Place is very close to the main attractions of Comillas. Very basic & clean, with all required facilities. It was a minor problem with TV not working. We exchanged messages with Manuela, then came Kristina and the problem was "fixed" to the mutual satisfaction.

No coincidimos con ella pero ppe teléfono simpática e intentando ayudarnos a las dudas que teniamos. Es verdad que el primer dia pasamos frío hasta que se calentó la casa, luego saltan los plomos si usas la nevera la calefacción y la vitro..pero nos apañamos bien. Si es verano supongo que eso no pasa.La casa esta bien para pasar unos días y esta muy bien situada en el pueblo de comillas que es precioso

El apartamento muy acogedor. Dispone de calefacción y para el frio nos vino muy bien! Y la cocina estaba muy completa. La zona muy tranquila pero a la vez muy cerca de los principales monumentos. Tanto Manuela como Fernando muy amables, nos pusieron todas las facilidades a pesar de la distancia. Muy recomendable, desde lue go repetiriamos.

Ático pintoresco con vista a principales monumentos. Muy acogedor y cómodo. Cerca del centro de comillas y accesible a pie a la playa. Muy cercano a la parada de bus que conecta con Santander y resto de pueblos. Recomendable.

We wanted to spend a few days in Cantabria with our little dog and we chose the apartment Guillermo and Elena, we could not have chosen better. The situation was exceptional apartment near the center of Comillas and the beach. It is also a good base to explore other towns in the area. very bright, comfortable and with all the amenities we needed the apartment. We have spent a great weekend. The house is very well located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood giving the pleasant sensation of being in a small town really. The city center (lively at this time of year) is a short walk and the beaches a few minutes drive. Patricia was also lovely and was outstanding we were at home. If doubt is to recommend it.

The stay in the apartment was very nice. Patricia is lovely and cares about you feel comfortable, helping as needed. We went with our baby for 10 days, and provided cradle, blender for baby food, washed clothes, and gave advice to know the area. The apartment is small but cozy and charming. It is in a quiet area next to the center, and you can park at the door with ease. On the negative side it is that it is very humid because it has no ventilation. Besides the sofa bed it is a bit old and so uncomfortable. Despite these details I recommend staying with Patricia, as has generally been a very good experience.

Nice place, Patricia was a very friendly host. The house is very close to the Capricho de Gaudi and is very cosy. The only problem was the humidity (we were there in November and it was raining) but Patricia gave us a radiator to help against it. We recommend the place :-)

Comillas Our experience was great. Maria Jesus is very nice, he was very attentive when we showed the house and then left us privacy throughout the stay. The hotel is ideally located in the heart, and from the terraces you can admire views of very nice people. The living room is very spacious and the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. We would repeat for sure!

Maria welcomed us warmly and a little herungeführt us in Comillas. The apartment was very clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful, clear recommendation :)

Maria and her husband went way out of their way to get us to the apartment (we got ourselves lost). The apartment is small, but clean, cozy, and comfortable. The beds were quite comfy, the nights very quiet. We appreciated the heater in the bathroom. The location and the views were terrific.

En la casa de Nacho, nos hemos encontrado súper agusto. Además fue muy amable explicandonos todo de la casa y dándonos muchos consejos sobre visitas y restaurantes de la zona. Nos hemos encontrado como en casa , qué pena que ya nos hayamos tenido que ir, se nos ha hecho corto!!

La casita es de cuento, tal como muestran las fotos. Los días que he pasado han sido geniales, con visita de gallina incluida!!! Mis perritas en el jardín han disfrutado mucho y la plya está súper cerca, Comillas, San Vicente. Recomendable 100%, y Nacho super atento y un encanto. Pendiente en todo momento. Volveré!!!!!

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison de campagne à 5 min de la belle plage d'oyambre. La région regorge d'activités et Ceceno est un bon point de départ pour de nombreuses excursions. L'accueil par Nacho et sa grand mère (qui parle français) était très sympa. Concernant la maison, elle est grande, possède du cachet et est très propre. La literie est confortable et il y a de nombreux rangements. Le seul point négatif est qu'il y avait une souris qui se baladait dans la cuisine (uniquement dans la cuisine heureusement). Même si le ménage était bien fait et que Nacho a branché de quoi faire des ondes qui sont censées repousser les souris, l'apparition de crottes de souris n'était pas très agréable sur le plan de travail...

Ich wusste nicht, persönlich Mar, auch wenn sie über Botschaft war sehr aufmerksam, aber Marcedes, die mit Übergabe des Schlüssels beschäftigt, ist ein Schatz und sehr zur Verfügung. Beachten Sie, dass der Boden eine zweite Etage und keinen Aufzug, aber nur wenige Schritte nur 32 =)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist erstaunlich, direkt neben dem Strand und dem Stadtzentrum, das durch einen herrlichen Blick begleitet werden. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, aber hat viele Alternativen, die Möbel nach Ihren Wünschen zu gestalten. Und es hat ein gutes Material für die Küche. Die einzige kleine Ärgernis ist, dass der Garten nicht zu bequem ist darin zu sein, und die Terrasse ist nicht übermäßig groß.

Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Personen, mehr Menschen ein wenig "eng" fühlen könnte. Es hat einen kleinen Garten auf das Meer, schade, dass zwischen dem Haus und dem Meer Discourse carretara ein ziemlich beschäftigt im Laufe des Tages mit Blick aber in der Nacht verlassen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Comillas, ideal für diejenigen, die Ruhe und zugleich wollen sucht die Stadt nahe zu sein. Der Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet und zu allen Zeiten war aufmerksam und bereit, alle Arten von Beratung und Hilfe zu leisten. Dank ihm entdecken wir die atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge Gerra und Grill .... Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war mehr als bis zu unseren Erwartungen. Es gibt alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub, vor allem aber die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Hafen von Comillas ist unvergleichlich. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung nur eine Minute vom Strand, aber auch in der Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Fran ist sehr freundlich, gute Beratung und war schon immer sehr positiv reagiert auf unsere Anfragen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung.

Die Wohnung Lage ist ausgezeichnet (direkt neben dem Zugang zum Strand). Es hat alles, was man einen guten Aufenthalt zu genießen müssen.

Our hosts were very helpful and the house is fab. It's fully kitted out and very clean. The location is spectacular. We had breakfast on the lawn watching the waves. Definitely would reccomend. Comillas is a beautiful town with a surprising amout to see. La Casa tiene de todo y es bonito y cómoda. La ubicación fantástico justo en la playa con un jardín donde puedes desayunar mientras ver el mar. Comillas es muy bonito y tiene micho que ver. Vistas increibles.

Mario and his family are lucky to have a very special, nice, cozy, comfortable house. It is situated in front of the Comillas beach, near the port and with easy access to downtown and the sights. It has a garden ideal for children and is very well equipped. We are very pleased having been able to enjoy for a few days. The owners were very friendly both on arrival and departure. Providing facilities to collect and leave the keys and answering many questions, not only about the house but also about the area.

The location of this apartment is great, right on the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything catered for and Sara, who hosted us, was very kind. The apartment, although three bedroom, was a double and 2 singles so for a family of 5 was a little bit of a squash. The put-up bed could only be used in the lounge - which then takes up living space. We made it work by topping and tailing our younger 2, but it would be more problematic for older children. Perfect for beach living and proximity to tourist sights of Comillas.

A good sized apartment in an excellent position overlooking the bay. We were 3 adults and 3 small children. The garden space is great. The apartment was v clean and tidy. Although no parking with apt it is very easy to find free parking a few meters away. Comillas beach gets v busy but the hosts suggested a couple of other beaches a few minutes drive away which were great.

Mari's apartment is as described in the profile and the caretakers Mercedes and her daughter Fatima were very helpful. The complex where the apartment is situated was lively and at times noisy. However location is very convenient for Comillas and the surrounding area.

The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you need. I had a car so the location was perfect but it would be quite a walk to Comillas everyday. The communication with Mari was a bit troublesome due to the fact that she didn't speak any English at all (nor I Spanish for that matter :-) but the communication with Mercedes (she and her mother handed over the keys) was great.

Mercedes nos atendió muy atentamente. La zona parecía tranquila, y en 5 minutos en coche, estabas en cualquier punto de la localidad.

Hemos pasado unos magníficos días en esta casa de Comillas. Muy buen recibimiento por parte de Mercedes y su marido y en la casa no nos faltó de nada! Buenos detalles como guías del lugar, utensilios para cocinar, sábanas, toallas... y hasta contábamos con barbacoa! Muy tranquilo y limpio. Sin duda, perfecto.

Estuvimos un fin de semana y la casa estaba muy limpia, nos atendieron estupendamente. Lo recomiendo 100%.

El apartamento Zaloa en Comillas está muy bien situado, cerca de la playa y del centro de Comillas. Es tranquilo, ideal para descansar y para recorrer toda la zona tanto hacia Asturias como hacia Santander. En nuestra corta estancia, solo 3 noches, tuvimos la mala suerte de encontrarnos con un corte del suministro eléctrico en el apartamento durante casi 24 horas que ensombreció en parte nuestra estancia, porque a pesar de no pasar mucho tiempo en el apartamento, el problema no solo fue no tener luz para ver por la noche sino tener que ducharte con agua fría, no poder desayunar en el apartamento, además de que se estropeó lo que teníamos en el frigorífico para el desayuno o no poder cargar los móviles. En cuanto al tiempo sin embargo, sí tuvimos suerte y todos los días disfrutamos de un rato de playa.

Daher haben wir eine neue Pfanne gekauft und dort gelassen. Das Geschirr sollte auch nicht im dem offenen weißen Schrank in Bodennähe untergebracht sein. Wir wurden von Mercedes und ihrem Mann, die sich um die Wohnung kümmern, sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie haben uns auch betreut und eine andere Wohnung vermittelt, als in der Wohnung der Strom für eine Nacht und einen Tag ausgefallen war. Für diese schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe vielen Dank an Mercedes.

This is a nice apartment in Comillas, right by the beach and well placed to visit the other tourist spots in Cantabria. There is plenty of space and it is well supplied with crockery etc. The décor is more homely than chic, but that suits us fine. Secure car parking is on site. Ricardo and Mari Carmen gave us a friendly welcome and luckily their English is better than our Spanish. Recommended for a small family like us.
