anything and it was a great place to stay in. Angela is lovely and accommodating and a great host.

Great gem of a place. Lovely country views and the light breakfast provided went down well (including coffee). Great communication with the host and clear household guidelines were provided (e.g. wifi code, how to get the heating on etc). Beautiful quiet place which was perfect and I would recommend to anyone.

House/room clean, but sparse (no wardrobe/hanging hooks). 6 beds but only 1 bathroom (though only guest there for my stay, so OK).

This is a good place to stay - recently decorated with nice new beds, wardrobes, towels, great kitchen and lounge and Abi is a nice friendly host. However, this could be an amazing place to stay if Abi provided the 3 key things for business travellers: - internet - iron - TV These small additions would make a huge difference and validate her advert.

Rosemary made me feel very welcome and offered great advice on the local area and eating out in local country pubs. Beautiful country village location with the option of breakfast (with the B&B guests) which was unexpected.

We had such a wonderful stay at Home Farm. Rosemary is a lovely host who left lots of thoughtful personal touches around the place; homemade biscuits, after eight mints by the bed, handpicked flowers on the side, and a delicious freshly made full English breakfast in Rosemary's home. Completely charming and now on our favourite list!

Rosemary was a lovely host - we found the Dovecot comfortable and spacious for our needs. The flat has a kitchen and sitting area to allow for relaxation after exploring the local sites. Her house was conveniently located to Aynho Park and Charlton is a picturesque village with a nice public footpath nearby. We would happily recommend this airbnb option to friends and family.

We stayed here for two nights whilst attending a wedding at the nearby Tythe barn. This is a fabulous place to stay. The small flat is beautifully decorated, luxurious and modern. It was immaculate throughout. Tiggy was very organised and friendly. I would highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay -very interesting to walk around the old air force base. The crew rooms have been very tastefully converted whilst retaining their character. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Great base (no pun intended) for exploring the Oxfordshire countryside or getting in a bit of retail therepy. We arrived at the weekend, but come Monday Tiggy was on site and came to check if everything was in order and her communication before hand was very good with clear instructions. I would recommend people stay here, its a quirky spot.

Had a lovely time staying here. Very clean. Decorated really nice. Lovely and quiet. Got ready to go out on Saturday night, sat outside with a glass of wine, it was just too lovely, didn't even go out. Security were really nice. Really nice surroundings. Would definitely stay here again!
