Enjoy a few beautiful days in our cozy studio apartment in chalet style with large sunny south-facing terrace and Netflix. On the terrace is a lounge and a small dining table. Private parking space in the in-house underground garage. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. New kitchen with large ceramic hob and oven. Our accommodation is very quietly located on a small stream on the edge of the forest. 20 meters away is a wonderful cross-country trail. A hiking trail (Lebküchlerweg) leads directly past the house to the waterfalls. Approx. 1 km. Ideal for relaxing and forgetting everyday life. For motorbikes or bicycles, you are welcome to use the garage. Another person can come on request.
