small studio near train station attention without kitchen

My studio is stuck to my house and a small outside check-in time is 6:15 pm. It is located in the commune of Les Arcs 30 min from Frejus de Sainte-Maxime St Tropez 1 hr gorges du verdon. Be careful not to cook in the accommodation and do not bring a plancha stove etc.( bad experience because of a guest). You can arrive by train (7 min walk) hyper U at 5 min walk. If your train arrives late you can enter alone. I'll meet you in a good mood. See you soon.
